"ABSTRAK
Henti jantung sering terjadi di instalasi gawat darurat dan Return of spontaneus circulation ROSC masih rendah. ROSC dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kompresi RJP yang dilakukan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas kompresi RJP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Crossectional yang melibatkan 72 responden dengan teknik Stratified Sampling di ruang IGD, Kamar Bedah, ICU, HCU, HCU paru, dan CVCU. Variabel independen usia, jenis kelamin, indeks massa tubuh, kelelahan, frekuensi pelatihan, pengetahuan, dan kesadaran diri dianalisis hubungannya variabel dependent variabel dependent kualitas kompresi pada RJP. Hasil analisis uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, jenis kelamin, indeks massa tubuh, kelelahan, frekuensi pelatihan, pengetahuan, kesadaran diri dengan kualitas kompresi pada resusitasi jantung paru p

ABSTRACT
Cardiac arrest often occurs in emergency unit and Return of spontaneus circulation ROSC is still low. ROSC is influenced by the quality of CPR compression performed by nurses. This study aimed to identify factors related to CPR compression quality. This research used crossectional method involving 72 respondents with Stratified Sampling technique in Emergency Unit, Surgical Unit, Intensive Care Unit, High Care Unit, and Cardio Vasculare Care Unit. Independent variables including age, sex, body mass index, fatigue, training frequencies, knowledge, and self awareness are analyzed the dependent variable of CPR compression quality. "ABSTRAK
Penilaian kompetensi adalah salah satu metode dalam proses kredensial perawat untuk menilai kompetensi perawat sesuai dengan standar praktik keperawatan. Tujuan dari proses ini adalah untuk memastikan kompetensi profesional perawat sebagai jaminan terhadap perlindungan hak-hak pasien. Rumah Sakit Cikini selesai penilaian kompetensi untuk perawat klinis dan menemukan bahwa rentang skor ke-3 perawat klinis tingkat lebih rendah dari perawat klinis kelas 2 dan 1. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan kelas 3 perawat klinis tentang kompetensi dengan kesiapan perawat dalam menghadapi kompetensi penilaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Sampel dibawa dengan menggunakan 55 perawat klinis kelas 3 dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian penggunaan instrumen adalah qustionnaire. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dengan (α ≤ 0,05).
Hasil penelitian menemukan nilai p = 0,556 (nilai p> α), tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat klinis kelas 3 tentang klinis kompetensi dengan kesiapan perawat dalam menghadapi penilaian kompetensi. Sosialisasi berkala tentang kompetensi perawat diperlukan untuk perawat klinis, dan membuat penelitian terkait faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kesiapan perawat di menghadapi penilaian kompetensi

ABSTRACT
Competency assessment is one of the methods in the nurse credential process to assess nurse competency in accordance with nursing practice standards. The purpose of this process is to ensure the professional competence of nurses as guarantees for the protection of patient rights. Cikini Hospital finished competency assessment for clinical nurses and found that the range of scores of clinical nurses was lower than clinical nurses grade 2 and 1. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the level of clinical nurse's grade 3 knowledge about competence and nurses' readiness to face competency assessment. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Samples were taken using 55 clinical nurses class 3 with a purposive sampling method. Research on the use of instruments is qustionnaire. Data analysis using chi square test with (α ≤ 0.05). The results found a value of p = 0.556 (p value> α), there was no relationship between the level of clinical nurse knowledge grade 3 about clinical competence with the readiness of nurses in facing competency assessment. Periodic socialization about nurse competencies is needed for clinical nurses, and make research related to other factors that influence nurses' readiness in facing competency assessment

"Kinerja personil baik kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam organisasi rumah sakit merupakan penampilan dari setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan tanggung jawab perawat manajer. Perawat manajer adalah orang yang terlibat dalam akreditasi dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga tujuan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu tercapai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran 'hubungan antara pemahaman tentang akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit Kepolisian Pusat Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta'. Disain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang, dengan instrumen kuesioner yang telah diujikan hasil valid dan reliabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman akreditasi Rumah Sakit bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat manajer (p=0,973). Perawat manajer yang paham tentang akreditasi lebih baik, memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan perawat manajer yang kurang paham. Sedangkan karakteristik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat manajer.
Disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Direkomendasikan bahwa pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menjelaskan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajer dalam pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/ she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services.
This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test.
The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the understanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital.
The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.

"Balita merupakan kelompok risiko yang mudah terkena masalah kesehatan diantaranya masalah gizi. Tujuan penelitian ni mengetahui hubungan karakteristik keluarga, balita dan kepatuhandalam berkunjung ke posyandu dengan status gizi balita di Kelurahan Kota Baru Abepura Jayapura. Desain penelitian yang digunakan korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional.deskripsi Sampel keluarga balita dipilih 105 dengan metode sampel cluster. Analisis chi-squire diperolah: ada hubungan bermakna antara pendidikan, umur, dan pengetahuan keluarga dengan status gizi balita p < 0,05; tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan, pendapatan, etnis, jumlah, jenis kelamin, umur, dan riwayat kelahiran anak; dan kepatuhan keluarga dengan status gizi balita p > 0,05. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap status gizi balita adalah pengetahuan. Status gizi balita dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan diikuti dengan umur,dan pendidikan keluarga. Perlu dikembangkan program pemberdayaan keluarga dengan meningkatkan pngetahuan dan ketrampilan pada ibu-ibu muda.

