"Skripsi ini mengkaji permasalahan hukum dalam pengisian jabatan hakim agung dan hakim konstitusi di Indonesia, dengan tujuan mengusulkan mekanisme pengisian yang bebas dari intervensi politik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian doktrinal dengan pendekatan analitis serta pendekatan perbandingan hukum. Pengisian jabatan hakim di Mahkamah Agung dan Mahkamah Konstitusi merupakan hal krusial dalam menentukan independensi kehakiman. Berdasarkan temuan, terdapat intervensi politik yang dilakukan oleh DPR dalam pemilihan hakim agung yang ditunjukkan dalam pengambilan keputusan subjektif dan ketidakpatuhan DPR terhadap aturan dalam pengisian hakim agung. Sedangkan dalam pengisian hakim konstitusi, intervensi politik terjadi karena ketiadaan peraturan baku yang memungkinkan penyelundupan hukum oleh Pemerintah dan DPR. Solusi yang diajukan melibatkan penambahan syarat masa tenggang bagi anggota partai politik yang mendaftar sebagai calon hakim agung, penguatan sistem nonrenewable term dan penambahan syarat masa tenggang bagi calon hakim konstitusi. Pemerintah juga disarankan untuk mengatur penambahan ketentuan dalam UU tentang MK yang memaksa lembaga pengusul membentuk mekanisme baku yang transparan, profesional, dan memprioritaskan independensi kekuasaan kehakiman.......This thesis examines legal issues in the appointment of Supreme Court and Constitutional Court judges in Indonesia, aiming to propose a mechanism free from political intervention. The research employs a doctrinal approach with analytical and comparative legal methods. The appointment of judges in the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court is crucial in determining judicial independence. Findings indicate political intervention by the DPR (People's Consultative Assembly) in the selection of Supreme Court judges, evidenced by subjective decision-making and non-compliance with appointment regulations. In the case of Constitutional Court judges, political intervention arises due to the absence of standardized regulations, allowing legal smuggling by the Government and DPR. Proposed solutions involve adding a cooling-off period for political party members applying for the position of Supreme Court judge, strengthening the nonrenewable term system, and introducing a cooling-off period requirement for Constitutional Court candidates. Additionally, it is recommended to amend the Constitutional Court Law to compel proposing institutions to establish standardized mechanisms that are transparent, professional, and prioritize judicial independence."

"Latar belakang: Janji temu perawatan ortodonti merupakan sesuatu yang dianggap penting karena mempengaruhi lama waktu perawatan ortodonti, perawatan ortodonti memerlukan waktu berbulan-bulan hingga tahunan untuk menyelesaikan perawatan dengan interval kunjungan rutin 4-6 minggu. Ortodontis merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang sangat rentan terpapar Covid-19 karena berkontak langsung dengan pasien. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi segala aspek kehidupan salah satunya adalah psikologis seseorang yaitu kecemasan terhadap terpaparnya virus Covid-19. Kecemasan adalah munculnya sebuah perasaan yang tidak menyenangkan, tidak enak, khawatir dan gelisah pada diri seseorang yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain usia, jenis kelamin, dan lingkungan sosial. Belum ada penelitian yang membahas hubungan kecemasan di era pandemi Covid-19 terhadap janji temu perawatan ortodonti di kota kendari. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan mengenai pandemi virus corona terhadap kesediaan untuk menghadiri janji temu perawatan ortodonti. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Kendari menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Kuesioner dari disebar kepada 72 pasien ortodonti dari beberapa klinik di Kota Kendari, menggunakan kuesioner daring. Hasil: Didapati adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kecemasan di era pandemi Covid-19 terhadap janji temu perawatan ortodonti di Kota Kendari dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kecemasan di era pandemi Covid-19 terhadap janji temu perawatan ortodonti di Kota Kendari dilihat berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin Kesimpulan: Pandemi Covid-19 terbukti berdampak pada kecemasan pasien menghadiri janji temu perawatan ortodonti kecemasan pasien......Background: Orthodontic care appointments are important because they affect the length of orthodontic care, orthodontic care take months to years to complete with regular visit intervals of 4-6 weeks. Orthodontist is one of the jobs that are very vulnerable to exposure to covid-19 due to direct contact with patients. With covid-19 pandemic affects all aspects of life, one of which is an individual's psychological anxiety against exposure to the covid-19 virus. Anxiety is the appearance of an unpleasant, uncomfortable, worried and restless feeling in a person that is influenced by several factors including age, gender, and social environment. There has been no research that discusses the relationship of anxiety in the covid-19 pandemic era to orthodontic care appointments in the city of kendari. Objective: To determine the relationship of anxiety levels regarding the coronavirus pandemic to the willingness to attend orthodontic care appointments. Method: This research was conducted in Kendari City using cross-sectional method.¬ Questionnaires were circulated to 72 orthodontist patients from several clinics in Kendari City, using online questionnaires. Result: There was a meaningful relationship between anxiety levels in the Covid-19 pandemic era to orthodontic care appointments in Kendari City and there was a meaningful relationship between anxiety levels in the Covid-19 pandemic era to orthodontic care appointments in Kendari City viewed based on age and gender Conclusion: Pandemic Covid-19 proved to have an impact on the anxiety of patients attending orthodontic care appointments of emergency patients."
