Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap Pengaruh proses pelelangan di Perusahaan Pemilik 1 Owner terhadap Kinerja Harga Penawaran Proyek Konstruksi, serta seberapa besar konstribusi variabel-variabel proses pelelangan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja harga penawaran proyek, serta seberapa besar konstribusi variabel-variabel proses pelelangan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja harga penawaran. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel penentu adalah kepemimpinan dan kemampuan Owner dalam perencanaan dan manajemen suatu proyek, pengalaman kerja dari Construction Manager, Overhead perusahaan 1 track record, pengalaman pemilik dalam melakukan proses pelelangan dan ketersediaan dan harga material konstruki. Hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut diperoleh dari 23 sampel yang telah dapat memenuhi persyaratan statistik. Sampel tersebut didapatkan dari 28 angket yang diisi oleh responden Analisa yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa korelasi, analisa faktor dan analisa regresi berganda (multiple regression). Semua analisa tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan paket software Statistical Program for Science 9.0 for Windows."

Objectives of this study are to identify relationships between poverty with government expenditures, agriculture, and other factors in rural villages in North Sumatera, West Sumatera, South Sumatera, Lampung, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi from 1993 to 2005. This thesis uses OLS method with recursive data panel model. Result of this research is that an increase in productivity and rainfall will decrease rural poverty significantly. Moreover, increasing income for farm labor and percentage of nonagricultural workers will decrease rural poverty, but not significantly. In the other side, the relation between farmers term of trade and population growth are positive and not significant."

Penelitian ini menggunakan Amihud daily illiquidity measure sebagai proksi dari likuiditas saham. Dengan menggunakan analisis data panel, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Capital expenditures berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap illikuiditas Amihud saham perusahaan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa apabila perusahaan meningkatkan aktivitas capital expenditures, maka perusahaan tersebut akan mengalami peningkatan likuiditas dari sahamnya.

This study aims to identify the effect of Capital expenditures on stock liquidity on non bank and non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 2015. This study uses Amihud daily illiquidity measure as a proxy of stock liquidity. By using panel data analysis, the results of this study indicate that Capital expenditures have a significant negative effect on the company 39 s Amihud illiquidity measure. It shows that if the company increases the activity of capital expenditures, then the company rsquo s liquidity of its shares will increase as well."

"ABSTRACTThe behavior of bureaucratic apparatus in the implementation of the capital expenditure budget in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, still shows a deviant tendency. The problem behind the bad behavior of bureaucratic apparatus in managing the state budget is because of the lack of self-control to prevent deviant behavior and, vice versa, there is a strong intention to behave deviant. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of the capital expenditure budget in the perspective of the behavior of individual bureaucratic apparatus related to intentions that are formed from a combination of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. The research method used is qualitative with a behavioral approach so that it can explain the data and information obtained from observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The validity and reliability of the research are explained and verified with the theories of public administration science so that answers can be formulated as the formulation of the problem. The results showed that the behavior of the bureaucratic apparatus was determined by the intention of a number of efforts and endeavors to make a growing deviation in the implementation of the capital expenditure budget, it was built from the attitude of bureaucratic apparatus that lacked integrity and ployed loyalty. The attitude of the apparatus is in line with the subjective norms of the leaders and stakeholders who hope that each individual who plays a role in project management will get a number of resources determined according to the budget ceiling amount of the contract package for construction work and procurement of operational goods. The attitude and subjective norms of the bureaucratic apparatus can be achieved well because the behavior control is confirmed to be very low."
