Abstrak :
Efikasi diri menyusui merupakan prediktor durasi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Ibu bekerja di rumah sakit dapat mempengaruhi keputusan ibu yang melahirkan di rumah sakit agar dapat memberikan ASI secara eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri menyusui ibu bekerja di rumah sakit dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Sembilan puluh ibu bekerja di rumah sakit menjadi sampel penelitian, diambil secara consecutive sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri menyusui ibu bekerja di rumah sakit dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Efikasi diri menyusui ibu bekerja di rumah sakit perlu ditingkatkan agar pemberian ASI eksklusif juga meningkat. ......Breastfeeding self-efficacy is a predictor of the duration of exclusive breastfeeding. A mother who works at the hospital may influence the decision of another mother who gave birth in hospital in order to provide exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study is to determine the relation between the breastfeeding self-efficacy of the hospital working mother with the exclusive breastfeeding. The design of the study design is cross-sectional. There are ninety hospital working mothers as the research samples, which conducted by consecutive sampling. The analysis in this study is using Chi Square test. There is a significant relation between the breastfeeding self-efficacy of the hospital working mother with the exclusive breastfeeding. This finding has implication for hospital working mother?s breastfeeding self-efficacy needs to be improved so that exclusive breastfeeding also increases.

Persalinan kembar sering terjadi secara prematur dan BBLR. Kondisi ini membutuhkan perawatan khusus dan pemberian nutrisi optimal dengan ASI eksklusif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi kembar. Penelitian cross sectional ini dilakukan pada 184 ibu yang mempunyai bayi kembar usia 6-23 bulan di Malang Raya, dengan consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji coba sebelumnya. Hasil uji statistik Regresi multinomial menunjukan bahwa faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi kembar adalah efikasi diri menyusui OR 0,107; CI 95 0,033-0,378 . Efikasi diri menyusui yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan keyakinan ibu untuk dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayi kembar.

ABSTRACT
Multiple birth is one of the factors that challenge the mother in breastfeeding. Twins labor often occurs prematurely and LBW. This condition requires special care and optimal nutrition with exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study is to determine factors affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding in twins. This study used cross sectional design with 184 mothers who had twin infants aged 6 23 months in Malang Raya. The sampling technique used is consecutive sampling. . Data were collected through the distribution of previously tested questionnaires. This cross sectional study was conducted in 184 mothers who had twin infants aged 6 23 months in Malang Raya. The result of multinomial regression statistic test showed that the dominant factor that influenced the success of exclusive breastfeeding in twins was self efficacy of breastfeeding OR 0.107 CI 95 0.033 0.378 . Breastfeeding self efficacy can increase the mother 39 s confidence to be able to give exclusive breastfeeding multiple.
