ABSTRACTThis essay discusses the implementation of the Aging in Place concept at a specific senior residential RUKUN Senior Living. Most elderly who choose to live there, has the necessity to lesson the lonesome feelings and to maintain their sovereignty in daily life. In order to fulfill that state, it is necessary to figure out the needs of the elderly going through their daily activities because of the physical limitation that most elderly have. Therefore, writer did a research to find out if the concept of aging in place works at RUKUN Senior Living to help elderly maintain their integrity. As a result, the concept of aging in place can help the aging phase of the elderly because it provides ease by involving anthropometry in its design standards, but at the RUKUN Senior Living itself, there are still some unfulfilled points that have not been able to facilitate elderly using aids or wheelchair."
