"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai advokasi hak atas air yang dilakukan oleh KMMSAJ (Koalisi Masyarakat Menolak Swastanisasi Air Jakarta). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya advokasi, termasuk urgensi, rangkaian proses, dan aspek-aspek di dalamnya, yang dilakukan Koalisi Masyarakat Menolak Swastanisasi Air Jakarta (KMMSAJ) untuk menjamin hak masyarakat untuk mendapatkan air bersih.
Penelitian ini juga ingin menjawab pertanyaan penelitian Bagaimana peran Koalisi Masyarakat Menolak Swastanisasi Air Jakarta (KMMSAJ) pada tahun 2012-2019 sebagai gerakan sosial penolakan privatisasi air di DKI Jakarta dalam mengadvokasi hak masyarakat DKI Jakarta untuk mendapatkan air bersih karena adanya kebijakan Privatisasi oleh pemerintah dan swasta di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori aktivisme politik dari Pippa Norris.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan Praktik privatisasi sistem pengelolaan air di DKI Jakarta yang melibatkan pemerintah, PAM Jaya, PT Palyja, dan PT Aetra telah terbukti melanggar konstitusi UUD 1945 dan juga hak asasi manusia masyarakat DKI Jakarta. KMMSAJ hadir sebagai gerakan sosial yang hadir untuk mengadvokasi hak atas air masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Gerakan ini telah memberikan pengaruh yang banyak terhadap kebijakan privatisasi air di DKI Jakarta. Akan tetapi gerakan ini masih belum berhasil untuk menghentikan praktik privatisasi dalam sistem pengelolaan air di DKI Jakarta.

This thesis discusses advocacy for the right to water carried out by KMMSAJ (Community Coalition Against Jakarta Water Privatization). The purpose of this research is to find out advocacy efforts, including urgency, a series of processes, and aspects in them, conducted by the Jakarta Coalition to Refuse Water Privatization in Jakarta (KMMSAJ) to guarantee the community's right to get clean water.
This research also wants to answer the research question How is the role of the Community Coalition Against Jakarta Water Privatization (KMMSAJ) in 2012-2019 as a social movement against water privatization in DKI Jakarta in advocating for the right of the people of DKI Jakarta to get clean water because of the privatization policy by the government and the private sector in DKI Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews. The theory used is the theory of political activism from Pippa Norris.
Based on the findings of the practice of privatization of the water management system in DKI Jakarta involving the government, PAM Jaya, PT Palyja, and PT Aetra have been proven to violate the 1945 Constitution and the human rights of the people of DKI Jakarta. KMMSAJ was present as a social movement that was present to advocate for the right to water of the people of DKI Jakarta. This movement has had a lot of influence on water privatization policies in DKI Jakarta. However, this movement has not succeeded in stopping privatization practices in the water management system in DKI Jakarta."

"The core of the problem in the hotel service industry, as an important part of tourism
industries, was a big gap between the hotel potential as service industries and the macro and micro
economic condition in Indonesia.
The research objective was to study and analyze the simultaneous as well as partial effects of
accommodation condition, occupancy rate, supply specification of the rooms, domestic guest services,
foreign guest services, facilities and security on the revenue of the hotel industries. Besides, the
research studied and analyzed the effects of hotel revenues on the Regional Natural Revenue, job
creation and the public welfare.
The nature of the research was a survey using descriprive and inferential analyses. The model
was of hypothesis testing that applied statistical techniques of simple and multiple linear regression.
The design of the research employed causal relationship in which several independent variables were
served as the causes of the independent variables.
The results of this research indicated that there was simultaneous significant effects of
accommodation, occupancy rate, domestic guest service and facilities on the hotel industry revenue.
Partially, each of the four variables of accommodation, occupancy rates, domestic guest services and
facilities had significant effect. The remaining three (supply specification of the rooms, foreign guest
services and security) did not have significant effect on the hotel industry revenues. Likewise, the
effect of the hotel revenues on the Regional Natural Revenue DKI Jakarta was not significant. And
yey, the effects of hotel industry revenues on the job creation DKI Jakarta as well as on the public
welfare were significant.
The results of this research brought about implication that there were some internal factors
which affected the growth of the hotel service industry; there were accommodation, occupancy rate,
domestic guest services and facilities. Necessarily, it was recommended that the governmental and
hotel businessman increase the four factors which induced the positive impact on Regional Natural
Revenue, job creation and public welfare."

