Tesis ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan pembentukan koperasi sebagai wadah mitra binaan dalam Program Kamitraan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) PT. Krakatau Steel. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi serta penarikan informan dengan purposif sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan CSR PT. Krakatau Steel dalam Program Kemitraan memberikan saran kepada mitra binaannya untuk membentuk koperasi. Pelaksanaan pembentukan Koperasi Pedagang Pasar Cilegon (KPPC), serta membahas faktor-faktor pendorong dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembentukan KPPC.

This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. While collecting data using study literature, observation, in-depth interview with purposive sampling technical. The results of this study illustrate CSR PT . Krakatau Steel in advising the Partnership Program established partners to form cooperatives.
