"Ners spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah kekhususan onkologi memberikan asuhan keperawatan komprehensif pada pasien kanker. Berbagai jenis kanker dikelola selama residensi, salah satunya adalah kanker payudara yang merupakan kasus terbanyak kanker pada perempuan. Teori keperawatan Virginia Henderson dengan pendekatan 14 kebutuhan dasar sebagai pengkajian kanker meliputi kebutuhan biospikososialspiritual. Tujuan: melaporkan tentang tiga target utama yaitu analisis kasus kanker payudara dengan pendekatan teori Henderson, penerapan Evedance Based Nursing (EBN) dengan tema Instrumen State-Trait Anxiety Inventory Trait (STAI-T) sebagai pengkajian tingkat cemas pasien kanker, serta target proyek inovasi dengan tema penerapan intervensi oral cryoterapi dalam mencegah dan mengatasi mukositis. Hasil: Terdapat 31 kasus kanker yang telah didokumentasikan, 6 kasus kanker payudara dan 5 kasus leukemia. Diagnosa keperawatan melibatkan gangguan pemenuhan kebutuhan fisik dan gangguan kebutuhan psikososial. Keluhan fisik yang sering disampaikan pasien kemoterapi adalah nyeri dan mukositis oral, sedangkan keluhan psikososial yang sering muncul adalah cemas. Keluhan fisik mukositis dikaji dengan instrumen Oral Assessment Guide (OAG), sedangkan pencegahan dan mengatasi mukositis oral menggunakan intervensi oral cryoterapi. OAG dan oral cryoterapi menjadi proyek inovasi selama residensi. Keluhan cemas pasien kanker sering tidak teridentifikasi dalam pelayanan keperawatan onkologi. Mayoritas pasien kanker mengalami cemas sedang meskipun telah menjalani kemoterapi. Kesimpulan : Model teori keperawatan Henderson dapat digunakan pada asuhan keperawatan pasien kanker dengan modifikasi beberapa teori keperawatan. Selain itu, STAI-T merupakan instrumen yang dapat mengukur tingkat cemas pasien kemoterapi. Instrumen OAG aplikabel untuk mengkaji mukositis oral serta intervensi oral cryoterapi efektif untuk mencegah dan mengurangi mukositis.

Medical surgical nursing specialist that oncology specialist ners provides comprehensive nursing care in cancer patients. Various types of cancer have managed during the study, one of them is breast cancer which is the most cases of cancer in women. Henderson's nursing theory with 14 basic needs approach as a cancer assessment who have biospicosocialspiritual assessment. Objectives: reports on achieving three major target of oncology nursing that has been done. The first target is analysis of the Henderson Nursing Theory approach in breast cancer patients. The implementation of Evedance Based Nursing (EBN) with theme of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory Trait (STAI-T) Instrument as an assessment anxiety level, and innovation project target about oral cryotherapy intervention to reducing mucositis. Results : There are 31 cancer cases that has been documented, 6 cases of breast cancer and 5 cases of leukemia. Nursing diagnosis involves impaired physical needs and psychosocial needs. Conclusion: Henderson's model of nursing theory can applied in nursing care of cancer patients with modification of several nursing theories. Furthermore, STAI-T is an instrument that can measure anxiety levels of chemotherapy patients. Oral cryotherapy intervention has also evident effective in preventing and reducing mucositis in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy."

