Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media, khususnya social media untuk mengembalikan citra positif pada saat organisasi mengalami krisis. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan kerangka konsep komunikasi krisis, manajemen media, dan pembentukan citra. Kesimpulan utama: organisasi harus selalu memperhatikan media untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan media dan publik. Organisasi harus mempunyai rancangan krisis komunikasi dan spokesperson yang dapat diandalkan pada saat krisis. Social media merupakan sarana yang efektif untuk membentuk reputasi dan citra organisasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena dengan menggunakan social media, organisasi dapat berinteraksi secara langsung dengan publik sehingga pembentukan citra positif dapat dengan mudah dilakukan.
The main outcome of this research is to know how to use media, especially social media, to restore positive image in times of organizational crisis. This qualitative research uses the framework of the concept crisis communication, media management, and image establishment. The main conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that organizations need to keep the media relations in mind at all times in order to remain in good relations with the media. Organizations should have a pre-established crisis communication plan and a spokesperson that can be relied on in case of an imminent crisis. Using social media is the effective way to restore organization‟s reputation and image. This is because social media has the capability to create a direct interaction between organization and public, so that positive image can easily build.

Abstrak :
Sering ditemukannya informasi yang tidak faktual dan terkadang tidak berimbang antara kenyataan dengan pemberitaan terkait organisasi pemerintahan membuat humas BKPM harus menerapkan strategi komunikasi dalam membangun citra organisasi. Implementasi Cyber Public Relations (CPR) dipandang perlu dilakukan oleh Humas BKPM guna penyampaian informasi yang kepada publik dalam membangun citra organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi kegiatan CPR melalui dimensi e-governement, strategi pengelolaan CPR dan menilai citra organisasi dengan basic dimensions of corporate image. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam sebagai data primer dan dokumen internal BKPM sebagai data sekunder. Sedangkan paradigma yang digunakan adalah paradigma post-positivism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra organisasi telah dibangun dengan mengimplementasikan CPR. Jika dilihat dari dimensi e-government sudah ada 7 dimensi yang terlaksana. Sedangkan untuk strategi pengelolaan media online sudah dilakukan dengan menentukan tujuan komunikasi, target audience, tema, isi dan pemilihan saluran media online. ...... Implementation of Cyber Public Relations (CPR) is deemed necessary by Public Relations BKPM in order to deliver information to the public in building the image of the organization. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of CPR activities through the dimensions of e-government, CPR management strategies and assess the image of the organization with basic dimensions of corporate image. The research method is qualitative descriptive by conducting in-depth interview as primary data and BKPM internal document as secondary data. While the paradigm used is the postpositivism paradigm. The results show that organizational image has been built by implementing CPR. When viewed from the dimensions of e-government already exist 7 dimensions are implemented. As for online media management strategy has been done by determining the purpose of communication, target audience, theme, content and selection of online media channels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intentions. Peneliti menggunakan sampel 200 orang karyawan yang telah bekerja di Bank CIMB Niaga di lima wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya minimal satu tahun. Data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equity Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya, citra organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karir begitu pula dengan peluang pengembangan karir yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan terakhir komitmen organisasi dalam penelitian ini secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif dengan turnover intentions. Sedangkan untuk efektivitas pelatihan ternyata memiliki pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karir. ABSTRACT

As a result, organisational prestige has a positive effect with career growth opportunities, career growth opportunities has a positive effect with organisational commitment and also organisational commitment has significant and negative effect with turnover intentions.
