"Penelitian ini mengenai pemilihan bahan bacaan anak yang dilakukan oleh relawan di Komunitas 1001buku. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah proses kegiatan seleksi bahan bacaan anak dilakukan oleh relawan di Komunitas 1001buku berfokus pada kegiatan Book Drop Box (BDB) dan Sort-Pack- Distribute (SPD) Komunitas 1001buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambarkan proses relawan melakukan pemilihan bahan bacaan anak untuk didonasikan ke Jaringan Taman Bacaan Anak 1001buku yang selama ini rutin dilakukan oleh relawan-relawan yang tergabung didalam Komunitas 1001buku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa upaya pemilihan bahan bacaan anak yang dilakukan di Komunitas 1001buku merupakan aplikasi pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki oleh Koordinator Operasional. Pengetahuan dan pengelaman tersebut merupakan aplikasi dari proses seleksi di perpustakaan untuk dapat menjalankan semua proses kegiatan tersebut.

This study is regarding the selection of materials of children by volunteering at 1001buku community. This research problem is the process of the selection of kids reading materials is done by volunteers in 1001buku Community which is this activities focuses on Book Drop Box (BDB) and Sort-Pack-Distribute (SPD) 1001buku Community. This study aims to portray the process of an election for kids reading materials by the volunteers, and the book will be donated to the Children's Network 1001buku TBs that had regularly done by former volunteers who are the members in 1001buku community. This research used in this study is a qualitative case study method. Researchers concluded that the selection of reading material efforts undertaken in children 1001buku Community is an application of knowledge and experience possessed by the Operations Coordinator. Those knowledge and experience application of the selection process absorbed from library, in order to run that activities."

"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses preservasi pengetahuan di perpustakaan komunitas, mengidentifikasi pengetahuan penting yang harus dipelihara di perpustakaan komunitas, mengidentifikasi masalah penyebab ancaman kehilangan pengetahuan, serta menganalisis nilai potensial yang ada di perpustakaan komunitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang berfokus pada intepretasi pengetahuan yang dimiliki
pengelola serta pengalaman relawan dan masyarakat sekitar dalam memaknai keberadaan perpustakaan komunitas di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan enam tahap proses preservasi pengetahuan dari World Bank (1998). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan tacit yang dimiliki pengelola merupakan pengetahuan yang penting dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan komunitas
dan sebagian kecil preservasi pengetahuan telah dilakukan secara tidak sadar oleh pengelola, khususnya tahap diseminasi pengetahuan. Akan tetapi, pengelola belum menyadari bahwa pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dan pengetahuan relawan yang terlibat merupakan aset penting dalam pengelolaan Rumah Baca Zikri. Selain itu, melalui preservasi pengetahuan ini dapat ditangkap beberapa makna
keberadaan Rumah Baca Zikri yaitu seperti nilai kekeluargaan, kebersamaan, kerja sama, keikhlasan, pengorbanan, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, kemanusiaan serta terdapat juga unsur kepercayaan;This research aims to understand the knowledge preservation in community
library, to indentify the important knowledge that have to be preserved in a community library, to identify the core problem of knowledge loss and to analyze the values which are embedded in community library. The research was conducted by using qualitative method with case study approach that mainly focused on the interpretation of owner/manager’s knowledge and the experiences of volunteers, users and surrounding neighbors. This research is based on the six
steps of knowledge preservation from World Bank (1998). The result shows that owner’s tacit knowledge is an essential knowledge to maintain the library and also reveals that few of the six steps have already been done, especially the knowledge dissemination phase. Unfortunately, the owner has not yet realized that his knowledge is an important asset to manage his library. Aside from that, by doing
this research, some values that are embedded in community library such as, kinship, togetherness, team work, sincerity, sacrifice, independency, humanity, and also personal trust can also be gathered, This research aims to understand the knowledge preservation in community

"Skripsi ini membahas perpustakaan komunitas memiliki andil yang cukup besar sebagai sarana terbukanya akses masyarakat terhadap sumber-sumber informasi yang berkualitas. Perpustakaan komunitas juga berperan sebagai sarana pengembangan kreatifitas masyarakat terutama anak-anak karena di perpustakaan komunitas biasanya diadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dan kreatifitas. Tulisan ini mengambil objek di Rumah Baca Zhaffa, Kelurahan Manggarai, Jakarta Selatan. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana perpustakaan komunitas mewujudkan perannya di masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dapat terlihat bahwa walau memiliki berbagai hambatan, perpustakaan komunitas dapat mewujudkan perannya di masyarakat dengan menjadi sarana masyarakat terutama anak-anak untuk belajar, memperoleh sumber bacaan untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasannya, mengembangkan kegiatan positif. dan menjadi sarana berkumpulnya masyarakat.

