"Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menunjang upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Apotek adalah suatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan, tempat pengabdian profesi Apoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan, tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian, dan tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat.Untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan kefarmasian ini, seorang calon apoteker tidak hanya membutuhkan bekal pendidikan dan pengetahuan, akan tetapi juga penerapan ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama masa kuliah dalam hal pengelolaan apotek. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Keselamatan pada 17 Juni - 26 Juli 2013. Tugas Khusus dengan judul "Pembuatan Media Promosi Kesehatan Di Apotek Tentang Anemia Defisiensi Besi Dan Penanganannya" bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada konsumen mengenai gejala penyakit anemia defisiensi besi serta pencegahan dan pengobatan anemia melalui media poster.

Pharmacy is one of the healthcare facilities that supporting efforts of the health care. Pharmacy is a health-care facilities, the place to implement of devotion Pharmacists profession who had uttered the oath of office, the place where profesional pharmacist work and distributed the pharmaceutical item to peoples. To be able to carry out the activities of the pharmaceutical services, a pharmacist not only requires the provision of education and knowledge, but also the application of knowledge that has been acquired during times of study in Pharmacy Management. Therefore, Pharmaceutical Internship Program was conducted in Keselamatan Pharmacy on July 17th - June 26 th, 2013. Specific assignment titled "The Preparation of Health Promotions about Iron Deficiency Anemia and The Handling in Pharmacy" aims to give the information to consumers about the symptoms, preventions and treatments of iron deficiency anemia used a poster as a health promotion."

Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah mengidentifikasi Drug Related Problems (DRP) yang terjadi pada rejimen pengobatan pasien Y di Paviliun Flamboyan Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak secara prospektif melalui rekam medis pada tanggal 04 - 10 Oktober 2013 serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi DRP yang telah terjadi pada pasien tersebut.

Hospital pharmacy services, regulated and managed by the Hospital Pharmacy ( IFRS ) . Pharmacists have an important role in the IFRS , for example to establish an optimal pharmaceutical care . Pharmacist Internship Program held on September 2nd to October 31st 2013 at Angkatan Laut Marinir Cilandak Hospital has an aims to identify and understand the duties, roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in Hospital Pharmacy and obtain knowledge, skills and experience about the practical work in the hospital pharmacy of Marinir Cilandak Hospital . The purpose of the specific assignment is to identify Drug Related Problems (DRPs) that occur in the treatment regimen of Y patient prospectively through medical records at October 4th to October 10th, 2013 and provide recommendations to solve the DRPs that has occurred in the patients at the Pavilion Flamboyan Marinir Cilandak Hospital."

"Laporan magang ini membahas prosedur audit yang dilakukan atas utang usaha PT XYZ divisi DCQ. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur otomotif dan divisi DCQ adalah bagian yang bertanggungjawab melakukan transaksi jual-beli suku cadang kendaraan bermotor di pasar domestik. Pembahasan laporan magang berfokus pada evaluasi prosedur audit atas akun utang usaha yang dilakukan dengan membandingkannya pada standar audit yang berlaku. Pembahasan laporan magang terbatas hanya di dua tahap audit yaitu tahap audit lapangan dan penyelesaian dan pelaporan audit. Hasil evaluasi prosedur audit menyatakan bahwa praktek prosedur audit KAP KBX dalam mengaudit utang usaha PT XYZ divisi DCQ sudah sesuai dengan standar yang diberlakukan.

This internship report purpose is to evaluate the audit procedures applied to account payables of DCQ division of PT XYZ PT XYZ is a company in manufacturing industry and produces automotives products. DCQ division is the division from PT XYZ that is responsible in distributing and selling cars and motorbikes spareparts throughout domestic market in Indonesia. The topic of this internship report will be focusing on evaluating audit procedures by comparing the procedures applied in auditing accounts payable with the applicable audit standard. The procedures that will be evaluated is limited to procedures included only in audit fieldwork execution and the penyelesaian audit of the audit. Author has concluded that KAP KBX's audit procedures complied with the applicable standards based on the evaluation made in this internship report."

