"ABSTRAK
Kelulusan sebagai seorang sarjana bukanlah akhir pendewasaan diri, melainkan tahap awal kehidupan individu sebagai manusia dewasa. Pada masa itu indiviu muda sudah memiliki andil memilih profesi untuk mempersiapkan karir di masa depannya. Profesi merupakan pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan dengan bermodal keahlian, ketrampilan dan spesialisasi tertentu. Namun sayangnya, saat ini belum ada situs yang menyediakan informasi tersebut. Banyak media online yang menggunakan nama profesi, namun tidak mencakup secara mendalam informasi tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan melakukan riset khalayak dengan kuesioner yang diseberkan kepada 40 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan fresh graduate yang belum mendapatkan pekerjaan, berusia 17-25 tahun.
Hasil riset pertanyaan terbuka yang diberikan kepada responden untuk menyebutkan nama media diantaranya menjawab ? Google, Linkedin.com, facebook, dan twitter. Dari jawaban responden bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa selama ini media online yang membahas karir profesi masih jarang ditemui. 47.5% responden menjawab tidak pernah melihat media online membahas seputar profesi. 97.5% responden menjawab menarik jika meliput contoh-contoh orang yang sukses dalam menjalankan profesinya. Berdasarkan pernyataan kebutuhan tersebut, sangat penting untuk membuat sebuah media online yang menjadi wadah semua informasi mengenai karir dan profesi. Diharapkan hanya dengan meng-klik media online ini, dibukakan mata khalayak tentang berbagai ragam jenis profesi terbuka dan tertutup. Akhirnya khalayak menemukan informasi yang cari dan setelah membaca media ini dapat terinspirasi.

ABSTRACT
Graduating as a undergraduate is not the end of self matureness, besides it is the beginning of a new life as a mature human. In that time, young individual already has the right to choose profession to prepare for their carrier in the future. Profession is a job that must be done with certain skills, speciality, and expertise. But unfortunately, there are no sites that profide any information about profession. There are many online media that use the name profession, but they doesn't profide deep information. Data analysis were done by questionnaire that distributed to 40 respondent that is undergraduate student and fresh graduate that haven't got a job, and 17-25 years old.
Result of the research that tells the respondent to mentions the name of the media answers - Google, Linkedin.com, facebook, and twitter. We can conclude from the answers of the respondent, online media that discuss about carrier and profession are rare. 47.5% of the respondent answers never seen online media that discuss about profession. 97.5% answers that it will be interesting to review on persons that is sucsessful when undergo their profession. Depend on that statement, it is very important and need to make an online media that profide information about carrier and profession. Hopefully by opening this online media, the people who acsess know more about open and close profession. In the end, people will find the information that they are searching for and also they can be inspired after reading this online media.

Hasil analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier (r = 0,668; p < 0,001). Penelitian ini menyarankan agar fresh graduate membangun jaringan dukungan sosial guna meningkatkan adaptabilitas dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja.

Spearman correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between perceived social support and career adaptability (r = 0.668; p < 0.001). "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara trait conscientiousness dengan perilaku pencarian kerja pada sarjana baru (fresh graduate) perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Partisipan berjumlah 346 yang merupakan sarjana baru perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mengisi kuesioner alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur perilaku pencarian kerja, Job Search Behavior Scale dan alat ukur trait conscientiousness dari The Big Five Personality Test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trait conscientiousness dan perilaku pencarian kerja memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan (r = 0,190, p < 0,01) dan memiliki pengaruh positif (β = 0,191, p = 0,000) terhadap perilaku pencarian kerja pada sarjana baru perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dapat menambah informasi mengenai hubungan trait conscientiousness dengan perilaku pencarian kerja khususnya pada sarjana baru perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.

The aim of this research was to examine the relationship between trait conscientiousness and job search behaviors among university fresh graduates in Indonesia by using a quantitative approach. A total 346 participants who were university fresh graduates in Indonesia completed the questionnaires used in this research. Instruments used in this research are job search behavior instrument, Job Search Behavior Scale and trait conscientiousness instrument from The Big Five Personality Test.
The result indicated that trait conscientiousness have a significant correlation with job search behaviors (r = 0,190, p < 0,01) and positively affected job search behaviors (β = 0,191, p <= 0,000) among university fresh graduates in Indonesia. This study can add information about the relationship between trait conscientiousness and job search behaviors especially on university fresh graduates in Indonesia.

