Pasca runtuhnya Orde Baru dinamika politik di Indonesia mengalami perubahan, dengan diterapkannya beberapa kebijakan politik yang menyentuh langsung semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Proses demokratisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah pusat melalui pemilukada langsung, telah merubah pola dan hubungan antara elit desa. Konflik antar elit desa tidak dapat dihindari dalam memperebutkan simpati masyarakat desa.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak dari demokratisasi melalui Pemilukada langsung mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial masyarakat desa kiandarat. Dalam Studi ini peneliti memfokuskan pada dampak dari konflik politik yang melibatkan elit desa sejak pemilihan Kepala Daerah Langsung tahun 2010, Peneliti berusaha menjelaskan perubahan pola hubungan diantara elit desa yang satu dengan elit desa lainnya, dan diantara elit desa dengan masyarakat desa sejak terjadinya konflik. Studi ini juga menggunakan teori elite Soerjono Soekanto yang menjelaskan bahwa elite yang menduduki jabatan tertentu berdasarkan garis keturunan.Serta teori sirkulasi elite Kolabinsca yang menyatakan bahwa perputaran elite bisa dari satu kelompok yang sama, bisa juga dari kelompok diluar kelompok yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Seta menggunakan teori konflik politik Prof.Maswadi Rauf yang menyatakan bahwa dalam kehidupan masyarakat konflik tidak dapat dihindarkan . Semua teori yang dijabarkan merupakan bahan untuk menganalisa kasus yang diteliti. Peneliti dalam melakukaan penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan; Pertama telah terjadi perubahan pada perilaku elit desa, yang disebabkan perebutan otoritas desa. Elit desa tidak lagi menyembunyikan hasrat kuasa yang besar di depan masyarakat. Kedua digunakannya simbol-simbol agama (Masjid) sebagai alat untuk mempertajam konflik. Pola konflik yang melibatkan entitas keagamaan ini baru pernah terjadi di kabupaten seram bagian timur ketiga Dampak dari konflik masih dirasakan hingga hari ini karena tidak ada kedewasaan dari elit desa terhadap perbedaan dalam pilihan politik. Masyarakat desa diperhadapkan dengan situasi konflik yang tidak ada jalan keluarnya.

ABSTRACT

The democratization process undertaken by the central government through direct election, has changed the pattern and the relationship between the village elite. Conflicts among the elite village can not be avoided in gaining public sympathy desa.Penelitian was conducted to determine the extent of the impact of democratization through Election directly affect the social life of rural communities Kiandarat. In this study researchers focused on the impact of political conflict involving the village elites since the election of Regional Head Live in 2010 , researchers tried to explain the change in the pattern of the relationship between the village elite elite one with the other villages, and among the elite village by village communities since the conflict. The study also uses Soerjono Soekanto elite theory that explains that the elite who occupy certain positions based on the line keturunan.Serta Kolabinsca elite circulation theory which states that the turnover could elite of the same group , it could be from groups outside the group that had been there before .
