"Perkembangan Kota Depok membuat kebutuhan pasar akan semakin meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan pasar di kota depok keberadaan ATM sebagai sarana praktis mempercepat terjadinya transaksi sangat dibutuhkan. Namun, keberadaan ATM di kota Depok tidaklah merata hal ini dikarenakan adanya pertimbangan faktor karakteristik lokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran persebaran outlet Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) milik pemerintah dan swasta di Kota Depok yang dikaitkan karakteristik lokasi dengan menggunakan variabel penggunaan tanah, jaringan jalan, dan variabel jumlah penduduk produktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Analisis Tetangga Terdekat, Matriks dan SIG. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Outlet ATM milik Pemerintah dan Swasta tersebar mengelompok pada Jalan Kolektor Primer yang berada pada penggunaan tanah perdagangan dan jasa serta mempunyai jumlah penduduk produktif pada tingkat sedang. Jalan yang mempunyai jumlah ATM terbanyak adalah Jalan Raya Margonda dan Jalan Cinere Raya. Persebaran ATM di Kota Depok tersebar mengelompok pada Pusat Pelayanan Kota Depok dan Subpusat Pelayanan Kota Cinere dan Cimanggis serta cenderung berada pada Area Of Dominance.

Depok is one of growth center city in west java, that makes market demand is increase. Those increases effect presence of ATM as a practical means to accelerate the transaction is needed. However, the presence of ATMs in the city of Depok not uniform due to consideration of the characteristics of the location factor. The aim of this study was to obtain a distribution outlet Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the public and private in Depok characteristics, associated with the location using the variable, such as land use, road networks, and a variable number of productive populations. The method used in this study is the Matrix Method and GIS. Our research showing that Goverment ATM Outlets and Private Bank Outlets spread collectively on Primary Collector ways where placed among used trades and services area and having an amount productively population in middle level. The ways that has more ATM machines is Margonda Raya streets and Cinere Raya streets. The Distribution of ATM Machines in Depok City spread collectively on Official Service Center of Depok city and City Sub-Service Center in Cinere and Cimanggis and disposed in the Area of Dominace."

"ATM sebagai bentuk fasilitas yang disediakan oleh bank untuk kemudahan dan kenyamanan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan ternyata tidak selamanya aman. Kasus pembobolan ATM yang terjadi di Bali dan kota-kota lain membuktikan bahwa hak-hak nasabah selaku konsumen terutama hak atas keamanan masih belum dipenuhi oleh pihak bank. Dengan kesadaran adanya ketidakseimbangan kedudukan antara nasabah selaku konsumen dan pihak bank selaku pelaku usaha maka dibutuhkan peraturan-peraturan yang melindungi kepentingan nasabah. Penelitian hukum ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang berbasis pada analisis norma hukum dan bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil penelitian ini berupa analisis dan saran mengenai bentuk-bentuk perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada nasabah bank korban pembobolan ATM ditinjau dari Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsmen dan beberapa Peraturan Bank Indonesia serta menjelaskan bagaimanakah tanggung jawab dan ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh pihak perbankan kepada para korban pembobolan ATM.
......ATM facility, which is provided by bank to comfort the customers in doing financial transaction, is not always save. ATM fraud in Bali and other cities proofs that the rights of the customers especially right of safety can not be fulfilled by bank. Realizing the unbalance position between customer as consument and bank as business player, some rules which give protection to the customers is needed. This research is a normative and descriptive law research which uses study of literature.
The result of the research is analysis and suggestions on how to give legal protection for victims of ATM fraud based on Act Number 8 year 1999 About Protection Law and some Indonesian Banking Rule. In addition, the research explains the responsibility and procedure to compensate financial loss given by bank for the victims of ATM fraud."

