Perundungan merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di Indonesia, bahkan di dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Perundungan terbukti memiliki dampak negatif, baik pada korban maupun pelakunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas Program Pelatihan Empati dan Kontrol Diri untuk menurunkan perilaku perundungan, serta meningkatkan empati dan kontrol diri. Peserta pelatihan adalah empat siswa sekolah dasar yang merupakan pelaku perundungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan wilcoxon signed-rank test untuk melihat perbedaan kondisi peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Pelatihan Empati dan Kontrol Diri dapat menurunkan perilaku perundungan secara signifikan berdasarkan penilaian oleh teman-teman partisipan (Z=-2.103, p=0.035). Meski demikian, hasil self-report dan penilaian guru menunjukkan penurunan perilaku perundungan yang tidak signifikan (Z=-1.826, p=.068; Z=-1.826, p=.068). Selain itu, program pelatihan ini tidak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berempati secara signifikan, baik empati secara umum (Z=-1.826, p=0.068), afektif (Z=-1.604, p=0.109), maupun kognitif (Z=-1.826, p=0.068), serta hanya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol diri peserta secara memadai. ......Bullying is a phenomenon that often occurs in Indonesia, even within the educational environment. Bullying proved to have a negative impact on both the victims and the perpetrators. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Empathy and Self Control Training Program to reduce bullying behavior and increase empathy and self control. The participants were four elementary school bullies. The research method used was quasi-experimental with the design of one group pre-test post-test. Data analysis techniques used Wilcoxon signed-rank test to see differences in the conditions of participants before and after the intervention. The results indicate that the Empathy and Self Control Training Program can reduce bullying behavior significantly based on peer evaluations (Z = -2.103, p = 0.035). However, the results of the self-report and teacher assessment showed a non-significant decrease in bullying behavior (Z = -1.826, p = .068; Z = -1.826, p = .068). In addition, this training program cannot significantly improve empathy skills, both empathy in general (Z = -1.826, p = 0.068), affective (Z = -1.604, p = 0.109), and cognitive (Z = -1.826, p = 0.068), and can only improve the ability of participants to control themselves adequately.

Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh gender bystander, gender pelaku, dan gender korban terhadap respon bystander pada kejadian bullying di siswa SMA. Ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental. Sampel penelitian adalah 160 murid SMA di Jakarta dan Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat berdasarkan penelitian dari Gini, dkk (2008). Kuesioner berisi gambar dan cerita kejadian bullying. Partisipan diminta untuk memberi skala pada item yang menggambarkan respon bystander. Hasilnya, tidak ada pengaruh gender bystander, pelaku, dan korban terhadap respon bystander sebagai defender dan outsider. Untuk respon follower, ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh gender bystander terhadap respon bystander, sementara gender pelaku dan korban terbukti tidak berpengaruh. ......This research about gender's effect on bystanders, bullies, and victims toward bystander's response to bullying in senior high school. This is experimental research. Sample of this research are 160 senior high school students in Jakarta and Depok. The instrument that is used in this study is based on Gini, et al (2008). Each of questionnaires has pictures and stories about bullying. All participants must give scale on statements about bystander's responses. There is no gender's effect on bystanders, bullies, and victims toward bystander's response as defender and outsider. There is no gender's effect on bullies and victims, but there is gender's effect on bystanders toward bystander's response as follower.
