Pola Pengobatan Pasien HIV di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng Periode Mei – Oktober 2022 = The Treatment Pattern of HIV Patients at Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng Period May - October 2022
"HIV merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mengancam Indonesia dan berbagai negara di dunia. Menurut WHO (World Health Organization) pada akhir 2021 terdapat 38,4 juta orang yang terinfeksi HIV yang tersebar di seluruh dunia dan sekitar 650.000 orang meninggal karena terinfeksi HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pengobatan antiretroviral dan kesesuaian pengobatan antiretroviral untuk pasien HIV di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.87 tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pengobatan Antiretroviral dan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 tentang Pedoman Nasional Pelayanan Kedokteran Tata Laksana HIV. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional study dengan metode pengumpulan data secara retrospektif, menggunakan data pasien di bulan Mei – Oktober 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi antiretroviral yang sering digunakan adalah FDC TLE (Tenofovir + Lamivudin + Efavirenz) sebanyak 266 pasien (54,46%) untuk regimen ARV lini pertama dan FDC TLD (Tenofovir + Lamivudin + Dolutegravir) sebanyak 88 pasien (21,20%) untuk regimen ARV lini kedua. Untuk kesesuaian kombinasi regimen ARV adalah 100% sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.87 tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pengobatan Antiretroviral dan dan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 tentang Pedoman Nasional Pelayanan Kedokteran Tata Laksana HIV.
......HIV is a health problem that threatens Indonesia and various countries worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), by the end of 2021, there were 38.4 million people infected with HIV globally, and approximately 650,000 people died due to HIV infection. This study aims to determine the patterns of antiretroviral treatment and the appropriateness of antiretroviral treatment for HIV patients at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng in accordance with the standards set by the Minister of Health Regulation No.87 of 2014 on Antiretroviral Treatment Guidelines and the Minister of Health Decree No. HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 on the National Guidelines for HIV Medical Management. The research employed a cross-sectional study design with retrospective data collection, using patient data from May to October 2022. Based on the research findings, the frequently used antiretroviral therapy was FDC TLE (Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Efavirenz) for the first-line ARV regimen, with 266 patients (54.46%), and FDC TLD (Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Dolutegravir) for the second-line ARV regimen, with 88 patients (21.20%). The combination of ARV regimens showed 100% compliance with the standards set by the Minister of Health Regulation No.87 of 2014 on Antiretroviral Treatment Guidelines and the Minister of Health Decree No. HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 on the National Guidelines for HIV Medical Management."

"ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan
Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari
tanggal 30 Juni hingga 24 Juli 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan
pekerjaan kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi
apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
puskesmas, serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik.
Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin
yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan manajerial meliputi perencanaan
kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian,
pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan obat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi
pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan kegiatan farmasi klinis meliputi
pelayanan resep (dispensing), Pelayan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, homecare,
dan penyuluhan kesehatan. peningkatan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dilakukan
dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi seperti penggunaan perangkat
lunak dan website. Masalah yang terjadi di puskesmas adalah keterbatasan sarana
dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian.

student have obtained insight into routine activities in pharmacy. Managerial
activities include requirement planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution,
control, recording, reporting, and archiving of drugs, as well as monitoring and
evaluation of the management of drugs and medical materials consumables, and
activities of clinical pharmacy includes the service prescriptions (dispensing),
giving the drug information, counseling, homecare, and health education.
Improving the quality of pharmaceutical services performed by utilizing
technological developments such as the use of software and websites. Issue that
occur in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan are limited facilities and infrastructure
to support the activities of pharmaceutical services.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng sejak tanggal 11 sampai dengan 30 April 2016. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di Puskesmas dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu belum tersedianya ruangan khusus untuk pelayanan konseling.
ABSTRACT
Internship was held at Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng from April 11 until April 30 2016. This internship aimed to make apothecary student are able to understand the role and the responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy practices at Puskesmas; have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical practice in the Puskesmas, have a description of the issues about pharmaceutical practice that occur at Puskesmas and also can communicate with other health proffesions. Based on activities, Pharmacist in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in management pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical consumable materials, and clinical pharmacy. Ther problems that occur in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng is there are not available special room for counseling.

Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar Jakarta Timur telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum dilakukan adalah pemantauan dan pelaporan efek samping obat.

"ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Menteng dilaksanakan selama 3 minggu, yaitu sejak tanggal 13 September sampai dengan 30 September 2016. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi apoteker agar mahasiswa mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktik kefarmasian yang ada di Puskesmas Kecamatan Menteng meliputi manajemen farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan manajemen kefarmasian yang dilaksanakan meliputi perencanaan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Pelayanan farmasi klinis yang dilaksanakan meliputi pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat, pemberian informasi obat, konseling, dan monitoring dan Pelaporan Efek Samping Obat. Sumber daya yang terdapat dalam apotek Puskesmas Kecamatan Menteng sudah cukup memadai untuk melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian.

Internship at Puskesmas Kecamatan Menteng held for 3 weeks, since September, 13rd, until September, 30th, 2016. This internship was intended to make apothecary student understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist at puskesmas in accordance with standard and ethic of pharmaceutical care. Pharmacy practice in Puskesmas Menteng include pharmacy management and clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacy management activities undertaken the drugr management, include planning, requesting, receiping, saving, distribution, control, recording and reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. Clinical pharmacy services includes prescription, drug handover, drug information services, counseling, monitoring and reporting Drug Side Effects. The resources contained in Puskesmas Kecamatan Menteng pharmacies are suffice to perform pharmacy services."

Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum dilakukan adalah pemantauan dan pelaporan efek samping obat, Pemantauan Terapi Obat dan evaluasi penggunaan obat.

Moreover, managerial activities pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Cipayung District Jakarta Timur Primary Health are suitable with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 30 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Primary Health. Clinical pharmacy activities in Cipayung District Jakarta Timur Primary Health that are not done is monitoring and reporting of drugs side effect, drug monitoring therapy and evaluation of drug use."

Pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Puskesmas sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas, dan mempelajari strategi maupun kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti kegiatan pembekalan materi dan kegiatan lapangan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cempaka Putih. Dari hasil pengamatan, diketahui bahwa peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cempaka Putih mencakup pengelolaan obat dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai BMHP serta pelayanan farmasi klinik.
ABSTRACT
Internship at Cempaka Putih Subdistrict Healthcare is held on July 18th to August 1st, 2016. This internship is aimed to make students of pharmacist can understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in subdistrict healthcare based on standard of pharmaceutical care, have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmacy practices at the subdistrict healthcare, have a real concept about the issues of pharmacy practice, and learn strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop pharmacy practice at subdistrict healthcare. This internship is done by following activities in the field, especially in Cempaka Putih Subdistrict Healthcare. From the results, it is known that the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Cempaka Putih Subdistrict Healthcare are in the management of drugs and consumable medical materials, and also in clinical pharmacy services."