Kelayakan operasi instalasi anjungan migas lepas pantai antara 25-30 tahun.
Beberapa anjungan migas di Laut Jawa dibangun tahun 70-an, sehingga
kondisinya sudah tua dan akan di dekomisioning, yaitu pembongkaran
keseluruhan atau sebagian struktur instalasi anjungan. Masalah dekomisioning di
Laut Jawa adalah Indonesia belum memiliki pengalaman dekomisioning dan
banyaknya regulasi terkait kegiatan dekomisioning. Permasalahan dekomisioning
dapat diselesaikan melalui regulasi yang komprehensif. Tujuan riset ini
menganalisis ketentuan internasional dan regulasi dekomisioning di indonesia,
dan mengkaji alternatif metode dekomisioning di Laut Jawa berdasarkan
pendekatan aspek lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi. Riset ini menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif, melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan 3 institusi
pemerintah pusat dan 1 kontraktor migas. Metode Analisis Dampak Regulasi
(Regulation Impact Analysis) digunakan untuk membantu menentukan alternatif
kebijakan dan regulasi dekomisioning terbaik dari sudut pandang manfaat dan
biaya. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan diperlukan pembuatan regulasi dekomisioning
secara holistik, multisektor, multidisiplin dan interdisiplin. Hasil lainnya yaitu
metode dekomisioning di Laut Jawa berdasarkan pandangan institusi pemerintah
pusat adalah program rig-to-reef karena lebih memenuhi prinsip keberlanjutan.
Kesimpulannya adalah belum adanya aturan hukum di Indonesia yang
mengakomodir metode dekomisioning dengan program rig-to-reef,
mengakibatkan program rig-to-reef pada dekomisioning di Laut Jawa belum bisa
langsung diterpakan karena harus dilakukan pembahasan panjang melibatkan
seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang terkait

ABSTRACT
Feasibility of installation operations for offshore oil and gas platforms between
25-30 years. Some oil and gas platforms in the Java Sea were built in the 70s, so
that the condition is old and will be decommissioned, namely the dismantling of
the whole or part of the structure of the bridge installation. The problem of
decommissioning in the Java Sea is that Indonesia does not have experience in
decommissioning and the number of regulations related to decommissioning
activities. Decommissioning issues can be resolved through comprehensive
regulation. The purpose of this research is to analyze international provisions and
decommissioning regulations in Indonesia, and to examine alternative methods of
decommissioning in the Java Sea based on environmental, social and economic
aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach, conducts in-depth interviews
with 3 central government institutions and 1 oil and gas contractor. The
Regulatory Impact Analysis method is used to help determine the best alternative
decommissioning policies and regulations from the point of view of benefits and
costs. The results of this research indicate that decommissioning regulation is
needed in a holistic, multisector, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary manner.
Another result, namely the decommissioning method in the Java Sea based on the
views of central government institutions, is a rig-to-reef program because it meets
the principle of sustainability. The conclusion is that there is no legal rule in
Indonesia that accommodates the decommissioning method with rig-to-reef
programs, resulting in a rig-to-reef program on decommissioning in the Java Sea
that cannot be directly implemented because long discussions must be conducted
involving all related stakeholders"

