"Mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah skripsi seringkali mengalami stres hingga burnout sehingga diperlukan mekanisme koping. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan mekanisme koping dengan stres dan burnout pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah skripsi di Universitas. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional kepada 109 responden mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah skripsi. Didapatkan hasil bahwa mahasiswa tingkat akhir mengalami stres berat 97,2, burnout ringan 72,5, memiliki orangtua dengan pola asuh otoritatif 62,4, menggunakan mekanisme koping emotion focused engagement 44, dan koping spiritual positif 96,3. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara mekanisme koping dan pola asuh dengan stres dan burnout. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi bidang pendidikan, penelitian, pelayanan keperawatan, dan mahasiswa agar mahasiswa dapat memiliki kesiapan dalam menghadapi skripsi. ......Final year student who are taking thesis subject often experience stress until burnout so that required coping mechanism. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of coping mechanism with stress and burnout at the final students of University. The design of this research is cross sectional to 109 final year student respondents who are taking thesis course. The result was that the final year students had severe stress 97.2 , light burnout 72.5 , parents with authoritative parenting 62.4 , using emotion focused engagement 44 coping mechanism, and positive spiritual coping 96.3 . There is a significant relationship between coping mechanisms and parenting with stress and burnout. These results will be beneficial to education, research, nursing service, and students so that students can have readiness in facing thesis."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang kesesuaian antara perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan pada Proyek digitalisasi Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya, bagaimana kondisi infrastruktur serta Sumber Daya Manusianya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data-data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori tentang: aktivitas standar yang ada pada proyek digitalisasi, faktor-aktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam menilai sebuah perencanaan proyek, serta teori tentang parameter keberhasilan sebuah proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proyek Digitalisasi naskah dan skripsi tersebut telah berhasil dengan catatan khusus, serta menyarankan bahwa sebaiknya dilakukan perbaikan di masa mendatang.

AbstractThe Focus of this study is about the compatibility of planning and execution in Project Digitization Thesis and Manuscripts from Library of Faculty of Humanities University of Indonesia. This research is using the qualitative methods and case study approach. The data were analyzed using the theory of: Standard activity of Digitization Project, factors in assesing the project planning, and parameters of project. The result of this research shows that this project has success with specifically note, and researcher suggests that this library should improve this project in the future."
