"Indonesia is one of the largest archipelagic country in the world, with an area of 1,913,578.67 km², and consists of 34 provinces, 415 regencies, and 93 cities. Since the end of centralistic governance under Soeharto's administration in 1999, Indonesia has adopted a decentralized governance system to deliver national and regional development. It has been noted that Indonesia has variations in social, economic, ecological, and institutional dimensions between a province to another province in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the sensitivity of indicator and hierarchy of sustainability of province in Indonesia, using a scalogram method, and analyze the status of sustainable development of the regions, using cluster and flag analysis method. The research shows two most sensitive indicators, the ratio of paved road length to area width and the GDP per capita. Both of these indicators are very effective in increasing the sustainability of provincial development in Indonesia. Of the 33 provinces studied, 24 are at a moderate level of sustainability. Flag analysis showed that the SDG scenario is better than the NC-MEA and the BAU at Region I to III."

"ABSTRAK
Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) fishing activities have been widely known as a threat to marine living resources. The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) has adopted its advisory opinion on the responsibility and the possible liability of the flag States who committed IUU fishing activities in an area under the jurisdiction of the Sub-Regional Fisheries Commission (SRFC). Other than the Opinion, many international scholars and legal instruments have arisen the same concern, however, the primary source on the Law of the Sea, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) is silent in this matter. The issue is very relevant with the current case that encountered by the Indonesian Government with regard to the Chinese-flagged fishing boat, namely Kway Fey 10078, that had been suspected to conduct IUU fishing activities in the Indonesian exclusive economic zone (EEZ). In this particular case, the Chinese coast guard ship assisted the Kway Fey to escape from Indonesian jurisdiction by ramming into Kway Fey 10078. In consequence, the Indonesian Government cannot enforce its jurisdiction upon Kway Fey and the Chinese Government requested Indonesia to release eight Chinese nationals who are detained. This reaction shall question on how international provide legal solutions on how to effectively deal with IUU fishing activities.

The technological advancement in the shipping world encourages the need for a legal instrument that regulates ship registration because. For flag states, there is a right for the state to determine the conditions for granting its flag. From this right, ship registration regimes were born. One of these registrations is open registration. Open registration is known as the practice of flag of convenience in which a ship can be quasi-owned by a foreign party. Because of this ownership, there are problems in implementing effective controls by the flag state in technical, administrative and social matters as contained in UNCLOS. In addition, on ships with the flag of convenience, there is a vagueness of responsibility in the event of an accident at sea. This research was written using normative juridical and typological methods that are descriptive analytical. Through this study, the authors find that there are still problems implementing international legal obligations into the national law of Panama and Liberia as countries that practice the flag of convenience, in contrast to Indonesia which tends to be complete in adopting international legal provisions into its national law. It was also found in cases of ship accidents where the responsibility that should be borne by the ship owner becomes difficult to determine because the ownership of the ship has a flag of convenience. Suggestions from the author are the need to increase effective control by flag states that own ships with the FoC flag through national legal instruments and revitalize the concept of genuine link between ships and ship owners as formulated in UNCLOS."

I Am The Super Kid.

Research conducted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in Indonesia said that in 2009, 30 to 65 percent of Indonesian children aged between 6 to12 years old lack of balanced nutrition intake, which has an impacted to the development of the child's body and mental. While, a child between the age of 6 to 12 years old need more nutrition, because at this age the child experienced rapid physical and mental growth compared to other age groups, such as toddlers (0-5 years). School-aged children also developed more complex emotions due to its interaction with the social environment. In addition, public awareness to nutrition and health issues also very low. Most of them are still ignoring the role of milk as a dietary complement.
Based on the case stated above, the Division of Communication Media Strategy of Frisian Flag or better known as Susu Bendera by Indonesian people, want to pay more attention to improved nutrition intake for Indonesian children. Frisian Flag itself is a multinational company engaged in the production and distribution of nutritious dairy based products. As a starter, we will focus on assisting nutritional improvements in some areas in Java as part of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program calledn I Am The Super Kid. This program aims to raise public awareness about the importance of nutrition for Indonesian children's growth. The program is packed with various kinds of activities to socialized the importance of nutritional balanced for a school-age child; also to get the kids to want to drink milk regularly. The main activation of I Am The Super Kid are Gerakan Minum Susu (Lets Drink Milk) to be proclaimed as a nutrition and health care movement in Indonesia."
