Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas penyelidikan black humour sebagai pengalaman estetis. Pada umumnya black humour hanya dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sekedar menimbulkan tawa semata serta tidak dilihat sebagai sesuatu yang layak untuk dibahas dalam dunia akademis karena sifatnya yang dianggap hanya sebagai suatu yang `main-main` atau tidak serius. Jarang adanya penyelidikan filosofis terkait black humour, padahal black humour merupakan fenomena yang dekat dengan kehidupan manusia dan kita dapat menemukannya dimana-mana. Penulis melihat bahwa black humour memiliki makna yang lebih luas untuk digali secara filosofis. Pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab dalam penelitian ini diantaranya, apa definisi dari black humour dan bagaimana black humour dapat dikatakan sebagai pengalaman estetis. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa analisis kritis sebagai alat untuk menganalisis secara kritis pemikiran para pemikir yang tertuang di dalam beberapa sumber bacaan. Hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa black humour dapat menghasilkan pengalaman estetis yang unik bagi penikmatnya lewat penyajian suatu topik tabu yang dikemas dalam suatu lelucon dengan cara menentang logika berpikir umum, dimana pengalaman estetis yang ditimbulkan dapat  merangsang kita untuk memperkaya pandangan kita terhadap dunia.

This research examines about the investigation of black humour as aesthetic experience. In general, black humour is only regarded as something that causes laughter and is not seen as something that deserves to be discussed in the academic world because of its nature which is considered only as a "playful" or not serious. There is rarely a philosophical investigation related to black humour, even though black humour is a phenomenon that is close to human life and we can find it everywhere. The author sees that black humour has broader meaning to be explored philosophically. Questions to be answered in this study include, what is the definition of black humour and how black humour can be said to be aesthetic experience. To answer this question the writer uses qualitative methods in the form of critical analysis as a tool to critically analyze the thoughts of thinkers contained in several reading sources. The results of the analysis found that black humor can produce a unique aesthetic experience for the audience through the presentation of a taboo topic that is packaged in a joke by opposing the logic of general thinking, where the aesthetic experience that is generated can stimulate us to enrich views we are towards the world.

Fenomena humor telah lama menjadi pusat penelitian lintas bidang sebagai ekspresi manusia dan sarana komunikasi yang kaya makna. Namun, dalam konteks era kesetaraan gender, fokus penelitian semakin tertuju pada analisis humor, terutama humor seksis yang menjadi sorotan kritis. Teori humor Henri Bergson, yang menekankan mekanisme sebagai sumber komik, telah menjadi dasar banyak penelitian, tetapi aplikasinya pada humor seksis memunculkan pertanyaan relevansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkritik teori Bergson melalui lensa humor seksis, menyoroti aspek-aspek yang tidak diakomodasi. Dengan membuka diskusi tentang relevansi teori ini terhadap isu-isu gender dan kekuasaan, penelitian ini secara khusus mengeksplorasi tujuan untuk memahami ketidakmampuan teori dalam menghadapi humor seksis, berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang hubungan kompleks antara humor, gender, dan kekuasaan dalam masyarakat. ......The phenomenon of humour has long been at the centre of cross-field research as a human expression and a means of communication rich in meaning. However, in the context of the era of gender equality, the focus of research is increasingly on the analysis of humour, especially sexist humour, which has come under critical scrutiny. Henri Bergson's theory of humour, which emphasizes mechanism as a source of comic relief, has been the basis of many studies, but its application to sexist humour raises questions of relevance. This study aims to critique Bergson's theory through the lens of sexist humour, highlighting aspects that are not accommodated. By opening a discussion on the theory's relevance to issues of gender and power, this research specifically explores the goal of understanding the theory's inability to deal with sexist humour, contributing to a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between humour, gender, and power in society.

Humor adalah sebuah aspek fundamental di dalam progress kultur yang juga merefleksikan isu-isu yang ada di dunia sekarang ini. Penggunaan dari hinaan dan humor satir juga telah dikenal sepanjang sejarah dan sekarang juga semakin sering digunakan di serial televisi dewasa. Ini bertujuan untuk merefleksikan dunia guna mendapatkan perhatian dan penerimaan dari penontonnya, sekaligus juga menciptakan perbincangan yang mendorong mereka untuk berpikir lebih kritis, baik untuk melanggar stereotipe atau norma sembari tetap bermain di bawah peraturan masyarakat dan mengatakannya sebagai humor belaka. Ini adalah sebuah isu yang menarik, secara humor dan satir dikenal tidak hanya untuk membuat tertawa, tetapi juga untuk menunjukkan perspektif dan pendirian tertentu; memperlihatkan kegunaan mereka sebagai alat untuk kritik sosial. Artikel ini akan memberikan analisis kritis menggunakan kutipan dari season pertama dan kedua dari sitkom Adult Swim berjudul Rick and Morty dalam bentuk transkrip dialog yang memiliki humor atau satir relevan untuk dianalisis mengenai isu-isu di masyarakat akan ketidakpercayaan terhadap pemerintah dan representasi gender. Jelas terlihat bagaimana humor dan satir dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk menyampaikan makna sosial dan menciptakan pengetahuan kepada penontonnya tanpa terang-terangan menyinggung.