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan keamanan yang dirasakan, melalui ganti rugi variabel mediator, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan untuk m-wallet melanjutkan penggunaan niat. Penelitian ini menggunakan crosssectional deskriptif konklusif metode dan kuesioner didistribusikan secara online kepada 267 pengguna m-wallet di Indonesia. Dengan menganalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM), penelitian ini menemukan manfaat yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan kepuasan, tetapi tidak untuk keluhan ganti rugi. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengaduan ganti rugi, kepercayaan dan kepuasan. Persepsi keamanan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan
dan kepuasan, tetapi tidak untuk ganti rugi keluhan. Pemulihan keluhan memiliki pengaruh langsung untuk melanjutkan niat penggunaan dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan mediator. Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan tetapi tidak untuk kelangsungan penggunaan niat secara langsung, di lain kata, kepuasan adalah mediator pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap niat penggunaan berkelanjutan. Akhirnya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepuasan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan berkelanjutan
niat. Memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kelanjutan penggunaan niat mwallet, akan membantu manajer untuk memprediksi perilaku konsumen, oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini ada juga implikasi manajerial yang dapat dilakukan oleh manajer dan saran
untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses how the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security effects through mediator variable compensation, trust, and satisfaction for the m-wallet to continue using intentions. This study uses a descriptive cross sectional method and a questionnaire distributed online to 267 m-wallet users in Indonesia. By analyzing using structural equation modeling (SEM), this study found that perceived benefits have a significant effect on trust and satisfaction, but not for compensation claims. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on complaints of compensation, trust and satisfaction. Security perception also has a significant influence on trust
and satisfaction, but not for compensation for complaints. Recovery of complaints has a direct effect on continuing intentions of use and indirect influence through the mediator's trust. Trust has a significant effect on satisfaction but not on the continuity of the use of intention directly, in other words, satisfaction is the mediator of the influence of trust on the intention to use it continuously. Finally, this study found that satisfaction has a significant effect on sustainable use
intention. Understanding the factors that can influence the continuation of the use of mwallet intentions will help managers to predict consumer behavior, therefore, in this study there are also managerial implications that can be done by managers and suggestions
for further research."

"Salah satu hal yang menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan produksi minyak mentah di Indonesia ialah minimnya ketersediaan alat eksplorasi minyak yang dapat mengakomodasi beberapa titik kawasan berpotensi. Semi-submersible platform menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut dengan kemampuannya yang dapat berpindah-pindah tempat dibandingkan dengan fixed platform. Dalam perancangannya, diperlukan suatu pengujian stabilitas pada rancangan desain untuk mengetahui kelayakan platform agar dapat bekerja secara optimal.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai sejauh apa negara pantai dapat menerapakan yurisdiksinya terhadap anjungan minyak lepas pantai yang terpancang di landas kontinennya. Penelitian ini berbentuk yuridis-normatif dengan desain deskriptif analitis, yang bertujuan untuk pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai konsep yurisdiksi negara pantai terhadap anjungan minyak lepas pantai secara komprehensif baik dalam the 1958 Geneva Convention on the Continental Shelf, the 1982 United Convention on the Law of the Sea, dan hukum nasional negara pantai. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dalam kasus Arctic Sunrise (Kingdom of the Netherlands v. Russian Federation), negara pantai dalam menerapkan yurisdiksi pada anjungan minyak lepas pantai di landas kontinennya, tidak dapat diberlakukan sepenuhnya karena sudah berbatasan dengan rezim hukum laut lain yaitu rezim hukum laut lepas.
......The focus of this study is about the extent to which a coastal state may exercise its jurisdiction to offshore oil platforms which fixed on its continental shelf. This normative juridical with analytical descriptive, is aim for the further understanding of the concept of jurisdiction of coastal states to offshore oil platforms comprehensively which regulated in the 1958 Geneva Convention on the Continental Shelf, the 1982 United Convention on the Law of the Sea and the national law of the coastal State. Based on the analysis that has been done in the case of the Arctic Sunrise (the Kingdom of the Netherlands v. Russian Federation), a coastal state in the exercise of its jurisdiction to offshore oil platforms on the continental shelf, can not be fully enforced because it is bordered by the other legal regime of the sea, which is high sea."

Pemeriksaan struktur anjungan lepas pantai berdasarkan risiko didasarkan dari data operasi
dan lingkungan untuk menentukan tingkat peluang kegagalan dan konsekuensi kegagalan
sehingga dapat ditentukan tingkat risiko dari masing-masing anjungan lepas pantai. Tingkat
risiko dari anjungan lepas pantai menentukan jadwal, metode dan lingkup dari pemeriksaan
bawah air suatu anjungan lepas pantai. Hasil penelitian dari total 65 anjungan lepas pantai
yang dilakukan studi, terdapat diantaranya memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi sebanyak 19
anjungan lepas pantai, dan sisanya 46 anjungan lepas pantai memiliki tingkat risiko sedang.
Banyaknya jumlah anjungan yang memiliki tingkat risiko sedang hingga tinggi tersebut
dipengaruhi dominan oleh kondisi desain. Penerapan pemeriksaan bawah air berdasarkan
risiko juga memberi manfaat penghematan biaya sebesar 67,5 % dibanding pemeriksaan
bawah air berdasarkan jangka waktu.

