"[Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana peran kepemimpinan Bupati Hasto Wardoyo dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo sehingga muncul kebijakan penanggulangan kemiskinan yang berbasis local wisdom mendayagunakan potensi sosial melalui kegiatan Bela Beli Kulon Progo dan mampu menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Kulon Progo yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2013. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Peran Pemimpin menurut Henry Mintzberg. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan paradigma post positivist. Dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwa peran kepemimpinan Bupati Hasto Wardoyo secara umum sudah memenuhi ketiga peranan yaitu peran dalam hubungan antar individu peran sebagai pemroses informasi dan peran sebagai pengambil keputusan. Peran Kepemimpinan Bupati Hasto Wardoyo yang mendominasi dalam upaya menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah peran penghubung antar individu dan peran sebagai pengambilan keputusan Namun kelemahan dari peran kepemimpinan Bupati Hasto Wardoyo adalah pada peran pengatur gangguan dalam hal ketidakseimbangan perhatian antara ke masyarakat dan pegawai.

This thesis discusses about how Hasto Wardoyo Regent leadership role in tackling poverty in Kulon Progo that appear based poverty reduction policies of local wisdom utilizing social potential through the Bela Beli Kulon Progo and were able to reduce poverty in Kulon Progo significant in 2013. The theory used is the Leadership Role Theory by Henry Mintzberg. "Skripsi ini memaparkan jenis-jenis kata sapaan nonkekerabatan apa saja yang dipakai oleh masyarakat Korea. Selain itu, dalam skripsi ini juga akan dibahas faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penggunaan kata sapaan di masyarakat Korea. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa tabel yang berisi jenis-jenis dari kata sapaan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaannya. Melalui hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui sistem kata sapaan apa saja yang dipakai masyarakat Korea terutama dalam hubungan nonkekerabatan.

The focus in this study is to explain the kinds of non-kinship addressing term in Korean society. Besides that, this study also focuses in factors that influence the using of addressing term in Korean society. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The result in this study is a table which its content is about the kind of non-kinship addressing term in Korean society and several factors that influence it. Through this study, we can know the kind of addressing term in Korean society specially in non-kinship term."

"ABSTRAKKeberhasilan pengajaran bahasa Mandarin tidak hanya bergantung pada unsur-unsur linguistiknya saja, namun dibutuhkan pula aspek budaya sebagai komponen penunjangnya. Dengan memahami aspek budaya dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin, pemelajar akan lebih mudah menyerap materi yang diberikan oleh pengajar. Aspek budaya dalam pengajaran bahasa seringkali diabaikan bahkan ditinggalkan. Hal ini berakibat pada kemunculan berbagai masalah pada saat harus menggunakannya di kehidupan nyata. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut, maka dibutuhkan suatu metode pengajaran yang dilengkapi aspek budaya yang diperkenalkan di dalam materi ajar. Aspek budaya yang paling mendasar yang dibahas dalam penulisan ini adalah panggilan terhadap anggota keluarga.

ABSTRACTThe success of teaching Mandarin does not only depend on the linguistic factors; cultural aspects also play an important role as a supporting factor. By understanding the cultural aspects in learning Mandarin, students or learners will accept the teaching materials more easily. In language studies, cultural aspects are often taken for granted or even abandoned. This causes problems when they are required to practice their Mandarin in real life. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to apply a teaching method that is supported by cultural aspects. The most fundamental aspect that is discussed in this journal is the manner of addressing family members."
