ABSTRAK
This study aims to determine the effect of mudharabah deposit deposits and deposit profit sharingrates on financial performance at Islamic commercial banks. This study uses secondary datasources in the form of quarterly financial bank documentation of Islamic commercial banks. Theresults of the study based on the t-test or partially show that mudharabah deposits have a positiveand significant effect on the financial performance of sharia commercial banks and the depositsharing rate has a positive and no significant impact on financial performance. Simultaneously(F test) shows that mudharabah deposit and deposit sharing rates have a positive and significanteffect on financial performance.

ABSTRAK
Penulisan skripsi ini adalah berdasarkan pada kondisi industri perbankan yang sangat diperngaruhi oleh nasabah dan masyarakat luas. Akan tetapi, sampai saat ini masih terdapat kejadian-kejadian penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan bank yang terjadi. Secara spesifik, yang akan dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah penyimpangan dalam bentuk pengalihan tabungan nasabah yang melawan hukum oleh karyawan bank, yang menimbulkan kerugian terhadap nasabah bank. Skripsi ini menganalisis pengalihan tabungan nasabah yang melawan hukum oleh karyawan bank sesuai dengan kegagalan bank dalam menegakkan prinsip kehati-hatian dan sistem pengendalian internal, perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh bank, dan vicarious liability yang dimiliki oleh bank.
ABSTRACT
The writing of this thesis is based on the condition of the banking industry that is highly dependent on customers and the broad public. However until this day, there are still numerous occurring of deviations committed by bank employees that happen. Specifically, the deviation discussed in this thesis is in the form of unlawful diversion of customer deposits, causing damage to their customers. This thesis analyzes the unlawful diversion of customer deposits committed by bank employees and the liability of banks according to the bank rsquo s failure to uphold the prudential principle and internal control system, bank committing tort and the vicarious liability of banks.

ABSTRACT
This paper empirically assesses the relation between bank performance and capital regulation for Islamic banks from 13 countries and evaluates whether the relation varies with bank size, capital, and liquidity. We find small Islamic banks to be less stable and less profitable they also cut lending growth as capital regulation becomes more stringent. The stability and lending growth of big Islamic banks are, however, directly related to capital regulation. Further, capital regulation adversely affects the profitability of Islamic banks with low liquidity and high capital holdings. While capital regulation is needed, it should not be adopted in a blanket manner for all Islamic banks.

In 2016, the mandatory use of biodiesel as a substitute fuel by up to 20%, as introduced by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, forced vehicle manufacturers to invent suitable engines that would accept biodiesel. The use of biodiesel in such a large proportion is highly risky, particularly due to the formation of deposits in the combustion chamber engines. The previous method of fuel droplets are placed on a hot plate approach produces deposits are slightly different from those generated by a real engine, therefore to obtain realistic deposits it is necessary to modify this method so temperatures as hot as those in a real engine. In this study, the potential deposit formation of biodiesel fuel was examined by conducting the deposition process and the evaporation of fuel on a stainless-steel plate (SS), which was placed in a closed space. Deposit characterization was carried out on a hot plate using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The test results showed differences in the structures of the deposits produced by biodiesel and diesel fuel; fine structures were seen in the former, while those of the latter were rougher and more porous. Deposit results that are similar to what is seen in a real engine will be very helpful for knowing the patterns, structures, and mechanism of the formation of deposits in such an environment.

