"[Studi ini telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari EPID dosimetri yang digunakan sebagai verifikasi pasien IMRT dan VMAT. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan indeks gamma dari hasil verifikasi 5 pasien brain, 5 pasien cervix, 5 pasien kepala dan leher serta 5 pasien paru menggunakan EPID dosimetri dengan MatriXX 2D array pada dua Linac yang berbeda di instalasi radioterapi MRCCC SHS dan Siloam Hospital TBS. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan nilai indeks gamma untuk kasus IMRT di MRCCC 99.59% ± 0.46 untuk EPID dosimetri dan 99.13% ± 0.75 untuk MatriXX 2D array, sedangkan di Siloam Hospital TBS 99.8% ± 0.20 untuk EPID dosimetri dan 99.71% ± 0.14 untuk MatriXX 2D array. Pada kasus VMAT di MRCCC 97.71% ± 1.27 untuk EPID dosimetri dan 99.50% ± 0.39 untuk MatriXX 2D array, sedangkan di SiloamHospital TBS 97.78% ± 1.45 untuk EPID dosimetri dan 98.66% ± 1.26 untuk MatriXX 2D array. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perbedaan antara EPID dosimetri dan MatriXX 2D array di kedua rumah sakit menunjukan nilai kurang dari 1% untuk kasus IMRT dan kurang dari 2% untuk kasus VMAT.

Oleh sebab itupenulis membahas konsep brand trust terhadap konsumen terhadap produk Samsung yang membuatkonsumen untuk tetap percaya terhadap Samsung, penulis juga menggunakan konsep brand experiencedan word of mouth dalam kasus ini karena pengalaman konsumen sebelumnya juga berpengaruhterhadap brand trust dan word of mouth konsumen yang positif di forum-forum online maupunkomentar di media sosia seperti Youtube juga membantu merek untuk menghadapi krisis.

ABSTRACTSamsung is one of the biggest in the communication and technologies industry who facing a crisistowards the end of 2016 precisely on mid-October 2016 in which one their latest smartphone productthe Samsung Galaxy Note reportedly exploded by their customers that initially there was one of theircustomer uploaded a video on Youtube about the incident and that became viral, after it appeared thereare another reports on the incident from various countries moreover there is ban to bring cell phone inthe aircraft's flight because these products are considered dangerous, so it is becoming big news andSamsung also conduct a recall of these products by providing money turnover also vouchers for thepurchase of another Samsung product, but it does not make a lot confidence towards Samsung itself hasfaded. it obtained from several online surveys, one of which came from Reportlinker.comwhich states that 86% of the 500 respondents said that they would think of to chooseSamsung back on the purchase of a new mobile phone in the future. Therefore, the authorsdiscuss the concept of brand trust of the consumer to the product Samsung, which led consumers tocontinue to believe against Samsung, the author also uses the concept of brand experience and word ofmouth in this case because the consumer experience previously also affects brand trust and positiveword of mouth consumers in online forums and their comments on social media like Youtube also helpthe brand to face the crisis."

"PURPOSE: To evaluate and compare the clinical outcomes and hospital costs of using sutureless aortic valves vs conventional stented aortic valves.METHODS: Between 2007 and 2011, 52 elderly patients undergoing aortic valve replacement for aortic stenosis in our center had a sutureless valve inserted. From among 180 patients who had a stented valve inserted during the same period, 52 patients were matched to the sutureless group, based on age, gender, and operation type. We compared clinical outcomes and hospital costs between the two groups.RESULTS: The sutureless group had a higher Euroscore (logistic Euroscore I) risk (12,8 vs 9,7; p = 0,02), with significantly shorter aortic cross-clamp (ACC) time (p<0,01), cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) time (p<0,01), intensive care unit stay (p<0,01), intubation time (p<0,01), and overall hospital stay (p=0.05). The sutureless group also revealed a significant hospital cost saving of approximately 8200 (p=0,01).CONCLUSIONS: The clinical and hemodynamic outcomes of using the sutureless bioprosthesis were excellent. The reduced ACC and CPB times had a favorable effect on the duration of intubation and intensive care stay, resulting not only in faster recovery and discharge home, but also in a significant hospital cost reduction."
