"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian pragmatik, yaitu tindak tutur direktif pada percakapan zelfstandig thuisverpleegkundige (perawat mandiri) dan pasien di Veurne, Belgia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memaparkan jenis-jenis tindak tutur direktif yang terjadi antara perawat dan pasien dan mengidentifikasi jenis tindak tutur yang lebih dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis dilakukan untuk mengklasifikasikan tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan dengan menggunakan teori Bach dan Harnish (1993). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya lebih banyak tindak tutur direktif questions dengan jenis ungkapan bertanya, menginterogasi, menyelidiki yang digunakan dalam percakapan perawat mandiri dan pasien dibandingkan dengan tindak tutur direktif lainnya. This research is a pragmatic study that is focused on directive speech act of conversations between zelfstandig thuisverpleegkundige and patient in Veurne, Belgium. The aim of this study is to describe the directive speeches between the home nurse and the patient and to find out what kind of directive speech act is more dominant. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and the analysis is done to classify the directive speech acts found into several types of expression using the theory of Bach and Harnish (1993). The result of the research shows that there are more directive questions found which expresse asking, interrogating, and investigating compared to other directive speech acts. This research is expected to provide readers with more knowledge about directive speech acts in health care"

"[ ABSTRAK Pada dialog dalam film dapat ditemukan peristiwa tutur dan tindak tutur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmendeskripsikan wujud tindak tutur direktif dua guru yang berbeda usia dalam film Brammetje Baas. Metodeyang digunakan adalah dekripstif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan perbedaan ragam bahasa guru yangberbeda usia yakni tua dan muda. Guru yang lebih tua cenderung menggunakan tindak tutur direktif dengankalimat perintah dan sebaliknya guru muda menggunakan bahasa yang lebih akrab yakni tindak tutur direktifmemberi perintah dengan kalimat pernyataan. Guru muda pun menggunakan tindak tutur direktif memohonkepada muridnya untuk meminta maaf pada guru tua.
