"Since the downfall of President Soeharto in May 1998, printed Media has been growing. Many printed media which exploit women's sexuality are still survived. Meanwhile, some parts of the society protest the phenomenon of pornography. They are currently proposing anti-pornography bill. The protests are believed triggered by the controversial performance of dangdut singer Inul Daratista. Using framing analysis, the research explains the position of printed media on pornography, freedom of expression and sexual exploitation. As a feminist research, it relates feminist theories, especially on pornography, with mass media. At least three schools in feminist theory discuss the topic: radical libertarian feminism, radical cultural feminism and post feminism. The research used articles in six media; Kompas, Tempo, Gatra, Republika, Sabili and Basis as data. Almost all of the media have no clear definition on pornography although some "religious media" related the performance of Inul Daratista with pornography. The thesis recommended that such a law on anti-pornography should be thought further before it reached clear definition on pornography."

ABSTRACT
Not only offering voices, sexy bodies and erotic swaying became a demand for Indonesian dangdut singers for commercialization. Previous studies found that demands for eroticism and sexuality were driven by the dangdut music market and management relations with dangdut singers.
Researchers see that there is also a significant role, namely the talent scout actor (middleman) in creating oppression of eroticism through patron-client relations with dangdut singers. Coercion by talent actors is perpetuated by the construction of the role of womens gender in Indonesia which is still considered as an entertainment object and the target of gender oppression using images of beauty, passivity and powerlessness of women in dangdut singer figures.
The researchers argument is that middleman uses strong patriarchal relations through family relationships with dangdut singers in unique patron-client relations. Middleman, in contrast to management, personally has power relations in the process of sexual violence against dangdut singers either as pimps or perpetrators themselves. The research approach used in the study was qualitative, with the method of collecting data in the form of in-depth interviews and conducting participatory observations on women from Semarang dangdut singers and case studies. It was found that the relation of power is the root that manifests sexual violence against women in family relations with middleman.
