"The purpose of this paper is to describe a proposed support system of Kaizen activity which contributes to improve related performance indicators in a production department. Background research consisted of the following three parts. First, a Decision Support System (DSS) provided an illustration for the proposed system; its three elements of interest include Kaizen case-base, Model-base and User-interface. The first element accumulates useful cases for developing new cases. The second element accumulates models to utilize the case-base effectively, including the Kaizen strategic model, Kaizen objective model, Kaizen data analysis model, and model building blocks and subroutines. The third element links Kaizen case-base, Model-base and Kaizen engineers. The linkages are realized by four procedures: installation of proposed support system, construction of Kaizen case-base, evaluation of the case-base, and development of new cases. The second portion of our research was a discussion of Kaizen case-base from three viewpoints: its utilization purpose, its information structure, and data types accumulated in it. Thirdly, investigation of the three primary model types mentioned above was performed and the proposed model-base was constructed. Proposed system was designed to maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a manufacturing system through discussions with Kaizen experts whose factory collaborated in this research."

"Laporan magang ini berisi terkait evaluasi kualitas suatu sistem data analitik sebagai perangkat lunak performance management beserta evaluasi terhadap fokus pengukuran kinerja yang dipilih oleh PT CGI yang bergerak pada industri FMCG di Indonesia. Evaluasi dibuat berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan beberapa teori yang berkaitan dengan performance management. Lingkup pembahasan mencakup evaluasi terhadap pemilihan informasi dan evaluasi keefektifan dari tool yang dibuat oleh PT CGI, serta rekomendasi inisiatif yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari sistem data analitik. Penulis melakukan evaluasi yang sudah dibuat dengan menggunakan kerangka evaluasi teori performance measurement, serta konsep performance Management yang merupakan materi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Strategi dan Manajemen Kinerja Organisasi, dan referensi tambahan yang relevan serta terpercaya berupa kerangka evaluasi dari Boston Consulting Group. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, penulis menemukan bahwa praktik penyusunan tool yang dilaksanakan oleh PT CGI sudah sesuai dengan kerangka evaluasi. Namun, masih terdapat dua faktor yang dapat ditingkatkan oleh PT CGI untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari sistem yang dimilikinya, yaitu perihal kemudahan navigasi dalam pengoperasian dasbor, serta penyertaan forecast guidance sebagai acuan kinerja mendatang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, penulis merumuskan rangkaian rekomendasi yang dapat dikonsiderasi oleh PT CGI dan dijadikan acuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari sistem data analitik yang sudah selesai dibuat pada saat ini.

This internship report contains the evaluation of the quality of an analytical data system as performance management software along with an evaluation of the focus of performance measurement chosen by PT CGI which is engaged in the FMCG industry in Indonesia. Evaluation is made based on conformity with several theories related to performance management. The scope of the discussion includes an evaluation of the selection of information and evaluation of the effectiveness of the tools made by PT CGI, as well as recommendations for initiatives that can be implemented by the company to improve the quality of data analytics systems. The author conducts an evaluation that has been made using the performance measurement theory evaluation framework, as well as the concept of performance management which is a learning material in the Strategic and Organizational Performance Management course, and additional relevant and reliable references in the form of an evaluation framework from the Boston Consulting Group. Based on the evaluation carried out, the authors found that the practice of compiling tools carried out by PT CGI was in accordance with the evaluation framework. However, there are still two factors that can be improved by PT CGI to improve the quality of its system, first, regarding the ease of navigation in the operation of the dashboard, and second, regarding the inclusion of forecast guidance as a reference for future performance. Based on the evaluation results, the authors formulate a series of recommendations that can be considered by PT CGI and used as a reference to improve the quality of the analytical data system that has been established."

"ABSTRAKPengembangan kontruksi di Indonesia setiap tahun terus meningkat. Akan tetapi tidak dibarengi dengan landasan normantif dalam perbaikan dan perawatan, berdampak pada percepatan kerusakan kontruksi bangunan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek kunci pengukuran kinerja manajemen pemeliharaan dan perawatan dengan sebangai objek bangunan Pemerintah RI, dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kinerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bervariasi, yaitu dengan metode KPis dan menentukan kualitas kinerja mengunakan scorecard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 63 peristiwa indikator yang diidentifikasi berpotensi mempengaruhi kinerja, dan 20 indikator dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengukuran. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja manajemen dan pemeliharaan secara lebih efisien dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi, teknologi, sosial dan lingkungan.Kata kunci :Pengembangan, pengukuran kinerja, KPIs, Scorecard manajemen pemeliharaan, manajemen bangunan, manajemen fasilitas.

ABSTRACT Development of construction in Indonesia per annum to increase. However, not in line with the normative basis of maintenance, impact on the acceleration of damage to building construction. The purpose of this paper is to identify the key aspects of performance measurement for maintenance management building, objects within Parliament Building and Environment Indonesia, to improve the quality of performance.The study was conducted qualitatively, by analyzing data on the perception of the questionnaire to the respondents who had experience in the project, and then the data were processed by Structural Equation Modeling SEM to get priority indicator factors. The study results showed that there were 63 events of the indicators which were identified as potentially affected the measurement performance, and 20 dominant indicators that affected the measurement performance. Furthermore, The results of the study are expected to improve the performance management and maintenance more efficiently and improve the economic, techical, social and environmental value.Keyword Developing, performance measurement KPIs, scorecard, maintenance management, facility management, building management "
