......The transportation management system and the city planning influence the mobility of large numbers of people to easily move from various locations. Without an organized transportation system, there are mass traffic jams, delays, accidents, etc. Traffic jams cause large pollutans emissions resulting in large quantities of pollution. The dynamic model has been used to analyze and predict these phenomena by using variables and sub variables that are interconnected. In this thesis, the dynamic model is used to analyze the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) program based on the busway system to predict the need of compresses natural gas (CNG) and to reduce the rapid emission in achieving the goal of reducing air pollution in Jakarta. One of the ways to accomplish this goal is to encourage people to use the Transjakarta bus way instead of their personal vehicles. This would also reduce traffic jams until the year 2010. From previous research conducted by Bambang Sugiarto and Suryana, it was shown that the air pollution would be significantly reduced if the amount of buses and corridors were increased to handle the large number of passengers. For this reason, this thesis is written in accordance with the current condition when the new corridors IV ? VII were officially opened at the beginning of the year 2007. The achievement of reducing air pollution based on BRT program will contribute a comprehensive benefit if the dynamic model is used. For example, the population growth will directly increase the need for greater transportation; thus adding larger numbers of buses, expanding corridors and increasing the number of passengers using Transjakarta busway. The transportation web will automatically be expanded to include smaller feeder areas to facilitate greater flow of traffic. The purpose of this study is to predict the need for CNG and the reduction of pollutan emissions, this is possible if the Transjakarta busway system is implemented. In addition, reducing air pollution and solving the traffic jam problems until the year 2010.

This paper describes the case study of Semanggi intersection in Jakarta, a dynamic model of emission reduction in the land transportation sector. The urban transportation system is a complex system with multiple variables, feedback loops, and is influenced by social, economic and environmental factors. The proposed model consists of two submodels: Vehicle Fleet and Emission Calculation. The model runs in Powersim Studio software using data from the Indonesia Japan Economic Partnership Agreement, and the Traffic Management Centre of the Indonesian National Police. The test was conducted by developing two scenarios: Business As Usual and Intention. The estimated results to be obtained using the first scenario in 2021 should be 1,113,398 units, while the second scenario is estimated to produce 850,733 units. We hypothesize that the Intentional Approach will have a more significant impact than the Technical Approach, which requires more investment. The Intentional Approach is designed to improve the intention of private car users to switch to public transportation. The Technical Approach to the emission measurement of every vehicle in a certain area is the data of vehicle emission which are usually taken to determine the current condition. This research will no doubt have a positive impact on emission reduction in Jakarta.

ABSTRACT The income inequality in Indonesia reached the highest level during thedecentralization era and suspected to be caused of the slowdown of the economicgrowth in the last five years to 2015. This paper investigates whether increasinginequality had a positive or negative impact on economic growth in Indonesia. Usingdynamic panel and applying GMM estimator, the result concluded that there is asignificant positive relationship between income inequality and economic growth. However, this study cannot draw a clear conclusion about the relationship for thedifferent classes bottom, middle, and top class since only one step system GMM issignificant. Considering the result, the government should be more careful inregulating the inequality policy.

ABSTRACT
We propose a dynamic skewed copula to model multivariate dependence in asset returns in a flexible yet parsimonious way. We then apply the model to 50 exchange traded funds. The new copula is shown to have better in sample and out of sample performance than existing copulas. In particular, the dynamic model is able to capture increasing dependence patterns during financial crisis periods. It is crucial for investors to take dynamic dependence structure into account when modeling high dimensional returns.
