Abstrak :
Layanan resep elektronik adalah salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah dan menurunkan kesalahan peresepan obat. Pada pelaksanaannya, pelayanan resep elektronik juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan, seperti kesalahan input obat oleh pemberi resep, biaya sistem terkait, serta kurangnya keamanan informasi medis pasien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pelayanan resep elektronik untuk mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan sistem yang telah ada demi meningkatkan keamanan pasien. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan identifikasi masalah di lapangan sebagai sumber untuk mengevaluasi keabsahan atau legalitas dan keselamatan pasien dalam sistem peresepan elektronik. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan resep elektronik memberikan manfaat berupa penurunan kesalahan membaca obat, ketidaklengkapan penulisan informasi, serta kecepatan waktu pelayanan sehingga dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Permasalahan peresepan elektronik terkait keselamatan pasien berupa kesalahan input obat dapat diantisipasi dengan menambahkan fitur alarm atau peringatan terkait peresepan pada aplikasi peresepan elektronik meliputi indikasi, interaksi, dosis, serta efek samping yang dapat terjadi pada pasien sehingga angka kejadian medication error semakin dapat berkurang. ......Electronic prescription services are one of the efforts that can be made to prevent and reduce drug prescribing errors. In practice, electronic prescription services also have several weaknesses, such as drug input errors by prescribers, related system costs, and the lack of security of patient medical information. Based on this, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of electronic prescription services to develop and perfect the existing system to improve patient safety. The research was conducted qualitatively by studying the literature and identifying problems in the field as a source for evaluating the legitimacy or legality and patient safety of the electronic prescribing system. The results obtained show that the use of electronic prescriptions provides benefits in the form of reducing drug reading errors, incomplete information writing, and speed of service time so as to improve patient safety. Electronic prescribing problems related to patient safety in the form of drug input errors can be anticipated by adding prescribing-related alarm or warning features to electronic prescribing applications including indications, interactions, doses, and side effects that can occur in patients so that the incidence of medication errors can be reduced.

Suatu instalasi rumah sakit adalah bentuk pelayanan utama rumah sakit kepada masyarakat dan membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang handal dan akurat serta dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada pasien, dalam hal ini RS. Sentra Medika Cibinong walaupun telah memiliki software / sistem informasi rumah sakit, dan pernah memiliki sistem informasi resep elektronik, tetapi sistem ini tidak berhasil dengan baik dan tidak dilanjutkan operasionalnya, sehingga proses pembacaan resep kembali ke sistem konvensional sehingga risiko terjadinya kesalahan pembacaan resep tetap ada akibat tulisan dokter yang sulit terbaca dan tidak jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dan melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui penyebab tidak terpakainya sistem informasi resep yang pernah ada dan mengetahui arah pengembangan sistem informasi di instalasi farmasi RS. Sentra Medika Cibinong melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif berdasarkan pada analisa PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Eficiency, dan Service) untuk memudahkan identifikasi masalah dan menemukan jawaban atas tanggapan ataupun persepsi pengguna terhadap sistem informasi resep dan menangkap apa yang diinginkan oleh pengguna agar sistem informasi resep elektronik dapat digunakan oleh para pengguna tanpa adanya retensi, serta menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk menghasilkan pengembangan sistem informasi elektronik yang ?user friendly?.

A hospital installation is the main form of hospital service to the public and requires an accurate and reliable information system to provide an excellent service to the patients. Sentra Medika Cibinong Hospital, despite having an integrated hospital information system and had once implemented electronic prescription information system, has currently abandoned the electronic prescription information system due to unsuccessful implementation. As a result, the hospital has now returned to conventional prescription system which is prone to mistakes due to doctor's hand-writing that can sometimes be unclear or unreadable. The goals of this research are: 1. To analyze and evaluate the cause of the unsuccessful implementation of the electronic prescription information system 2. To learn the information system's direction of development in Sentra Medika Cibinong's pharmacy installation, through quantitative and qualitative approaches using PIECES analysis (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency and Service) 3. The PIECES analysis will simplify problem identification and help find answers based on the user's perception and response to electronic prescription information system 4. To capture the user's needs in order to provide an electronic prescription information system that can be utilized by the user without retention 5. To present a recommendation for developing a "user-friendly" electronic prescription information system.