"Praktek Spesialis Keperawatan merupakan sebuah proses penting dari pendidikan profesi dalam rangka mengaplikasikan peran perawat spesialis yang berdampak pada upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan. Praktek ini dilakukan dan dikembangkan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui berbagai penelitian. Teori Virginia Henderson dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura di RSUP FatmawatiJakarta. Tiga kompetensi yang harus dicapai dalam praktek residensi ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan, menerapkan implementasi keperawatan yang berbasis bukti ilmiah (evidence based nursing practice), dan melakukan proyek inovasi keperawatan yang berguna bagi lahanyang menjadi tempat praktek residensi. The three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a nursing theory approach, implementing evidence-based nursing practice, and carrying out nursing innovation projects that are useful for the land where the residency practice. As a nursing care provider, residency students have provided nursing care using Roy's adaptation theory approach in 1 major management case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunitistic infections. As researchers, residency students have applied the application of Nausea and Vomiting screening for HIV/AIDS patients using the Index of Nausea, Vomiting and Retcing and the results of this evidence-based nursing show that the INVR questionnaire is accurate and reliable to assess the status of nausea and vomiting in HIV patients. Meanwhile, as an innovator, digital technology optimization innovations have been carried out in improving adherence to taking ARV drugs in patients with HIV / AIDS where digital technology media is in the form of web pages with various educational topics with the web that can be accessed using barcodes. "Penelitian ini adalah sebuah studi pustaka terhadap buku harian Virginia Woolf. Di abad ke-20, buku harian perempuan pengarang banyak diterbitkan dan dianalisis, sehingga buku harian semakin mendapat tempat tersendiri di dunia kesusastraan. Penokohan atau karakter menjadi permasalahan yang paling kuat yang dapat diangkat dari sebuah buku harian. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini menganalisis karakter Virginia Woolf di dalam buku hariannya, khususnya buku harian volume Ill. Buku harian tersebut meliputi masa jaya Woolf sebagai seorang penulis. Tinjauan psikologis Abraham Maslow menjadi atas bantu analisis yang paling tepat dalam hal ini karena teori tersebut memuat konsep aktualisasi diri, yaitu puncak hidup manusia. Penulis bertujuan mengaitkan konsep Maslow tersebut dengan masa puncak Woolf untuk melihat apakah buku harian Woolf turut memperlihatkan bahwa ketika ia sedang berada di masa sukses, ia telah mencapai aktualisasi diri. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa karakter Woolf di dalam buku harian tersebut ternyata belum mencapai tingkat aktualisasi diri, walaupun ia sedang berada di puncak kesuksesan sebagai penulis. Ini menunjukkan bahwa seseorang yang sudah mencapai sukses belum tentu sukses juga dalam kehidupan psikologisnya, dan untuk rnelihat hal ini, tulisan pribadi orang tersebut penting untuk diperhatikan."

Saya membatasi analisis koherensi dan penggambaran pelaku hanya dari kalimat-kalimat yang mendukung penggambaran pelaku. Berita surat kabar yang dijadikan korpus data diambil dari situs surat kabar berbahasa Jerman http://www.faz.net dan http://www.bild.de dalam kurun waktu 16-23 April 2007. Landasan teori yang digunakan untuk skripsi ini adalah teori teks linguistik Klaus Brinker dan teori makna Gustav Blanke.Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui koherensi yang merujuk pada pelaku dalam kalimat-kalimat yang mendukung penggambaran pelaku penembakan. Selain itu, tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penggambaran pelaku dalam surat kabar Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung dan BILD melalui kosakata yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koherensi yang merujuk pada pelaku menggunakan perujukan kembali secara eksplisit. Selain itu, FAZ dan BILD lebih banyak menggambarkan pelaku dengan menggunakan kosakata yang bermakna afektif negatif.

AbstractMy final research focusing on coherence and description of the shooter in Virginia Tech University, United State of America. The center of my study is coherence and description of the shooter only from the sentences that support the description. The newspapers articles are taken from websites of German newspapers http://www.faz.net and http://www.bild.de from April 16-23, 2007. As my basic theories, I use the theory from Klaus Brinker about analysis of linguistic text and the theory of meaning from Gustav Blanke. The purpose of this final research is to know coherence that refer to the shooter in the sentences that support the description of the shooter. Besides, the purpose of this study is to explain description of the shooter from its vocabularies that are used in the sentences. The result of this research shows that coherence, that refer to the shooter, are coherence through explisite re-reference. Besides, there are more negative affective meaning in the vocabularies that are used by FAZ and BILD."

"Kanker merupakan salah satu penyakit utama penyebab kematian di dunia. Salah satu jenis kanker yang sering dijumpai dari seluruh jenis tumor tulang adalah soteosarkoma. Tujuan penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir KIA ini adalah mampu menampilkan peran ners spesialis sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan lanjut, pembaharu dan peneliti Metodologi dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan studi literature. Karya Ilmiah Akhir berisi tentang : penerapan model teori Virginia Henderson pada pasien dengan osteosarkoma, dan penerapan Evidance Based Nursing yang merupakan bagian dari proyek inovasi yaitu pemberian intervensi cryoterapi oral pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Hasil : Penerapan teori model keperawatan Virginia Henderson efektif diterapkan pada pasien dengan kasus onkologi dan intervensi cryoterapi oral pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi efektif dalam mengurangi angka kejadian mukositis pada pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi Kesimpulan : bahwa teori Virginia Henderson tepat digunakan pada pasien dengan osteosarkoma untuk meningkatkan kemandirian akibat perubahan fisik dan psikologis serta efek samping pengobatan kanker yang dijalaninya.