The purpose of this research was to identify the correlation between family charactiristics, children under five and compliance visiting integrated service station with nutritional status of children under five in Kota Baru Abepura Jayapura. This research was descriptive correlation method with cross sectional approach. Research samples consist of of 105 people. Chi-squire analise were found significant correlation between age, education, and knowledge (p < 0,05). There is no correlation between employment, income, ethnicity, number of children, child age, gender of children, and birth history with nutritional status of children under five ((p> 0,05). The most dominant factor effected the nutrional status of children under five is knowledge. Nutritional status of children under five were influenced by knowledging, followed family age and education. The family need to be invented by increasing knowledge of young mother."

"Dokter spesialis dan perawat merupakan inti dari pelayanan kesehatan. Krisis SDM Kesehatan khususnya dokter spesialis dan perawat, tingkat persaingan antar rumah sakit yang tinggi, adanya perubahan kebijakan baik dari pemerintah maupun organisasi membuat RS perlu mengantisipasi dan membuat strategi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Tesis ini membahas tentang rencana aksi pengembangan SDM dokter spesialis dan perawat di RS Graha Juanda Bekasi tahun 2014- 2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis konten melalui wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen, dan CDMG (Consensus Decision Making Group). Kerangka konsep menggunakan analisis SWOT meliputi input stage yaitu dengan matriks EFE dan IFE, tahap kedua adalah mathcing stage dengan pencocokan menggunakan TOWS matriks dan penentuan posisi menggunakan IE matriks, serta tahap ketiga adalah desicion stage yaitu penentuan alternatif dan prioritas strategi dengan menggunakan QSPM. Hasil penelitian didapatkan RS Graha Juanda berada pada posisi sel V yaitu hold and maintain dengan alternatif strategi market penetration dan product development dengan prioritas strategi product development. Pengembangan pelayanan dan optimalisasi kinerja pelayanan RS serta SDM dokter spesialis dan perawat dalam jumlah, jenis, pengelolaan dan diklat adalah usulan yang diterjemahkan dalam bentuk rencana aksi.

Specialist and nurses are the core of health care. The crisis in human resources of health particularly specialist and nurses, the competition levels among hospitals that are also high, and the changing of the policy either from the goverment or from the organization itself makes the hospital needs to anticipate and create their strategies to ovecome this situation. This thesis discusses the action plan for human resources development specialist and nurses at Graha Juanda hospital in Bekasi year 2014 – 2018. The design study is a content analysis of qualitative research through in-depth interviews, document review, and CDMG (Consensus Decision Making Group). The framework uses SWOT analysis by using the input stage includes EFE and IFE matrix, the second stage is the mathcing stage using TOWS matrix and matrix positioning using IE, the third stage is the stage to determinate the alternative decision and priority strategies using QSPM. The results showed Graha Juanda hospital is in the position of the V cells and that means hold and maintain. The alternative strategy is market penetration and product development strategies with the priority of product development. Hospital service development, optimization of hospital services performance and human resources specialist dan nurses in number, type, management, and training is proposed to be translated in the form of the action plan."

"Pendahuluan: Jumlah penyandang epilepsi semakin meningkat, namun tidak disertai dengan edukasi sehingga masih terdapat stigma dan diskriminasi yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup orang dengan epilepsi (ODE). Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan penelitian sikap mahasiswa kedokteran preinternship, peserta program pendidikan dokter spesialis (PPDS) dan perawat karena mereka merupakan sumber penting pengetahuan tentang epilepsi dan dapat memberikan contoh bagi masyarakat.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dari Juni 2020 hingga Januari 2021. Sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa kedokteran preintership, peserta PPDS dan perawat di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Public Attitude Toward Epilepsy (PATE) versi Bahasa Indonesia yang telah divalidasi.
Hasil: Mahasiswa kedokteran preinternship, peserta PPDS dan perawat memberikan sikap positif pada pertanyaan yang bersifat umum, namun hal sebaliknya didapatkan sikap negatif pada pertanyaan yang bersifat pribadi yakni berkencan, menikah ataupun memberikan saran kepada keluarga untuk menikah dengan ODE. Faktor sosiodemografi tidak mempengaruhi sikap terhadap epilepsi.
Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa kedokteran preinternship, peserta PPDS dan perawat memberikan sikap yang negatif dalam hal berkencan maupun menikah dengan ODE.

Background: The number of people with epilepsy is increasing, but this not followed by education so that there is still stigma and discrimination that can reduce the quality of life of people with epilepsy (PWE). Thus, it is necessary to conduct research on the attitudes of preintership medical students, residents and nurses because they are an important source of knowledge about epilepsy and can provide an example for the community.
Method: This study used a cross sectional design from June 2020 until Januari 2021. The research sample were preintership medical students, residents and nurses at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The study was conducted using a validated Indonesian version of the PATE questionnaire.
Results: Preintership medical students, residents and nurses gave a positive attitude to general questions, but on the contrary, a negative attitude was found on questions related to personalities, namely dating, getting married or giving advice to families to marry people with epilepsy. Sociodemographic factors did not influence attitude towards epilepsy.
Conclusion: Preintership medical students, residents and nurses give negative attitudes in dating and marrying PWE.
