"The main objective of this research is to find out the reappearance in the use of terrorism patterns by ETA after the Madrid Bombing incident in 2004. According to many resources ETA had stopped their attacks after this incident, but then after six month they started again even though four day after the bombing a new prime minister was elected.
This research uses critical theory as tool of analysis and literature study as research method for finding the needed data. After carefully researching the writer has discovered that there are five main causes that can explain ETA's behavior; first, based on their history ETA has been split into many groups, but the legacy of the original ETA is now carried on by ETA-Military. ETA-Military now considered many of their former members as betrayer to the armed struggle for the independence of the Basque region. Second, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero still carries out the same policies from the old administration which Jose Maria Aznar was the head of it by banning all ETA political activities. Another reason is also by the compromising behavior of other pro independence parties after the rejection of the Ibarretxe Plan. Third, for ETA there is no real difference between Zapatero and Aznar even though Zapatero has a more soft approach towards ETA and also ETA don't trust the Spanish Socialist Party because in the past this party has secretly carried out an ETA termination programme that was being applied by the Grupos Antiterroristas de Liberacion (GAL). Fourth, there is a decline of support from the Basque people toward ETA actions.Fifth, ETA is being weakened by the international cooperation between Spain and France, the European Union, United States of America and the United Nations.
The conclusion of this research is that the reappearance in the use of terrorism patterns by ETA is a way for ETA to show all the people especially the Basque people that they still exist and this is also a way for them to notify that they would like to negotiate with the Spanish. government but on condition that they would not have to put down their arms first because in the past they had a bad experience with cease fire which only made them weak. Even though ETA is still using socialism as their ideology, but ETA is has become what Herbert Marcuse describe as a one dimensional man by still continuing their terrorist attacks.

"Penerjemahan berita adalah bidang yang penting pada ilmu penerjemahan karena berita memberi informasi yang sedang terjadi untuk masyarakat. Meskipun masih ada berita yang menggunakan media cetak, berita juga berkembang dalam bentuk media digital. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa metode, prosedur, dan ideologi penerjemahan dari artiker berita pada situs web resmi Real Madrid. Situs web Resmi Real Madrid dipilih karena mereka bukanlah suatu media berita, tapi tetap menulis berita pada media digital. Artikel berita dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tesktual untuk menjelaskan dan menginterpretasikan pesan, struktur, dan fungsi dari teks. Metode penerjemahan komunikatif dan metode penerjemahan bebas adalah metode yang palinng dominan, sedangkan prosedur pemadanan berkonteks, padanan kultural, penambahan, dan penghapusan merupakan prosedur yang paling dominan. Ideologi penerjemahan cenderung ke arah domestikasi. Penerjemahan pada situs web resmi Real Madrid menggunakan strategi yang membuat teks sasaran menjadi lebih dekat dengan konteks dan budaya Indonesia.

News translation is an important field of translation studies because news informs people about things that are going around. News has also evolved into a digital form, although there is still a printed form of news. This paper analyses the methods, procedures, and translation ideology from the news articles in Real Madrid official website. Real Madrid official website is chosen because it is not a news company, yet it still produces news in a digital form. The news articles were analysed by using textual analysis to describe and interpret the message, structure, and use of the text. Communicative and free translation methods are the dominant methods, while the dominant procedures are contextual conditioning, cultural equivalent, addition, and omission. Translation`s ideology tends to be the domestication ideology. The translation in Real Madrid official website uses strategies that make the target text closer to the Indonesian`s context and culture.

"Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia perdagangan global, merek semakin memiliki peran penting dalam suatu bisnis, bukan hanya sebagai tanda pembeda barang atau jasa sejenis yang diperdagangkan, tetapi juga sebagai strategi bisnis. Sehingga banyak pengusaha-pengusaha baik dari Indonesia maupun luar negeri yang ingin mereknya mendapatkan pelindungan di banyak negara. Sebelum tahun 1891, agar suatu merek mendapatkan pelindungan, pemohon harus mengajukan permohonan pendaftaran merek secara langsung ke negara-negara tempat pelindungan diinginkan. Kemudian pada tahun 1891 upaya untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran merek secara internasional dimulai dengan lahirnya Madrid Agreement Concerning The International Registration of Marks (Persetujuan Madrid) dan diikuti dengan Protocol Relating to The Madrid Agreement Concerning The International Registration of Marks (Protokol Madrid) pada tahun 1989. Pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2017 lalu, Indonesia resmi menjadi anggota Protokol Madrid, dan telah berlaku efektif di Indonesia mulai tanggal 2 Januari 2018. Oleh karena itu dalam skripsi ini akah dibahas lebih lanjut mengenai ketentuan pendaftaran merek internasional dengan Sistem Madrid serta pengaruhnya terhadap pendaftaran merek di Indonesia.

Along with the significant growth of global trade, marks increasingly has an important role in a business, not only to differentiate similar traded goods or services but also as a business strategy. Thus, many local and foreign businesses seek for protection of marks in many countries. Prior to 1891, for a mark to be protected, applicants must file for a registration of marks directly to the countries where the protection sought. In 1891 attempts to facilitate the process of international registration of marks began with the signing of Madrid Agreement Concerning The International Registration of Marks and followed by Protocol Relating to The Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks (Protocol Madrid) in 1989. On 2 October 2017, Indonesia officially became a member of the Madrid Protocol and has come to effect in Indonesia since January 2, 2018. This thesis will further discuss about the international registration of marks using provisions in Madrid Protocol as well as its impact on the registration of marks in Indonesia."

"Globalisasi industri olahraga, terutama pada sektor sepak bola, membuat persaingan antarklub semakin ketat. Keadaan ini menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan saluran digital marketing communication seperti media sosial untuk mengelola brand equity, hal yang krusial bagi keberlangsungan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang sebuah klub olahraga profesional. Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan media sosial oleh klub sepak bola Real Madrid untuk mempertahankan brand equity mereka. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten, pengamatan utama dilakukan selama bulan Oktober 2024 pada empat media sosial milik Real Madrid, yaitu X (n=357), Instagram (n=220), YouTube (n=18), dan TikTok (n=36) yang mencakup isi post dan komentarnya. Sebagai acuan analisis, penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Customer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) yang telah disesuaikan ke dalam konteks olahraga. Konsep ini mencakup dua kategori komponen, yaitu brand attributes dan brand benefits. Penemuan penelitian memperlihatkan usaha Real Madrid dalam mempertahankan brand equity melalui penerapan seluruh komponen CBBE, yaitu team success, star player, head coach, brand mark, management, history and tradition, culture and values, event's image, sponsor, fans, stadium, fan identification, escape, social interaction, emotions, dan entertainment pada media sosial yang diteliti. Selain itu, konten media sosial Real Madrid juga menunjukkan komunikasi yang konsisten, informatif, serta memiliki asosiasi yang positif di mata para penggemar.

The globalization of the sports industry, especially in football, has heightened competition among clubs. This study explores Real Madrid CF's use of social media in maintaining brand equity, highlighting the crucial role of digital marketing communication in the globalized sports industry, particularly in the football sector, for the club’s long-term success. Using the content analysis method, this study mainly observed four social media owned by Real Madrid, namely X (n=357), Instagram (n=220), YouTube (n=18), and TikTok (n=36), which included the comments along with the posts, during October 2024. As a reference for the analysis, this study uses the Customer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) concept that has been adapted to the context of sports. This concept includes two categories of components, namely brand attributes and brand benefits. The research findings show Real Madrid's efforts in maintaining brand equity through the implementation of all CBBE components, namely team success, star players, head coaches, brand marks, management, history and tradition, culture and values, event's image, sponsors, fans, stadiums, fan identification, escape, social interaction, emotions, and entertainment on the studied social media. In addition, their social media content also shows consistent, informative communication and positive associations in fans' minds."
