"Karya akhir ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh rancangan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium di Badan Narkotika Nasional menggunakan metodologi rational unified process RUP . Rancangan kebutuhan yang sesuai kebutuhan, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat mempercepat proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium. Percepatan penyelesaian proses bisnis pelayanan pengujian laboratorium dapat membantu Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dalam memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan janji pelayanan.
Perancangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti workflow pada disiplin business modeling dan requirement pada metodologi RUP.
Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh pemodelan bisnis dan daftar kebutuhan, yang terdiri dari 3 business use case, 78 stakeholder request, 26 need, 33 feat, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, dan 17 supplementary spesification, yang akan diimplementasi pada sistem informasi manajemen laboratorium. Pada perancangan kebutuhan pada skala organisasi Balai Laboratorium Narkoba BNN dibutuhkan re-enginering/rekonfigurasi proses pada metodologi RUP agar lebih efisien.

This study was conducted to obtain the requirements design of the laboratory information management system at the National Narcotics Boards Republic of Indonesia using the methodology of rational unified process RUP . The design of appropriate requirements of the system is expected to generate information that can accelerate laboratory testing services business processes. Accelerate completion of laboratory testing service business processes can help Drugs Testing Laboratory in providing services in accordance with the promise of service.
The design is done by following a disciplined workflow in business modeling and requirements on RUP methodology.
The results of this study were obtained business modeling and list of needs, which consists of 3 business use cases, 78 stakeholder requests, 26 NEED, 33 FEAT, 38 SRS, 21 use cases, and 17 supplementary spesifications, which will be implemented in laboratory management information systems. In requirement designing in the organization 39 s on a scale of Drugs Testing Laboratory, National Narcotics Board Republic of Indonesia, needed re engineering reconfiguration processes on RUP methodology to be more efficient."

"ABSTRAK
Unit Pengelola Dokumen Administrasi Kependudukan UPDAK Pemprov DKI Jakarta adalah sebuah unit yang bertugas mengelola dan melayani pelayanan arsip catatan sipil di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Saat ini pelaksanaan pelayanan arsip catatan sipil berjalan belum optimal, dengan indikator bahwa 30.22 masih terjadi keterlambatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat serta masih ada arsip catatan sipil yang berusia diatas 5 tahun dan belum masuk ke record center UPDAK. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada instansi UPDAK maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan arsip catatan sipil. Untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan dipilih tahapan pengembangan sistem informasi yang mengacu ke System Development Life Cycle SDLC dengan tahapan planning, analysis, design dan implementation dan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language UML. Dari hasil perancangan sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan arsip catatan sipil terbentuk 2 modul besar yaitu modul Loket Pelayanan dan modul Pengelolaan Pelayanan. Dari hasil rancangan sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan arsip didapat manfaat berupa 5 Bussiness Process Automation BPA yaitu Melengkapi Permohonan, Pemutahiran Data Pelayanan, Berita Acara Penelitian Register, Pencatatan Akta dan CP, Pembuatan/Distribusi Laporan dan 3 Bussiness Process Improvement BPI yaitu Permohonan Pelayanan Online, Pelayanan Mutasi Data dan Monitoring Pelayanan serta 1 Bussiness Process Reengineering BPR : Permohonan Legalisir Online.

ABSTRACT
Unit Pengelola Dokumen Administrasi Kependudukan UPDAK Pemprov DKI Jakarta is a unit that serves records archive in DKI Jakarta. Nowday, civil registration records services is not optimal yet, with an indicator of 30.22 delayed services and there are civil records aged over 5 years and does not entered the UPDAK record center. To solve the problems that occur in the UPDAK agency it is necessary an information management service system records civil records. Waterfall model and Unified Modeling Language UML selected as methodology to build a management information system services. There are 4 stages of design planning, analysis, design and implementation. As a result, formed 2 large module Loket Pelayanan Service Submission module and Pengelolaan Pelayanan Service Management module. As results of information management system archive services design we obtained benefits of 5 Business Process Automation BPA Melengkapi Permohonan, Pemutahiran Data Pelayanan, Berita Acara Penelitian Register, Pencatatan Akta dan CP, Pembuatan Distribusi Laporan also 3 Business Process Improvement BPI Permohonan Pelayanan Online, Pelayanan Mutasi Data and Monitoring Pelayanan and 1 Business Process Reingeering BPR Permohonan Legalisir Online."

"[ABSTRAK
Perkembangan bisnis ritel di Indonesia telah mendorong makin maraknya ritel outlet
modern. Persaingan di bisnis ini makin ketat sehingga mendorong tiap-tiap retailer
untuk semakin memperbaiki sistem dan teknologi yang diterapkan dalam
menjalankan usaha bisnis untuk meningkatkan value chain. Salah satunya dengan
menerapkan model bisnis proses yang jelas sebagai acuan dalam menjalankan
kegiatan bisnis sehari-hari. Berbagai teknik permodelan bisnis proses telah diterapkan
di beberapa usaha. Salah satu teknik permodelan yang dapat diterapkan untuk bisnis
ritel adalah Metode IDEF0. Metode mampu mengidentifikasi alur dan sequence
proses pada bisnis ritel. Setelah memperoleh model bisnis yang jelas, selanjutnya
membuat suatu pengembangan (to be model) dari model bisnis yang ada (as is model)
untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini telah dapat
diidentifikasi model bisnis proses supermarket yang sudah diterapkan, model bisnis
dikembangkan menjadi model baru untuk kemudian dianalisa perbandingan antara as
is model dan to be model. Tujuannya untuk mengukur peningkatan kinerja (value
chain) dari pengembangan yang dilakukan. Penelitian menghasilkan kinerja dari
persediaan barang (stock on hand - SOH) meningkat dan tingkat ketiadaan barang
(out of stock – OOS) menurun pada supermarket.

The development of retail business in Indonesia has encouraged the increasingly
widespread modern retail outlets. Competition in this business more stringent so as to
encourage every retailer to further improveof the systems and technologies are
applied in running the business to improve the value chain. By applying a clear
business model as a reference process in the course of daily business. Various
business process modeling techniques have been applied in some effort. One of the
modeling techniques that can be applied to the retail business is IDEF0 method. The
method is able to identify the flow and sequence in the retail business processes.
After obtaining a clear business model, then make a development (to be models) of
the existing business model (as is model) to be able to further improve business
performance. This study has identified the supermarket business model that has been
implemented, the business model is developed into a new model to be analyzed the
comparison between the as is model and to be model. The goal is to measure the
performance improvement of development (as a value chain) being done. Research
produced a performance of inventory (stock on hand - SOH) increases and the level
