"Patient satisfaction was one thing that was very important in reviewing the quality of health services, including health center. Measuring patient satisfaction can be used to evaluate the quality of health services. In this study the dimensions related to health service user satisfaction, were in terms of reliability, assurance, tangible, emphaty and responsiveness. The purpose of this research was to know the level in district of outpatient services and inpatient care at district health center Sidoarjo."

"Dalam perjanjian penanaman modal asing, salah satu bentuk perlakuan yang wajib diberikan oleh negara penerima modal kepada penanam modal asing adalah perlakuan yang adil dan wajar yang dikenal dengan istilah Fair and Equitable Treatment. Saat ini, salah satu unsur standar Fair and Equitable Treatment yaitu legitimate expectations, kerap digunakan sebagai dasar gugatan oleh penanam modal asing terhadap negara penerima modal dalam sengketa penanaman modal asing. Dalam skripsi ini dianalisis putusan-putusan ICSID yang telah mempertimbangkan legitimate expectations. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan doktrin legitimate expectations dan pendekatan-pendekatan yang digunakan oleh Dewan Arbiter ICSID dalam menginterpretasikan doktrin legitimate expectations dalam sengketa penanaman modal asing.

In international investment agreements, one form of the treatments that shall be given by the host state to foreign investors is fair and equitable treatment. Nowadays, one of the elements of fair and equitable treatment, namely legitimate expectations, is oftenly used by foreign investors as a claim basis against the host state in foreign investment disputes. This thesis analyzed ICSID arbitration awards that have put legitimate expectations into consideration. The result of this research explains doctrine of legitimate expectations and the approaches used by the ICSID arbitration tribunals to interpret it in foreign investment disputes."

"This article aims to explore the involvement of consumption in Korean romance dramas and the expectancies of Indonesian young female adults. The data collection is being gathered with the use of primary research through literature review and social media posts analysis. Results show that there is a contribution of the exposure to Korean romance drama and the audience involvement within, to their relationship expectations. By looking at this situation, it is these consumption habits and audience involvement that may allow changes in audience relationship expectations in carrying out their relationships particularly for the young female adults’ audience. Therefore, this study will explore how viewers' involvement in Korean romance drama could place a role in the relationship expectancies of Indonesian young female adults. Accordingly, this study also recommends for future study to involve additional roles and factors that can contribute to fully assessing such beliefs and a more in-depth examination of this topic.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterlibatan konsumsi dalam drama romansa Korea dan ekspektasi

terhadap hubungan asmara pada wanita muda di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan

penelitian primer melalui tinjauan pustaka dan analisis posting media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan

bahwa ada kontribusi terpaan drama percintaan Korea dan keterlibatan penonton di dalamnya, terhadap

ekspektasi hubungan mereka. Dengan melihat situasi ini, kebiasaan konsumsi dan keterlibatan audiens inilah

yang memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan ekspektasi relasi audiens dalam menjalankan relasi asmara,

khususnya bagi audiens wanita muda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi bagaimana

keterlibatan penonton dalam drama romansa Korea dapat berperan dalam harapan hubungan asmara wanita

muda Indonesia. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian selanjutnya untuk melibatkan

peran dan faktor tambahan yang dapat berkontribusi untuk menilai sepenuhnya keyakinan tersebut dan

pemeriksaan yang lebih mendalam tentang topik ini."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai persepsi dan harapan pemustaka terhadap rencana perubahan sistem perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia (UI) dalam hal sistem layanan, sarana dan prasarana, koleksi, dan SDM (staf perpustakaan). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu menyediakan akses yang mudah untuk menuju perpustakaan UI yang bare seperti tersedianya sarana transportasi umum yang memadai; harus memperhatikan disain ruangan dan tats letak setiap fasilitas, terutama fasilitas yang mengandung unsur hiburan; staf perpustakaan harus meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki, baik kompetensi profesional, maupun kompetensi individu.

The focus of this study is about the perceptions and expectations users through the changing plan of the library system in University of Indonesia (UI), in terms of services system, facilities, collections, and human resources (library staff). This research is quantitative with survey method. The results suggest that the need for providing easy access to the new UI library. For instance, available public transportation facilities; pay attention to the room design and layout of each facility, especially facilities that contain of entertainment element; improved library staff competences, both professional competence and individual competence."

"Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi serta ekspektasi pasien rawat inap pengguna program Jamkesmas terhadap kualitas pelayanan RSUD Kota Bekasi. Dari kelima dimensi penilaian kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty) dapat dilihat dari nilai kesenjangan yang paling besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan observasi, dimana sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini 100 pasien yang diambil secara judgmental sampling dari populasi sebanyak 3.818 pasien.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSUD Kota Bekasi sudah memuaskan, akan tetapi ada beberapa aspek dari dimensi tersebut yang menghasilkan nilai kesenjangan negatif, yaitu dimensi tangible. Untuk dimensi reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty menghasilkan nilai kesenjangan positif. Untuk itu perbaikan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian terletak pada dimensi tangible seperti kenyamanan di ruang tunggu dan kamar rawat inap serta penambahan jumlah ketersediaan tempat duduk.

This research aims to examine the perceptions and expectations of the patients hospitalization program Jamkesmas to the quality of service in RSUD Kota Bekasi. From the five dimensions of service quality assessment (tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty) can be seen from most of the gap value. The research method is a survey and observation, where the samples were examined of this study is 100 patients who were taken by judgmental sampling from a population of 3.818 patients.The results showed that the quality of service were provided by RSUD Kota Bekasi has been satisfied, but there are several dimension that produce a negative gap, i.e. the tangible dimension. For the dimension such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty has generating a positive gap value. For the improvements that need to get attention is on tangible dimension such as convenience at the waiting area and inpatient care rooms as well as additional of availability seats."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengangguran terhadap tingkat inflasi di Indonesia 2007-2013. Penelitian ini berlandaskan teori Kurva Phillips jangka pendek oleh A.W. Phillips (1958) yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh negatif tingkat pengangguran terhadap tingkat inflasi. Friedman dan Phelps (1968) menyatakan hubungan negatif tersebut tidak terjadi dalam jangka panjang akibat fenomena pengangguran alamiah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan unsur-unsur dari jangka panjang sebagai variabel kontrol untuk melihat fenomena Kurva Phillips yang lebih akurat. Variabel kontrol tersebut meliputi waktu mencari kerja, pangsa pekerja di sektor pertanian dan menufaktur, dan PDRB riil. Penelitian ini juga memasukkan ekspektasi adaptif untuk memperlihatkan besaran penyesuaian masyarakat dalam menetapkan tingkat ekspektasi inflasinya. Untuk menemukan persamaan yang diinginkan akan dilakukan dengan Koyck Transformation. Dengan Fixed Effect Model, hasil analisis memperlihatkan adanya fenomena Kurva Phillips di Indonesia periode 2007-2013, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh negatif dari tingkat pengangguran. terhadap tingkat inflasi dan besaran penyesuaian yang dimiliki masyarakat dalam membentuk ekspektasi masih rendah.

This study analyses the impact of unemployment rate to inflation rate in Indonesia 2007-2013. This study based from short run Phillips Curve by A.W. Phillips (1958) which explained there was negative impact from unemployment rate to wage rate. Friedman dan Phelps (1968) stated the negative relationship didn`t happen in the long run because there is natural rate of unemployment. This study uses the factors from long run as control variables to find the more accurate result of Phillips Curve phenomenon. The control variables are time needed to find a job, percentage of workers in agriculture and manufacture, and Real Gross Domestic Regional Product. This study using adaptive expectation to show the coefficient of revision of expectation. To find the desire formula, we use Koyck Transformation. Using Fixed Effect Model, the result shows the Phillips Curve phenomenon is exist in Indonesia 2007-2013, which means there is negative impact of unemployment rate to inflation rate and the coefficient of revision of expectation is low."

"The form of initial experience with mobile application determines consumers likelihood to adopt it. This paper examines the effects of two forms of experience (direct versus indirect) toward the formation of consumers behavioral intentions (versus behavioral expectations) to adopt mobile applications. A direct experience induces concrete mental process that underlies the formation of behavioral expectations, whereas an indirect experience induces abstract mental process that underlies the formation of behavioral intentions.Results from Experiment 1 show significant increase in behavioral expectations predictive ability when subjects engaged in a direct experience than an indirect experience. Meanwhile, the effects of a direct experience were subtle toward behavioral intentions predictive ability. In Experiment 2, the intensity of direct experience revealed additional caveats on the predictive ability of behavioral intentions and behavioral expectations. It is found that higher intensity of a direct experience has a stronger effect toward behavioral expectations than behavioral intentions. Findings of these experiments could be used as a ground to design an intervention strategy for mobile applications pre-adoption experience."