"DKI Jakarta menjadi provinsi kedua dengan timbulan sampah terbanyak di Indonesia yang mencapai 8.527 ton/hari di tahun 2022. Sampah yang tidak dikelola menjadi tempat perkembangbiakan patogen dan vektornya, faktor terjadinya banjir, dan menyebabkan penyakit menular. Pengelolaan sampah efektif dilakukan dari perilaku masyarakat sebagai sumbernya dalam mengelola sampah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan keterpaparan media informasi dengan perilaku pengelolaan sampah pada masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner online dan desain studi cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu masyarakat DKI Jakarta usia 15 – 64 tahun sebanyak 400 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (0,000), keterpaparan media informasi (0,000), jenis kelamin (0,009), dan pendidikan (0,003) dengan perilaku pengelolaan sampah serta tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan perilaku pengelolaan sampah (p-value = 0,854). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa keterpaparan media informasi menjadi variabel dominan pada perilaku pengelolaan sampah (OR = 7,729, 95% CI = 4,794 – 12,461). Terdapat empat variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pengelolaan sampah pada masyarakat di DKI Jakarta dengan keterpaparan media informasi menjadi faktor dominannya. Pemerintah dapat bekerja sama dengan media massa (online, sosial, cetak) untuk menyediakan konten edukatif dan kampanye pengelolaan sampah yang sesuai dengan tren dan berkolaborasi dengan influencer dan NGO.
...... DKI Jakarta is the second province with the highest waste generation in Indonesia, reaching 8,527 tons per day in 2022. Improper waste management leads to the proliferation of pathogens and vectors, contributes to flooding, and poses risks of infectious diseases. Effective waste management starts with the behavior of the community as its primary source. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between knowledge and media exposure with waste management behavior among the residents of DKI Jakarta. This study adopts a quantitative approach using an online questionnaire and a cross-sectional study design. The study population consisted of 400 individuals aged 15 to 64 years. The findings of this study reveal significant associations between knowledge (p-value = 0.000), media exposure (p-value = 0.000), gender (p-value = 0.009), education (p-value = 0.003) with waste management behavior. However, there is no significant relationship found between age and waste management behavior (p-value = 0.854). Multivariate analysis indicates that media exposure is the dominant variable that significantly influences waste management behavior (OR = 7.729, 95% CI = 4.794 – 12.461). Four variables are associated with waste management behavior among the residents of DKI Jakarta, with media exposure emerging as the dominant factor. The government can collaborate with mass media to provide educational content and waste management campaigns that align with current trends and collaborate with influencers and NGOs."

"Pemerintah DKI Jakarta melakukan reformasi perpajakan dengan membuat e-BPHTB. E- BPHTB bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam menjalani kewajiban perpajakan BPHTB. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan e-BPHTB online dan pengaruhnya pada penerimaan pajak daerah dan kepatuhan masyarakat di provinsi DKI Jakarta, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada penerapan e- BPHTB online, dan menggambarkan evaluasi pada penerapan e-BPHTB online. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan pengawasan BPHTB berjalan baik dengan memberikan pengawasan kepada Wajib Pajak dengan adanya kerjasama pada pihak terkait. Penerapan e-BPHTB terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah dan kepatuhan masyarakat belum dipengaruhi oleh e-BPHTB online ini karena Wajib Pajak yang memanfaatkan masih sedikit dan adanya sistem approval kurang efektif dan efisien. Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat sudah dikatakan baik karena pemberian fasilitas yang dibuat oleh pemerintah salah satunya e-BPHTB. Faktor yang mendorong penerapan e- BPHTB online terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu perkembangan zaman terhadap teknologi, kedua manfaat kemudahan yang dirasakan oleh Wajib Pajak dan Fiskus, dan pandemi covid-19. Faktor penghambat pada penerapan program ini yaitu masyarakat yang masih awam terhadap teknologi, sistem approval yang kurang efektif dan efisien karena masih membutuhkan sumber daya manusia dalam pengoperasiannya, dan kurangnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Tingkat keberhasilan pada penerapan e-BPHTB yaitu terbagi menjadi dua, evaluasi terhadap kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang masih minim pengetahuan karena tidak ada pelatihan pada pegawai pajak dan penyempurnaan aplikasi pada sistem approval.
......The DKI Jakarta government carried out tax reform by making e-BPHTB. E-BPHTB aims to simplify BPHTB tax obligations for the general public. This study was carried out to determine the driving and impeding factors in the application of e-BPHTB online, to describe the evaluation of the application of e-BPHTB online, and to analyze the application of e-BPHTB online and its impact on local tax revenue and community compliance in the DKI Jakarta province. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting literature studies and field studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision policy of BPHTB is running well by providing supervision to taxpayers with the cooperation of related parties. The application of e-BPHTB to local tax revenues and public compliance has not been affected by this online e-BPHTB because taxpayers who use it are still few and the approval system is less effective and efficient. The level of public trust has been said to be good because of the provision of facilities made by the government, one of which is e-BPHTB. The factors that encourage the application of e-BPHTB online are divided into three, namely the development of the times towards technology, the second is the convenience benefits felt by taxpayers and tax officials, pandemic covid-19. The inhibiting factors in implementing this program are people who are still unfamiliar with technology, the approval system is less effective and efficient because it still requires human resources in its operation, and the lack of quality human resources. The level of success in the implementation of e-BPHTB is divided into two, evaluation of the competence of human resources which is still lacking in knowledge because there is no training for tax employees and improvement of applications on the approval system."