"Produk pemberian KTA melalui ATM merupakan pengembangan dari pemberian KTA, yang proses penawaran, pengajuan, persetujuan dan pencairan kreditnya dilakukan melalui ATM. Penggunaan ATM sebagai produk Electronic Banking dapat menambah atau meningkatkan eksposur risiko tertentu pada Bank, sehingga perlu adanya analisa hukum. Permasalahan tesis ini adalah : 1. Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pemberian KTA melalui ATM pada Bank X ditinjau dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia? 2. Bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum bagi Bank dan Nasabah dalam pemberian KTA melalui ATM pada Bank X ?
Penelitian ini dilakukan secara yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang didukung dengan wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, mekanisme pemberian KTA melalui ATM pada Bank X telah dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan mengenai perbankan, informasi dan transaksi elektronik serta perlindungan konsumen. Namun demikian, mengingat pada saat penelitian ini dilakukan, lembaga penyelenggara sertifikat elektronik belum dibentuk dan peraturan menteri yang mengatur mengenai tata cara memiliki sertifikat elektronik belum diterbitkan, maka tanda tangan elektronik terhadap pemberian kredit ini belum dilakukan sertifikasi. Sebagai upaya perlindungan hukum bagi Bank dan Nasabah, Bank X telah melakukan mitigasi risiko dalam pemberian KTA melalui ATM. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank X telah menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pemberian KTA melalui ATM sehingga memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi Bank X dan Nasabah.

The ATM Non Collateral Loan is a development of regular non collateral loan, which the marketing process, proposal submission, approval and loan disbursement are processed through ATM. The use of the ATM as one of Electronic Banking Product is expected to increase the certain risk exposure, therefore we need a comprehensive legal analysis. The legal issues that will be discussed in this thesis are:
1. How is the implementation of the ATM Non Collateral Loan at Bank X compared to regulations apply in Indonesia?
2. How is the protection to the Bank and the customers in the implementation of the ATM Non Collateral Loan in Bank X?
The research was conducted in a normative-juridical with secondary data and supported by interviews. The result of the research found that the implementation of providing the non collateral loan through ATMs in Bank X is complied with all regulations apply in Indonesia. However since during the research, the institution who suppose to produce electronic device certification is not formed neither the issuance of ministry regulation regarding the procedure of registering the electronic devices to be certified, the use of electronic signature is not yet certified. As an effort to implement the protection or security mechanism for both the Bank itself and its customer, Bank X mitigates the risk rises from the ATM Non Collateral Loan. Based on the explanation above, we can conclude that Bank X has applied the banking prudential principal in providing the ATM Non Collateral Loan to its customers as a mechanism of legal protection to Bank X and the customers.

"Penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh service quality terhadap kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumen dan motivasi konsumen nasabah Bank pengguna ATM yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier, dapat diketahui bahwa antara service quality, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumen dan motivasi konsumen memiliki hubungan linier positif. Sehingga dapat diartikan jika service quality semakin baik maka konsumen akan semakin puas dan juga akan semakin loyal dengan ATM yang dipakainya serta semakin termotivasi untuk lebih sering bertransaksi menggunakan ATM. Untuk itu masing ? masing Bank harus terus memperbaiki dan menjaga service quality dari ATM ? ATMnya.

This study analyzes the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer motivation of the Bank ATM users who reside in Jakarta. By using the linear regression method, it is known that between service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer motivation have a positive linear relationship. So that can be interpreted if the service quality is better, so it will be more satisfied customers and customer will also be more loyal to the ATM that he uses as well as more motivated to transact more frequently use the ATM. For the Banks, must continue to improve and maintain the service quality of their ATM"
