ABSTRAK
Telah dirancang suatu alat untuk melakukan pengocokkan untuk larutan kimia dengan media tabung reaksi. yang dapat memuat 25 tabung.Alat ini bekerja dengan sistem yang dikendalikan oleh suatu otak yang mengatur kecepatan pengocokkan yaitu sistem minimum microcontroler dengan aktuator berupa motor dc. Kecepatan putar motor dikendalikan oleh suatu program PWM yaitu program yang mengatur lebar pulsa keluaran yang berupa tegangan yang merupakan input masukkan ke motor,tetapi sebelum tegangan masuk ke motor perlu adanya suatu driver agar tegangan yang masuk ke motor bukan tegangan keluaran murni dari microcontroler namun tegangan yang lebih besar agar motor berputar. Pada alat ini membutuhkan beberapa rangkaian seperti rangkaian microcontroler, rangkaian comparator,rangkaian komunikasi serial dan rangkaian power supply

ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai rancang bangun dari sebuah pembatas arus baterai pada sistem energi terbarukan sel surya. Kapasitas arus pengisian sel surya yang bervariasi ini akan mempengaruhi kondisi pengisian dari baterai. Baik sel surya maupun baterai memiliki nilai arus maksimum yang diizinkan agar tidak merusak komponen tersebut. Oleh karena itu, rangkaian ini didesain untuk melindungi komponen selama proses pengisian baterai. Rangkaian ini menggunakan pembatas arus 2,6 Ampere berbasis transistor dan memiliki dua output berupa aki 12 Volt dan aki 6 Volt. Relay dan komparator digunakan pada rangkaian ini untuk menentukan salah satu output yang akan terhubung dengan sel surya pada suatu kondisi pencahayaan.
ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the design of battery current limiter circuit in a renewable energy solar cell system. The charging current varies with the weather and may affect the condition of battery charging. The solar cell and the battery have current maximum rating which is designed in such a way so that it will not damage those components. This design will protect the battery under those circumstances. This circuit uses a 2,6 Ampere current limiter and has a dual output which are a 12 Volt accu and 6 Volt accu. A relay and a comparator will be used in the circuit to connect the solar cell with either output.

The Concept of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) has been internationally implemented over the last two decades. In Malaysia, even though the involvement of the private sector in assisting with the provision of public services and facilities is not new, only recently under the Ninth Malaysia Plan the government officially announced the implementation of projects using P FI scheme in order to promote greater involvement of the private sector in delivering public services (Ninth Malaysia Plan, 2006). Consequently, a series of PFI projects is now being implemented including some already under construction. However, little is known on the real nature of the Malaysian PFI One of the aspects considered critical in the implementation of a P FI project is the need for a public sector comparator (PSC) to demonstrate that the project can achieve value for money through comparing the public sector comparator (PSC) with the bid or bids submitted by the private sect01: The study being reported herein focuses on the concept of PFI as practiced in Malaysia and the construction of a PSC. Given that under the Malaysian PFI, the PSC is yet to be established there is an urgent need for one to be constructed. In addition, critical issues concerning the transfer of risks and the determination o.f discount rate are also discussed. The study combines literature review on P Fl and interviews with civil servants involved in the implementation of P FI in Malaysia.

Abstrak :
In this paper a new current comparator architecture is presented, which utilizes the concept of nonlinear feedback to speed up the operation. The analytical formulation for quantifying the effect of the feedback is put forward. The functionality of the proposed comparator is verified using simulations carried out on an Orcad Pspice tool using Taiwan Semiconductors Manufacturing Company (TSMC) 0.18 µm technology parameters. The resolution and delay are found to be ± 10 nA and 1.48 ns, respectively at a reference current of 1µA. The effects of parameter variations on the performance of the proposed comparator at different design corners is also studied. The usefulness of the proposed comparator is demonstrated through a 3-bit current mode flash Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) and its performance parameters are also calculated using simulations. The simulation results show that the 3-bit current mode flash Analog to Digital Converter exhibits no missing codes and has Differential Non-Linearity (DNL) of -0.25 Least Significant Bit (LSB) and Integral Non-Linearity (INL) of -0.19 LSB.