"ABSTRAKLaporan magang ini membahas mengenai prosedur audit yang dilakukan pada tahap audit lapangan periode akhir tahun, khususnya atas akun penjualan mobil PT SMG untuk tahun yang berakhir 31 Desember 2019. PT SMG merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan mobil dan jasa perbaikan kendaraan. Prosedur audit yang dilakukan mencakup pengujian pengendalian dan pengujian substantif. Pengujian pengendalian dilakukan melalui teknik audit permintaan keterangan dan inspeksi dokumen dengan tujuan menguji efektivitas pengendalian internal PT SMG. Hasil pengujian pengendalianmenunjukkan pengendalian internal PT SMG telah dijalankan secara efektif. Pengujian substantif dilakukan melalui prosedur analitis substantif dan pengujian detail dengan tujuan menguji risiko salah saji material pada tingkat asersi mencakup asersi klasifikasi, keakurasian, keterjadian, kelengkapan, dan pisah-batas. Hasil pengujian substantifmenunjukkan masing-masing asersi yang diuji telah tercapai. Pembahasan laporan magang ini berfokus pada evaluasi kesesuaian antara prosedur audit yang dilakukan dengan standar dan teori yang berlaku. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa prosedur audit yang dilakukan pada tahap audit lapangan periode akhir tahun, khususnya atas akun penjualan mobil pada PT SMG, telah sesuai dengan standar dan teori yang berlaku.

ABSTRACTThis internship report aims to discuss the audit procedure performed at the final period of fieldwork stage, particularly on PT SMG`s Car Sales account for the period ended December 31st 2019. PT SMG is a car trading and vehicle repair services company. The audit procedure performed including test of control and substantive test. Test of controlcarried out by auditing techniques including inquiry and inspection with the aim to test the effectiveness of PT SMG`s internal controls. The results of the test of control indicate that PT SMG`s internal controls have been carried out effectively. Substantive test carried out by substantive analytical procedures and test of detail with the aims to examine the risk of material misstatement at the assertion level including assertion of classification, accuracy, occurrence, completeness, and cut-off. Substantive test results indicate that each assertion tested has been achieved. The discussion of this internship report focuses on evaluating the suitability of the audit procedures performed with the applicable standards and theories. The evaluation results show that the audit procedures performed at the end of the year field audit stage, especially for the car sales account at PT SMG, are in accordance with applicable standards and theories."

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi prosedur audit atas akun kas dan setara kas yang dilakukan oleh KAP ABC terhadap PT XYZ untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang properti yang memiliki kegiatan utama yaitu pembangunan perumahan di daerah Jakarta dan Tangerang. Prosedur audit atas kas dan setara kas yang dilakukan KAP ABC bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa kas dan setara kas yang dimiliki PT XYZ telah disajikan secara wajar dan telah bebas dari salah saji material di dalam laporan keuangan PT XYZ. Prosedur audit yang dilakukan mencakup pengujian substantif. Pengujian substantif yang dilakukan melalui prosedur analitis substantif dan pengujian detail yang bertujuan untuk menguji risiko terjadinya salah saji material pada tingkat asersi. Asersi yang diuji mencakup asersi keberadaan, kelengkapan, keakurasian, hak dan kewajiban, klasifikasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengujian substantif menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing asersi yang diuji telah tercapai. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi prosedur audit atas kas dan setara kas yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan prosedur audit oleh KAP ABC telah sesuai dengan teori dan standar yang berlaku.

This internship report aims to evaluate the audit procedures for cash and cash equivalent accounts carried out by KAP ABC at PT XYZ for the period ended December 31, 2019. PT XYZ is a company engaged in property industry with main activities such as build house in Jakarta and Tangerang. Audit procedures on cash and cash equivalents accounts was carried out by KAP ABC aimed to ensure the accounts owned by PT XYZ have been presented fairly and free from material misstatements in PT XYZ`s financial statements. Substantive test carried out by substantive analytical procedures and test of detail with the aims to examine the risk of material misstatement at the assertion level. Assertions tested include assertions of existence, completeness, accuracy, rights and obligations, classification. Substantive test results indicate that each assertion tested has been achieved. Based on the results of the evaluation audit procedures on cash and cash equivalent, show that the audit procedures performed by KAP ABC are in accordance with applicable theories and standards."
