"Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) adalah inflamasi yang menyerang parenkim sistem pernapasan bagian bawah. Penyakit ini banyak menyerang individu dari segala tahapan perkembangan. Penyakit ini rentan terjadi pada wilayah perkotaan diakibatkan oleh tingkat polusi udara di wilayah perkotaan yang tinggi. Pada pasien CAP terjadi perubahan pada alveolar sehingga terdapat konsolidasi yang menyebabkan perubahan pola napas. Pursed lip breathing adalah salah satu bentuk intervensi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi manifestasi yang ditimbulkan berupa hiperventilasi. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan pada pasien CAP dan penerapan pursed lip breathing. Hasil Analisa yang didapat dari penerapan pursed lip breathing adalah masalah ketidakefektifan pola napas teratasi ditandai dengan frekuensi napas dalam rentang normal dan tidak ada sesak.

Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) is an inflammation that occurred on lower respiratory system especially lung parenchyma. CAP can occur in all development stage. People who live in urban area are vulnerable to get CAP because the level of air pollution in urban area is higher than rural area. People with CAP will have dyspnea and increase of respiratory rate because there consolidation occurred in alveolus which cause ineffective breathing pattern. Pursed lip breathing is one of the intervention that nurse can do to solve ineffective breathing pattern related to hyperventilation. This nursing Scientific work aims to analyze nursing process on patient with CAP and application of pursed lip breathing. The result of applicating pursed lip breathing on CAP patient are decrease of dyspnea and decrease of respiratory "

"Masalah penelitian ini adalah semangat kebebasan Charlie Parker sebagai inspirasi dalam pembangkangan budaya beatniks terhadap kelas menengah Amerika dalam rentang tahun 1944-1967. Landasan teori tesis ini mengacu kepada beberapa sumber kepustakaan. Tulisan-tulisan dan penelitian terdahulu mencakup subjek-subjek yang meliputi kelas menengah Amerika di dasawarsa-dasawarsa pasca Perang Dunia II, pembangkangan beatniks terhadap kelas menengah Amerika, dan kehidupan beserta karya musik Charlie Parker.Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode penelitian kwalitatif berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh Bari beragam sumber kepustakaan tersebut disusun untuk kemudian dianalisis dalam rangka pembuktian hipotesis.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan hipotesis penelitian bahwa semangat kebebasan Charlie Parker merupakan inspirasi dalam pembangkangan budaya beatniks terhadap kelas menengah Amerika. Inspirasi yang diperoleh beatniks dari Charlie Parker berada dalam satu rangkaian counterculture yang menghubungkan kelompok-kelompok avant-garde di wilayah-wilayah bohemia di Amerika Serikat.

The research problem is Charlie Parker's spirit of freedom as inspiration in beatniks counterculture against America's middle-class in 1944-1967. The theoretical basis of this thesis refer to some literature or previous research. These writings and research include subjects such as the America's middle-class in postwar America, the beatniks rebellion towards the middle class, and the life and works of Charlie Parker.

The method of research selected is qualitative research based on previous literature and research. The data collected from various sources are compiled and arranged to be analyzed in the course of proving research hypothesis.

The result of this research is a proven hypothesis that Charlie Parker's spirit of freedom was an inspiration in beatniks counterculture against America's middle-class. The inspiration lies in one strand of countercultures that connect avant-garde groups in America's bohemia."

"Dalam melakukan skrinning payudara, pesawat mamografi harus dapat mencitrakan mikrokalsifikasi dengan ukuran sekecil mungkin. Namun besar dosis glandular rerata (mean glandular dose, MGD) yang sampai ke payudara tidak boleh melebihi batas yang dianjurkan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka kombinasi target/filter yang digunakan saat melakukan pengeksposan harus disesuaikan terhadap ketebalan payudara. Evaluasi kualitas citra terhadap variasi kombinasi target/filter dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan fantom CDMAM. Dari dua metode yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi citra fantom CDMAM, metode digital lebih unggul dibanding metode manual. Selain evaluasi citra, nilai MGD yang diterima fantom dihitung dengan cara mengalikan nilai kerma udara disetiap ketebalan dengan faktor konversi kerma udara menjadi MGD. MGD dihitung menggunakan persamaan dan faktor konversi yang dipublikasikan IAEA Human Health Series No. 17 - Quality Assurance Programme for Digital Mammography, kemudian dibandingkan dengan perhitungan berdasarkan tiga publikasi lainnya. Kualitas citra terbaik untuk fantom ketebalan di bawah 32 mm diperoleh dengan menggunakan kombinasi target/filter Mo/Mo, sedangkan untuk ketebalan di atas 45 mm terbaik menggunakan Mo/Rh. ......In performing breast screening, a mammography must be capable of imaging microcalcifications with the smallest possible size. However, the mean glandular dose (MGD) should not exceed the recommended limits. To achieve the goal then the utilization of target/filter combination should be adjusted to the thickness of the breast. The evaluation of image quality against variations in target/filter combinations can be done by using CDMAM phantom. There are two methods of CDMAM phantom image quality assessment, and the digital method is considered superior to the manual one. In addition to the evaluation of image quality, MGD received by the phantom was also calculated by multiplying the air kerma value at each thicknesses with the air kerma conversion factor into MGD. The calculation of MGD follow the equation and convertion factors that published by IAEA Human Health Series No. 17 – Quality Assurance Programme for Digital Mammography, then being compared with three another publication. The best image quality for the phantom thickness below 32 mm achieved by using Mo/Mo target/filter combination, meanwhile for the phantom thickness above 45 mm achieved by using Mo/Rh."