"Persaingan global dalam perekrutan tenaga kerja menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki strategi efektif dalam menarik kandidat berkualitas, terutama dari generasi muda seperti mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan fresh graduate. Employer branding muncul sebagai strategi kunci dalam membangun citra positif perusahaan di mata calon pelamar. Selain itu, implementasi corporate social responsibility (CSR) juga diyakini dapat memperkuat persepsi positif terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employer branding PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) terhadap intention to apply mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan fresh graduate Universitas Indonesia, serta menelusuri peran CSR sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 223 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employer branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to apply. Namun, CSR tidak memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara employer branding dan intention to apply. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun PT KAI telah melaksanakan CSR secara aktif, persepsi CSR di mata responden belum cukup kuat untuk memengaruhi niat melamar berdasarkan employer branding yang mereka terima. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan kajian employer branding dan CSR dalam konteks rekrutmen generasi muda, serta implikasi praktis bagi PT KAI untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan integrasi CSR dalam strategi employer branding-nya.

Global competition in talent acquisition requires companies to implement effective strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially among younger generations such as final-year students and fresh graduates. Employer branding has emerged as a key strategy in building a positive corporate image in the eyes of potential applicants. In addition, the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is also believed to strengthen positive perceptions of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)’s employer branding on the intention to apply among final-year students and fresh graduates from Universitas Indonesia, and to examine the moderating role of CSR in that relationship. This research adopts a quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 223 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that employer branding has a positive and significant influence on intention to apply. However, CSR does not significantly moderate the relationship between employer branding and intention to apply. These findings suggest that although PT KAI has actively implemented CSR initiatives, respondents’ perceptions of CSR are not yet strong enough to affect their job application intention based on the employer branding they perceive. This study contributes theoretically to the development of employer branding and CSR research in the context of youth recruitment and offers practical implications for PT KAI to enhance CSR communication and integration in its employer branding strategy."

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada reduksi pendidikan melalui program kompetensi dan sertifikat keterampilan yang diproduksi oleh lembaga career-edutech, dan diikuti oleh mahasiswa serta fresh graduate sebagai bentuk persiapan kehidupan pascakampus. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, penelitian ini menyoroti fenomena maraknya kursus online, bootcamp, MOOCS, serta peningkatan urgensi terhadap sertifikat sebagai jalur alternatif menuju karier. Meskipun career-edutech dapat mendorong peningkatan kompetensi tenaga kerja, norma dan nilai pendidikan justru mengalami penyempitan makna dari pembentukan intelektual menjadi orientasi produktivitas industri. Berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang menitikberatkan pada privatisasi pendidikan dan neoliberalisme, penelitian ini mengangkat bagaimana lembaga career-edutech mereduksi pendidikan melalui strategi kerja sama (B2E dan B2G), penyederhanaan metode ajar, serta penguatan promosi digital terhadap sertifikat. Komodifikasi terlihat dari perubahan persepsi publik atas sertifikat yang dimaknai sebagai nilai tukar dalam proses pencarian kerja. Didukung pula oleh orientasi kampus yang semakin condong pada kebutuhan pasar, favoritisme institusi dalam rekrutmen, serta pemahaman pendidikan berbasis kapitalistik yang sudah lama tertanam pada masyarakat, lembaga career-edutech sukses menjadi aktor akselerator pendidikan neoliberal. Penelitian ini menganalisis mahasiswa dan fresh graduate sebagai informan utamanya melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi digital, dan studi pustaka. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa melihat sertifikat sebagai legitimasi penting untuk berlanggeng di dunia kerja. Namun, data triangulasi dari Human Resource dan aktor edutech menyebut sertifikat hanya sebagai nilai tambah, bukan bukti keahlian profesional. Temuan lain mengungkap adanya perbedaan makna pendidikan antara mahasiswa rumpun saintek dan soshum, perbedaan antara sertifikat dan sertifikasi, serta urgensi palsu yang dibentuk melalui strategi promosi massal career-edutech.

This research focuses on the reduction of educational values through skillset competencies and skill certification programs produced by career-edutech institutions, which are widely followed by university students and fresh graduates as preparation for graduate-life. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study highlights the proliferation of online courses, bootcamps, MOOCs, and the increasing emphasis on certificates as alternative career pathways. While career-edutech initiatives may enhance workforce competencies, they often narrow the true meaning of education—shifting its role from intellectual development to industrial productivity. Unlike previous studies that mainly emphasize macro-level educational privatization and neoliberalism, this research explores how career-edutech reduces education through partnership strategies (B2E and B2G), simplification of teaching methods, and persuasive digital marketing. Commodification is evident in the way the public perceives certificates as transactional tools for employability. This shift is also supported by higher education institutions that increasingly align with market demands, recruiter favoritism toward certain universities, and a broader societal perspective that views education through a capitalist lens. In this context, career-edutech acts as an accelerator of neoliberal-based education. Using a case study of students and fresh graduates domiciled in Jakarta, this research gathered data through in-depth interviews, digital observations, and literature review. Findings reveal that students often view certificates as crucial proof of competence for entering the workforce. However, HR professionals and edutech actors affirm that such certificates serve only as complementary assets rather than strong evidence of expertise. Additional findings include differences in educational value perceptions between social sciences and STEM students, distinctions between certificates and professional certifications, and the constructed urgency of certification needs driven by career-edutech marketing."
