"ABSTRAKStres kerja merupakan psychological hazard yang terkadang tidak terlihat, dantidak diperhatikan oleh managemen perusahaan, padahal dampak dari bahayapsikososial tersebut jika tidak segera direspon dalam jangka waktu tertentu dapatmenimbulkan dampak yang merugikan. Tenaga Analis Kesehatan merupakansalah satu pekerja yang berisiko mengalami stres kerja, dikarenakan rutinitaspekerjaannya yang monoton dan selalu berinteraksi dengan bahaya biologismerupakan salah satu faktor penyebab stres kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja padaTenaga Analis Kesehatan di laboratorium X. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahuifaktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stres kerja pada tenaga Analis kesehatan diLaboratorium X adalah beban kerja, rutinitas kerja, jadwal kerja, dan bahayabiologis.

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang regulasi terkait kewenangan dankompetensi analis kesehatan dan tenaga medis di Indonesia serta tanggung jawabnya hukum dalam menyelenggarakan praktik kedokteran dalam bentuk tindakan medis. Pembahasan dilakukan melalui studi artikel dan studi kasus bersama menggunakan keputusan No.55 / Pid.b / 2011 / PN.Lbt. Bentuk penelitian tesis ini adalah metode kualitatif yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa analis kesehatan tidak berwenang untuk melakukan praktik kedokteran dalam bentuktindakan medis dan karena itu harus bertanggung jawab atas kedua hukum tersebut pidana atau perdata.ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses regulations related to authority andcompetence of health analysts and medical personnel in Indonesia as well as their legal responsibilities in conducting medical practice in the form of medical procedures. The discussion was carried out through article studies and joint case studies using decision No.55 / Pid.b / 2011 / PN.Lbt. The form of this thesis research is a normative juridical qualitative method. The results of the study concluded that health analysts were not authorized to practice medicine in this formmedical action and therefore must be liable for both criminal or civil law."
