"ABSTRAKRangkaian pembagi daya optik telah dibuat untuk suatu sub sistem komunikasi optik. Untuk ini dipilih jenis gelas BK-7 yang dapat diperoleh dengan mudah di Indonesia. Pada proses pembuatannya digunakan metoda natural difusi dan Tl 2 SO4 sebagai sumber ion Ti yang akan didifusikan. Tahap pertama dari pembuatan rangkaian pembagi daya adalah proses pembentukan lapisan pandu gelombang pada permukaan substrat BK-7. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pembentukan rangkaian pembagi daya optik 1 x 3, menggunakan metoda photolithografi. Tahap akhir adalah proses pemotongan dan pemolesan pada ujung input dan output rangkaian pembagi daya. Rangkaian pembagi daya dengan sudut-sudut pencabangan 1°, 40, 5°, dikarakterisasi rnenggunakan sumber cahaya laser He-Ne, A. = 0,63 µm. Dan karakterisasi diketahui bahwa rangkaian pembagi daya dengan sudut pencabangan 10 mempunyai distribusi paling mendekati teoritis di ketiga outputnya dengan effisiensi transmisi sebesar 32,66% dan rugi-rugi sisipan 2,73. Hasil karakterisasi pencabangan lainnya dibahas di bab 4."

"This paper seeks to investigate the relation characteristic of the firms and capital structure of Swa 100 value creator on Indonesian stock exchange during a five-year period . Regression analysis is used in the estimate of functions relating capital structure with measure of characteristic of the firms. The result reveal a significantly relation between characteristic of the firms and ratio of total debt to total assets. We regard to the relationship between growth and capital structure. The result show a significantly positive associations between growth and ratio of total debt to total assets. Profitability as proxy for the pecking order theory show negative associations between growth capital structure."

"An introduced macroalgae is a species macroalgae that has been introduced beyond its native range through human activities and has become successfully established in the new locale. Introduced macroalgae have an impact on ecology and evolution, i.e. direct and indirect competitions with native biota (space monopolization and change in community composition), effects on higher trophic levels (herbivores, associated fauna, toxicity), habitat change (changed structure, sediment accumulation), change of ecosystem processes (alteration of trophic structure) and genetic effects. Introduced macroalgae also have an impact on economy and social, i.e. costs of loss of ecosystem functions or values, impacts on environmental amenity, impacts on human health, management costs (government/non government), costs of research into introduced species, costs for eradication and control measures and costs for education/extension campaigns. Management of impact and research are needed to minimize the impact of introduced macroalgae."