ABSTRACT
Humour has always been a fundamental aspect in the progress of culture that surprisingly also reflects the current issues of the world. The use of offensive and satirical humour themselves have been known throughout history, and now they are even more commonly used in adult television series, aiming to reflect the world in order to gain the acceptance and interest of its viewers, as well as creating conversation and prompting them to think more critically, either for the purpose of breaking stereotypes or the norms, while also playing under the society rsquo s rule and passing it off as merely humour. This is an interesting issue, as evidently humour and satire not only elicit laughter, but also show certain perspectives and stances that reflect their ability to function as a tool for social criticism. This paper will give a critical analysis using the excerpts of the first and second season of the Adult Swim sitcom Rick and Morty in the form of dialogue transcript which contain the relevant humour or satire to be analysed concerning the issues of the society rsquo s distrust in the government and gender representation. It is apparent how humour and satire can act as a tool to relay social meaning and create knowledge within its audience without outright being offending.

Topik penelitian ini adalah tuturan humor dalam pidato Presiden Barack Obama. Humor evaluatif ditemukan dalam pidatonya pada acara kenegaraan Asosiasi Koresponden Gedung Putih tahun 2013 hingga 2016. Penelitian ini memiliki pokok bahasan yaitu humor evaluatif dalam wacana pidato. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan 3 langkah metode yaitu, transkripsi, identifikasi dan analisis yang akan disampaikan secara deskriptif dari data yang terkumpul. Penelitian ini menggunakan 130 tuturan humor evaluatif yang kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam 7 jenis humor evaluatif. Jenis tuturan yamg dianalisis yaitu 1) kontradiktif, 2) asosiatif, 3) pemarkah afiksasi, 4) metaforis, 5) ilustratif, 6) leksikalisasi dan 7) konteksasi. Konteksasi ini terbagi ke dalam 2 bahasan yaitu konteksasi verbal dan nonverbal. Pola yang ditemukan dalam setiap jenis tuturan kemudian disebut sebagai faktor pembentuk humor dalam variabel linguistik. Pola ini digunakan Presiden Obama sebagai sebuah strategi dalam penyampaian evaluasi atas isu sosial, ekonomi, maupun politik yang terjadi di sekitar partisipan terlibat. Prosses humor terjadi berdasarkan pemahaman bersama yang dimiliki oleh setiap partisipan terlibat atau disebut sebagai common ground. ......The topic of this research is the utterance of humor in President Barack Obama's speech. Evaluative humor is found in his speech at state events of the White House Correspondents Association from 2013 to 2016. This study has the main topic of evaluative humor in speech discourse. This research is qualitative by using 3 steps method, namely, transcribing, identifying and analyzing which will be delivered descriptively from the collected data. This study uses 130 evaluative humor utterances which are then classified into 7 types of evaluative humor. The types of utterances analyzed are 1) contradictory, 2) associative, 3) affixation markers, 4) metaphorical, 5) illustrative, 6) lexicalization and 7) contextualization. This context is divided into verbal and nonverbal contexts. The patterns in each type of speech are then referred to as humor-forming factors based on the linguistics variables found in speech. President Obama used this pattern as a strategy in conveying an evaluation of social, economic, and political issues that occurred around the audiences. The humor process occurs based on a common understanding shared by each participant who is involved. It is referred as a common ground.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan mengenai harmful discourse yang meliputi black campaign serta hate speech yang dapat ditemukan dan dihasilkan oleh unggahan humor politik. Penulis menggunakan pemikiran kriminologi konstutitif sebagai acuan dalam membahas hal tersebut. Penulis menggunakan sumber data primer seperti screenshot unggahan humor politik dan juga data sekunder seperti artikel berita sebagai bahan analisis. Penulis berasumsi bahwa humor politik yang disajikan memiliki unsur harmful discourse, black campaign, dan hate speech. Konten-konten tersebut memiliki agenda untuk menjatuhkan salah satu pasangan Gubernur-Wakil Gubernur menggunakan harmful discourse yang juga dapat dikatakan sebagai black campaign dan berujung pada pemberian label kepada pihak terkait. Penulis menemukan beberapa unggahan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai harmful discourse, black campaign, hate speech dan berujung pada pemberian pandangan negatif kepada mereka yang ditargetkan dalam isi konten humor politik tersebut.

ABSTRACT
This paper is written in order to enhance the knowledge of harmful discourse that include black campaign and hate speech that can be found and produced by political jokes postings. Writer use constitutive criminology as the reference for discussion. Writer also use primary data such as screenshot of political jokes postings and also use secondary data such as news article as analysis matter. Writer assumes that political jokes or political humour contain some of harmful discourse, black campaign, and hate speech. The content have some of hidden agenda to mock one of the candidate using harmful discourse and black campaign and in the end, the people will give them labels. Writer found some of the postings that can be categorize as harmful discourse, black campaign, hate speech and could end up with the target described negatively by the readers.