Abstrak :
Endapan sediment exhalative merupakan endapan sulfida masif Pb-Zn-Ag yang terbentuk pada zona ekstensional passive continental margin di rentang umur Karbon Akhir hingga Permian Awal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memastikan bahwa sampel penelitian merupakan sampel endapan SEDEX sehingga dapat memberikan teori baru bahwa endapan SEDEX tidak hanya terdapat pada Formasi Kluet namun juga Formasi Alas. Kegiatan penelitian berlokasi di Kecamatan Siempatnempu, Kabupaten Dairi, Sumatera Utara dengan total 13 sampel penelitian yang terbagi atas 7 sampel dianalisis menggunakan metode petrografi, 6 sampel dianalisis menggunakan metode mineragrafi dan 3 sampel menggunakan metode XRF. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sampel penelitian ini memiliki karakteristik sebagai berikut, sampel penelitian tersusun atas 8 sampel wallrock dan 5 sampel bijih. Sampel wallrock ini merupakan batugamping kristalin dan batupasir sedangkan sampel bijihnya merupakan batulanau berwarna kehitaman selain itu pada sampel wallrock ditemukan adanya dua alterasi yaitu alterasi silisifikasi dan alterasi serisitik. Pada batuan dengan alterasi serisitik ditemukan cukup banyak mineral serisit (penambahan mineral serisit) sedangkan pada alterasi silisifikasi ditemukan banyak mineral kuarsa dan berubah jadi lebih keras akibat penambahan silika. Sedangkan sampel bijih memiliki karakteristik berbau besi, berwarna kehitaman dan memiliki mineral bijih yang melimpah seperti pirit, kalkopirit, sfalerit, galena dan bornit. Pada sampel bijih ditemukan juga adanya perlapisan mineral sulfida (sulfide banded) berulang yang menandakan sampel ini terbentuk secara syngenetic atau secara bersamaan dengan pengendapan sedimennya. Sampel penelitian diinterpretasikan sebagai endapan SEDEX yang telah mengalami proses pelapukan intens, hal ini terlihat dari kenampakan batuan secara makroskopis sehingga menurut Emsbo (2016) sampel ini dapat disebut sebagai endapan SEDEX tipe gossan. Berdasarkan analisis data XRF, sampel bijih memiliki kandungan unsur Pb dan Zn rendah (<1% wt), memiliki trace element seperti As, Mn dan Tl dan memiliki kandungan mineral hematit. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sampel bijih pada daerah penelitian merupakan sampel endapan SEDEX yang termasuk ke dalam fasies distal. ......Sediment exhalative deposits are Pb-Zn-Ag massive sulfide deposits which formed in the extensional zone, passive continental margin during Late Carboniferous to Early Permian period. This study aims to ensure that the research samples are sample of SEDEX deposits so that it can provide a new theory that SEDEX deposits are not only found in the Kluet Formation but also in the Alas Formation. The research activity is located in Siempatnempu District, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra with a total of 13 research samples divided into 7 samples analyzed using the petrographic method, 6 samples using the mineragraphy method and 3 samples using the XRF method. The results of the analysis show that the research sample has the following characteristics: the research sample is composed of 8 wallrock samples and 5 ore samples. The wallrock sample consisted of crystalline limestone and sandstone, while the ore sample is blackish siltstone. In addition, the wallrock sample has undergo two different alterations, namely silicification and sericitic alteration. In rocks with sericitic alteration found a lot of sericite minerals (addition of sericite minerals) while in silicified alteration found a lot of quartz minerals and turns harder due to the addition of silica materials. The ore samples have some characteristics such smell of iron, blackish color and have abundant ore minerals such as pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena and bornite. In the ore sample, repeated sulfide banded were also found which indicating that this sample was formed syngenetically or simultaneously with the deposition of the sediment. The research sample is interpreted as a SEDEX deposit that has undergone an intense weathering process, this can be seen from the macroscopic appearance of the rock, so that according to Emsbo (2016) this sample can be called a gossan type SEDEX deposit. Based on XRF data analysis, the ore samples contain low Pb and Zn elements (<1% wt), have trace elements such as As, Mn and Tl and contain the hematite mineral. From these data, it can be concluded that the ore sample in the study area is a sample of SEDEX deposits belonging to the distal facies.

Latar Belakang: Phaleria macrocarpa (PM) mengandung mangiferin yang memiliki kemampuan sebagai kelator besi dengan membentuk kompleks. Kompleks dapat menekan akumulasi besi pada pasien talasemia yang rutin transfusi. Kondisi besi berlebih dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya cedera organ ginjal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak etanol buah PM sebagai agen kelator besi diamati pada organ ginjal tikus model besi berlebih. Metode: 30 tikus Sprague-Dawley dibagi acak 6 kelompok: normal (N), besi berlebih (KN), besi berlebih diobati Deferiprone dosis 462,5 mg/kgBB (D), besi berlebih diobati mangiferin dosis 50mg /kgBB (M), besi berlebih diobati ekstrak PM dosis 100mg/kgBB (PM100), besi berlebih diobati ekstrak PM dosis 200mg/kgBB (PM200). Injeksi besi diberikan 2kali/minggu selama 3 minggu dilanjutkan 8 minggu bersama pengobatan. Kadar besi ginjal diukur menggunakan AAS. Kadar urea dan kreatinin plasma serta TNF-α ginjal diukur menggunakan kit. Hasil: Mangiferin dari ekstrak terdeteksi pada ginjal tikus model besi berlebih diukur dengan HPLC. Mangiferin dan PM tidak dapat menurunkan kadar besi di organ ginjal dan kadar ureum plasma signifikan. Pengaruh mangiferin dan PM pada kadar kreatinin plasma tidak linier. Mangiferin dan PM dapat menurunkan kadar TNF-α ginjal signifikan dengan KN dan D. Kesimpulan: Mangiferin dan PM memiliki potensi kelator besi dan menurunkan respon inflamasi pada kondisi besi berlebih. ......Background: Mangiferin, active compound in Phaleria macrocarpa (PM), has been shown as an iron chelating agent by forming complexes. The complex can reduce iron accumulation in thalassemia patients receive transfusions. Renal organ failure can be impacted by the high iron. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ethanolic extract of PM fruit as iron chelating agent observed in the kidney of iron overload rat. Methods: 30 Sprague-Dawley divided randomly six groups: normal (N), iron-overload (KN), iron-overload treated Deferiprone dosage 462,5 mg/kgBW (D), iron-overload treated mangiferin dosage 50mg/kgBW (M), iron-overload treated PM extract dosage 100mg/kgBW (PM100) and iron-overload treated with PM extract dosage 200mg/kgBW (PM200). Iron injection was administered twice/week for 3 weeks, continued 8 weeks with treatment. Kidney iron levels of rats measured using AAS. Plasma urea and creatinine levels as well as renal TNF-α measured using kit. Results: Mangiferin from extract was detected in the kidney of rat iron overload models which measured using HPLC. Mangiferin and PM cannot significantly reduce plasma urea and kidney iron levels. Effect of mangiferin and PM on plasma creatinine levels not linearly. Mangiferin and PM can reduce renal TNF-α levels significantly. Conclusion: Mangiferin and PM have ability as iron chelator and reduce inflammatory response caused iron overload.

