"Air minum telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia, karena merupakan sarana utama meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kesulitan pengadaan air bersih diperkirakan berakibat rendahnya mutu air minum dikonsumsi masyarakat. Hal ini berakibat terjadinya peningkatan pertumbuhan dunia usaha untuk menyediakan air minum kemasan yang harganya relatif mahal, sehingga masyarakat mencari alternatif mendapatkan air minum terjangkau dengan mengkonsumsi air minum isi ulang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kualitas air minum isi ulang di Palembang. Studi Penelitian ini menggunakan Cross Sectional, sebanyak 33 dari 74 depot air minum di Palembang diteliti.
Kualitas air sebelum peugolahan mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengau kualitas air minum setelah diadakan pengolahan menurut parameter fisik, parameter kimia terbatas serta parameter bakteriologi. Proses desinfeksi ultraviolet, higiene sanitasi personal, higiene sanitasi depot, higiene ruang pengisian air minum mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kualitas air minum isi ulang, tetapi faktor paling berpengaruh adalah proses desinfeksi. Proses desinfeksi ultraviolet memenuhi syarat mempunyai peluang 8,3 kali mendapatkan kualitas air minum memenuhi syarat dibanding proses desinfeksi tidak memenuhi syarat. Higiene sanitasi personal memenuhi syarat mempunyai peluang 1,7 kali untuk mendapatkan kualitas air minum memenuhi syarat dibanding higine sanitasi personal tidak memenuhi syarat. Higiene sanitasi depot memenuhi syarat mempunyai peluang 9,6 kali mendapat kualitas air minum memenuhi syarat dibanding higiene sanitasi depot tidak memenuhi syarat. Higiene ruang pengisian air minum memenuhi syarat mempunyai peluang 16 kali mendapat kualitas air minum memenuhi syarat dibanding ruang pengisian air minum tidak memenuhi syarat.
Disimpulkan bahwa kualitas air sebelum dilakukan pengolahan berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kualitas air sesudah dilakukan pengolahan, dimana kandungan zat mineral (Fe, Mangan, Flour, CaC03) sangat minimal. Titik kendali kritis pada proses desinfeksi, higiene sanitasi personal, higiene sanitasi depot, higiene mang pengisian air minum dimana proses desinfeksi mempakan faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas air minum isi ulang. Perlu dibentuk kerjasama terprogram antara lembaga swadaya masyarakat depot air minum isi ulang dengan Dinas Kesehatan Palembang sehingga dapat dibuat komitmen bersama dalam rangka menjamin kualitas air minum yang aman, sehat untuk dikonsumsi masyarakat."

"Tea is a drink that is liked for many reasons by almost every people in the earth. Conscious or not, it fills most of the people's daily live. Some of them even make tea drinking as their habit, which certainly shows their good sense and madness of processed plantation called tea. It is indeed someone's choice of drinking pattern. But among various drinks offered in this world, tea is a famous alternative to make. Human fondness of tea drinking tends also to be found in almost every nation. In Indonesia, tea has also known for centuries. However, the fondness of tea accelerates extraordinarily in the latest century. Various sociological patterns about tea especially in Indonesia will be this research entity. Tea is assumed carrying certain understanding, certain symbol, and certain function for certain group of society, if not all, in certain time. This becomes more interesting while the variation of meaning, symbol and function differs more and more. It certainly cannot be hindered because it relates strictly with individuals and societies. This research's prime vision is to emphasize more portions in the global culture's spectacle. It is so done, because the assumption of a single nations' tradition, which is the English style afternoon tea breaks the limit and penetrates in almost all over the world. It then associates with local tea tradition and assumed as the global culture. Nevertheless, culture cannot work and process all alone. It must relate and link with other sides or spectacles of globalization too. These will also be a little bit discussed in connection with the culture. The penetration process of the tea is not taken for granted. It costs high enough that the tea ritual is not pure anymore. This caused by the society, which is named as market in economical science. Like basic economical law has taught before, the market plays an important role where supply will be adjusted with their demand. This phenomenon can and will be benefited by thorough ?money managers? through business area. Good networking between them and the system strengthen the collaboration and association of the development of the global economy. Globalization in the area of culture and economy is lead and supported by political life. It needs power to make things possible. Power, which is dominated by the state, gives and makes deep and huge impacts on state's life. The state's role is needed instead of positive or negative power. This power shall associate and collaborate to make a fruitful condition. A little bit portion on global politic will be a part of this paper's angle of vision.
Thus, it can be concluded that tea does not discern borders, nations, races, classes or everything concerning with segregation. Human is generally acquainted it. The only matter is the `option'. How people processes, packs, presents, or even actualizes it, are all people's choice according to their preference to the outcome. Some people value it nothing, but some others do appreciate the tradition. In connection with globalization, these reasons base the selection of the title too. So, please have a great pleasure in reading this paper under the title of ?Global Tea in Local Context?.

"This paper presents an overview of and discussion on the current approaches to corporate sustainability with a main discussion on the stakeholder pressure for the drinking water company. Good corporate governance is associated with increased transparency and clear and informative financial reporting. The fast widening rote of corporate responsibilities is to include corporate social responsibility (CSR), where corporate sustainability is being part of it and needs to be disclosed in the financial reporting. Corporate sustainability stipulates the needs that future generation should be left or at least no worse off than the current generations (Said et al, 2005). As being sustainabte for companies could increase their competitiveness in the market, therefore CSR and corporate sustainability could not be separated in the disclosure of financial statements. Comparing physical and economic sustainability is another way of measuring corporate sustainability especially when we measure the sustainability of a company having the basis on the utilization of natural resources such as mining, energy, fishery, forestry, pulp and paper, water, and palm-oil plantation, etc. implications on financial reporting of a drinking water company are discussed in anticipating the stockholders pressure on long-term sustainability especially for water industry"

"Pasien fraktur sering mengalami penurunan mobilitas. Pencegahan konstipasi diperlukan untuk mengurangi komplikasi dari imobilisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minum air putih 2000 ml secara teratur dan terjadual untuk mencegah terjadinya konstipasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan post test only non equivalent control group. Sampel penelitian adalah 28 orang, diambil dengan consecutive sampling. Kelompok intervensi diberikan minum sebanyak 1 gelas (250 ml) dalam 8 kali pemberian.
Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kejadian konstipasi diantara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p = 0,023 dan konsistensi feses dengan nilai p = 0,009 (p value < 0,05).
Kesimpulan : minum air putih 2000 ml per hari yang teratur dan terjadual dapat mencegah terjadinya konstipasi dan menghasilkan konsistensi feses yang ideal. Penelitian selanjutnya membutuhkan jumlah sampel yang besar dan tipe fraktur yang homogen.

Patients often experience a decrease in mobility as a result of the fracture. Prevention of constipation is needed to reduce the complications of immobilization. This study aimed to determine the effect of drinking 2000 ml water regularly and scheduled to prevent constipation.
This study applied a quasi-experimental design with a post-test only non-equivalent control group on 28 subjects allocated to intervention group (14 subjects) and control group (14 subjects). The intervention group drink 8 times administration of 1 cup of water (250 ml).
The result showed there was significant differences in the incidence of constipation with p value = 0.023 and stool consistency with p value = 0.009 (p value < 0.05) between the groups.
Therefore, drinking 2000 ml water per day regularly and scheduled can prevent constipation and produce the ideal stool consistency. Further study might be needed with more sample and homogens type of fracture