Community library plays an important role as a tool to serve information source to people. Community library‟s role also as a medium of creativity, especially for children, because it‟s common in community library to provide creative activity. This theses emphasizes on Rumah Baca Zhaffa, Manggarai, Jakarta Selatan. The problem was how the community library do its role in society. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analytic method. The result shows that the community library do its role well to people. It is because, the community library become a place for people to expand their horizon of knowledge and doing positive activity through reading and studying in community library. Community library also become a meeting point for the people."

"Skripsi ini membahas program pemberdayaan masyarakat di Rumah Pintar Bhara Cendekia 1 melalui fasilitas dan layanan yang disediakan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan usaha meningkatkan potensi dan kemampuan diri masyarakat. Rumah pintar Bhara Cendekia 1 merupakan salah satu bentuk perpustakaan komunitas yang menghadirkan program pemberdayaan masyarakat di setiap kegiatannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat di Rumah Pintar Bhara Cendekia 1 mengacu pada tujuan pendidikan nasional, yaitu mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Kegiatan pemberdayaan di rumah pintar ini berbasiskan pada metode pembelajaran, terlihat dari fasilitas dan layanan yang ada pada setiap sentra, yaitu: sentra baca, sentra kriya, sentra komputer, sentra bermain, sentra audio visual, sentra psikologi dan konsultasi kesehatan, dan sentra outbond.

This thesis discusses the community empowerment program in the Rumah Pintar Bhara Cendekia 1 through facilities and services provided. Community empowerment is an effort to increase community self-potential and capabilities. Rumah Pintar Bhara Cendekia 1 is one of the community library that present the community empowerment program in each their activity. This is a qualitative research that using case study method. Results showed that community empowerment in Rumah pintar Bhara Cendekia 1 based on the national education goals. improving intellectuality of the nation. Empowerment activities in this rumah pintar based on the method of learning, visible from the existing facilities and services at each center, ie: reading center, craft center, computer center, play center, audio-visual center, health and consulting psychology center, and outbound center."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan koleksi buku anak di perpustakaan anak Rimba Baca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan koleksi buku anak di dalam perpustakaan dan di luar perpustakaan, faktor yang mendorong pengguna dan manfaat dari pemanfaatan koleksi buku anak Rimba Baca. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan koleksi buku anak di Perpustakaan Anak Rimba Baca sudah cukup baik dilihat dari kegiatan peminjaman oleh pengguna yang meminjam lima buku per minggu untuk dibaca di rumah dan di dalam perpustakaan pengguna diberikan akses terbuka kesemua sumber dan media bagi anak. Faktor yang mendorong pengguna memanfaatkan koleksi buku anak adalah kebutuhan belajar anak, kelengkapan koleksi buku anak dan suasana perpustakaan yang nyaman. Koleksi tersebut dipakai dan bermanfaat bagi penggunanya, seperti memberikan pengguna referensi buku anak yang terbaru dan memberikan ide untuk kegiatan belajar bersama keluarga di rumah. Namun, Rimba Baca perlu meningkatkan judul dan jenis koleksi buku anak yang berbahasa Indonesia dan harus dapat mempertahankan kesan positif yang telah didapatnya selama ini.

This study discusses the use of childrens book collections by children and parents in the Rimba Baca childrens library. This research aims to identify the use of childrens book collections by children and parents both inside libraries and outside libraries, factors that encourage users and the impact of utilizing the Rimba Baca childrens book collection. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection is done by observation and interviews. The results of this study are that the use of childrens book collections in the Rimba Baca Childrens Library is quite good in terms of lending activities by users who borrow five books per week to read at home and at in the library users are given open access to all sources and media for children. Factors that encourage users to use childrens book collections are childrens learning needs, the completeness of childrens book collections and a comfortable library atmosphere. The collection is used and useful for its users, such as giving users the latest childrens book references and providing ideas for learning activities with family at home. However, Rimba Baca needs to improve the title and type of collection of childrens books that speak Indonesian and must be able to maintain the positive impression that has been gained so far. "