Skripsi ini menganalisis pengaruh Deposits to Assets Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio dan Market Share terhadap profitabilitas bank yang tidak mengadopsi dan mengadopsi electronic banking. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Deposits to Assets Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio dan Market Share pada bank yang tidak mengadopsi dan mengadopsi electronic banking untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Kegunaan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah bank sudah dapat secara efektif mengembangkan layanan electronic banking dalam tujuannya meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode data panel dengan estimasi random effect. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews, pada bank yang tidak mengadopsi E-Banking, Deposits to Assets Ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA dan ROE kecuali NIM, pada bank yang mengadopsi E-Banking ditemukan hasil ROE dan NIM tidak signifikan kecuali ROA. Bank yang tidak mengadopsi E-Banking Loan to Assets Ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA dan NIM kecuali ROE, pada bank yang mengadopsi E-Banking ROA, ROE, dan NIM tidak signifkan. Bank yang tidak mengadopsi E-Banking Market Share berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA, ROE, dan NIM, sedangkan bank yang mengadopsi E-Banking ROA dan ROE signifikan kecuali NIM. ......This thesis analyzes the influence of Deposits to Assets Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio and Market Share on profitability of banks that do not adopt and adopt electronic banking. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence Deposits to Assets Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio and Market Share in banks that do not adopt and adopt electronic banking to increase the profitability of the company. The usefulness of this study was to see whether the bank has been able to effectively develop its electronic banking services to improve the company's profitability objectives. In this study, the method used panel data to estimate random effect. Results of research that has been done using Eviews application, for banks that do not adopt electronic banking research showed that on banks that do not adopt the E-Banking, Deposits to Assets Ratio does not significantly affect the ROA and ROE except NIM, the bank that adopted the E-Banking ROE and NIM results found insignificant except ROA. On banks that do not adopt the E-Banking Loan to Assets Ratio significantly affect ROA and NIM except ROE, the bank adopted the E-Banking ROA, ROE, and NIM was not signifkan. On banks that do not adopt the E-Banking Market Share significant effect on ROA, ROE, and NIM, while the banks are adopting E-Banking ROA and ROE are significant except NIM.

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sensor glukosa non-enzimatik menggunakan deposit tembaga pada permukaan emas (Cu/Au). Deposit Cu/Au dapat disintesis dengan metode amperometri pada potensial -0,45 V vs Ag/AgCl menggunakan larutan CuSO4. Konsentrasi CuSO4 dan waktu deposisi divariasikan untuk memperoleh kondisi optimum. Kondisi optimum untuk deposisi adalah tiga menit dengan konsentrasi CuSO4 0,1 M. Hasil karakterisasi SEM dan EDS menunjukan deposit memiliki ukuran 400 - 480 nm dengan persen berat Cu sebesar 71,50%. Deposit Cu/Au dapat mendeteksi glukosa hingga konsentrasi 0,0462 mM. Deposit Cu/Au kemudian digunakan untuk mengukur kadar glukosa dalam sampel darah. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kadar glukosa dalam sampel darah sebesar 6,6504 mM. Nilai tersebut berbeda sebesar 9,8238% jika dibandingkan dengan pengukuran menggunakan glukosa meter yang menghasilkan nilai 6,0555 mM. ......Non-enzymatic glucose sensor using copper deposits on gold (Cu/Au) was studied in this research. Cu/Au deposits was synthesized using amperometry method at -0,45 V vs Ag/AgCl using CuSO4. The concentration of CuSO4 and deposition time were varied to obtained the optimum condition. Optimum condition of deposition was at 3 minutes and CuSO4 concentration of 0,1 M. SEM and EDS characterization showed that the size of deposits was 480 nm with percent weight 71,50% via EDS characterization. Cu/Au deposits was able to measure glucose up to 0.0462 mM. Cu/Au deposits was utilized to measure the level of glucose in blood samples. The level of glucose in blood samples was measured to be 6,6504 mM. This result differs about 9,8238% to the results obtained from glucose meter that resulted value 6.0555 mM.
