"The goal of research is to know the relation between compensation, work performance with workers product at Asuransi Bringin Sejahtera Arta Makmur. Population is all workers at the company. which have 62 respondents. The technique of collecting data use primary data within questioner distributed to the each of respondent, an the instrument of analyzing that is used in this research is correlation test. The test has been used to see the whether or not there is a relation between variable compensation, work performance and workers products. Mean while, the method for this research is "Rank Spearman Correlation Coefficient".

Generally, the result of this research explains that compensation system at PT Asuransi Bringin Sejahtera Arta Makmur has a positive relation with the workers product in compare to the relation of workers performance with worker product of PT Asuransi Bringin Sejahtera Arta Makmur. And in the fact, either the compensation has a positive relation with the worker performance even a little."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi jaminan kesehatan karyawan PTJasa Marga (Persero) tahun 2006-2010, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif danmetode analisis deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secaraumum implementasi jaminan kesehatan karyawan PT Jasa Marga berjalan cukupbaik. Namun biaya jaminan kesehatan karyawan yang dikelola sendiri inimencapai 10,77% gaji karyawan per bulan dan memiliki perbandingan total biayadua kali lipat dari pada iuran JPK Jamsostek (3% gaji karyawan lajang dan 6%karyawan berkeluarga). PT Jasa Marga (Persero) akan ikut serta dalam JaminanKesehatan Semesta yang telah diamanahkan sekaligus melaksanakan efisiensibiaya kesehatan dan tetap memberikan jaminan kesehatan yang lebih baik.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the implementation of the employee health insuranceof PT Jasa Marga (Persero) in 2006-2010, with qualitative research andcomparative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that in generalimplementation of the employee health insurance of PT Jasa Marga was good.But the cost of employee which managed by self, has reached 10.77% of employeesalaries per month and has a ratio of total cost twice as much of the dues of JPKJamsostek (3% single and 6% with family). PT Jasa Marga (Persero) mustparticipate in the National Health Insurance that has been mandated as well asimplement cost-efficiency of health and still provide better health insurance foremployees."
