Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang berkontribusi pada sebagian besar kematian di dunia. Sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama, puskesmas berperan dalam tindakan preventif, promotif, dan kuratif terhadap hipertensi. Praktik kolaborasi interprofesi menjadi salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi pada penatalaksanaan klien hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana persepsi tenaga kesehatan terhadap praktik kolaborasi interprofesi dalam penanganan klien hipertensi di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian dilakukan di 9 Puskesmas di Kota Bekasi, yaitu dokter, perawat, bidan, apoteker/ asisten apoteker, kesehatan masyarakat, dan ahli gizi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif cross-sectional, sampel 112 responden dengan teknik quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Perception of Collaboration Model Questionnaire (PINCOM-Q) versi Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi kolaborasi interprofesi pada kategori baik (50,9%) dan kurang baik (49,1%). Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi landasan bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk mengevaluasi praktik kolaborasi interprofesi pada pelayanan hipertensi. ......Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that contributes to the majority of deaths in the world. As a first-level health service facility, community health centers play a role in preventive, promotive, and curative measures against hypertension. The practice of interprofessional collaboration is one of the factors that contribute to the management of hypertensive clients. This study aims to identify the perceptions of health workers regarding the practice of interprofessional collaboration in treating hypertensive clients in Bekasi City. The research was conducted at 9 Community Health Centers in Bekasi City, namely doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists/pharmacist assistants, public health, and nutritionists. This research design uses a cross-sectional descriptive research design, a sample of 112 respondents using a quota sampling technique. The instrument used was the Indonesian version of the Perception of Collaboration Model Questionnaire (PINCOM-Q). The research results show that perceptions of interprofessional collaboration are in the good (50.9%) and poor (49.1%) categories. The results of the research can be a basis for health workers to practice interprofessional collaboration in hypertension services.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kolaborasi antar profesi kesehatan di Instalasi Rawat Intensif RSPON Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel 110 orang dari berbagai profesi yang bertugas di Instalasi Rawat Intensif RSPON Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta selama bulan November 2023. Kuesioner AITCS II digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kolaborasi dan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menilai faktor-faktor yang dianggap berhubungan dengan kolaborasi seperti Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Penghargaan dan Kepercayaan, Peran dan Tanggung Jawab, Ketersediaan Waktu dan Sumber daya, Dukungan Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan. Hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat kolaborasi baik dengan rata-rata skor AITCS II sebesar 4,14. Kesimpulan : Budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan pemahaman terhadap peran dan tanggung jawab mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kolaborasi antar profesi. Temuan ini menjadi masukan bagi rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan kesehatan dengan mengoptimalkan peran dan tanggung jawab tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit. Budaya kolaboratif dan komunikasi efektif juga menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan hasil perawatan pasien. ......This research aims to identify factors that influence collaboration between health professionals at the RSPON Prof. Intensive Care Installation. Dr. Dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta. This research uses a cross sectional design with a quantitative approach. The total sample is 110 people from various professions who work at the RSPON Prof. Intensive Care Installation. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta for November 2023. The AITCS II questionnaire was used to assess the level of collaboration and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess factors considered to be related to collaboration such as Organizational Culture, Communication, Respect and Trust, Roles and Responsibilities, Availability of Time and Resources power, Management and Leadership Support. The results show a good level of collaboration with an average AITCS II score of 4.14. Organizational culture, communication, and understanding of roles and responsibilities significantly influence collaboration between professions. These findings provide input for hospitals to improve the effectiveness of health services by optimizing the roles and responsibilities of health workers in hospitals. A collaborative culture and effective communication are also key to improving patient care outcomes.

Praktik kolaborasi memiliki pengaruh yang besar untuk kepuasan pasien dan kepuasan profesi pemberi asuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan kepuasan perawat pada Interprofesional Colaborative Practice (IPCP). Metode penelitian menggunakan studi cross sectional yang dilakukan dari bulan Maret sampai Desember 2021. Kuesioner yang digunakan hasil modifikasi, dan telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Kuesioner Profesional Factor, Organizational factor dan Interactional Factor nilai uji validitas 0.427-0.722 dan uji reabilitas 0.905 dengan butir kuesioner 17 item. Untuk nilai uji validitas kuesioner kepuasan perawat dalam interkolaborasi 0.590 – 0.913 dan uji reliabilitas 0.980 dengan butir kuesioner 31 item. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 242 perawat yang bersedia mnjadi responden dan memenuhi criteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi dan bermakna dengan kepuasan perawat dalam IPCP adalah Faktor Profesional (p=0.001), Faktor Organisasional (p=0.048). Simpulan, Faktor Profesionalpaling berpengaruh pada kepuasan perawat dalam melaksanakan inter kolaborasi dengan profesi lain, Faktor Profesional memegang peran yang sangat besar dalam mengerakkan perawat untuk menguasai kompetensinya agar tujuan asuhan dan pelayanan terhadap pasien dapat dicapai secara efisien dan efektif. ......Collaboration practice greatly influence inpatient’s outcomes and the satisfaction for the nursing profession. The aim of this research is to identify the determinant factors of nurse’s satisfaction in Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP). This research used cross-sectional study that was conducted from March until December 2021. Questionnaires were distributed to 242 nurses. The questionnaire used was modified, and validity and reliability tests were carried out. Professional Questionnaire Factors, Organizational Factors and Interaction Factors, the value of the validity test is 0.427-0.722 and the reliability test is 0.905 with 17 questionnaire items. For the value of the validity test of the nurse satisfaction questionnaire in the intercollaboration of 0.590 – 0.913 and the reliability test of 0.980 with 31 items of questionnaire items. Questionnaires were distributed to 242 nurses who answered the questions and met the inclusion criteria.The results of the study revealed that the factors that influence and also significant with nurse satisfaction in IPCP are Professional Factor (p = 0.001), Organizational factor (p = 0.048). In conclusion, Professional Factor is the most influential factor for nurse satisfaction in carrying out inter-collaboration with other professions. Professional Factor plays a huge role in moving nurses to master their competencies so that the goals of care and service to patients can be achieved efficiently and effectively.

Pelaksanaan interprofessional collaboration (IPC) oleh perawat belum optimal. Manajer Pelayanan Pasien (MPP) mempunyai peran yang dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan IPC. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar teridentifikasinya gambaran pelaksanaan IPC, peran MPP yang dipersepsikan perawat dan MPP, serta hubungan peran MPP dengan pelaksanaan IPC oleh perawat dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pelaksanaan IPC diukur menggunakan instrumen yang dimodifikasi dari Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) II dan Interprofessional Collaboration Scale. Peran MPP diukur menggunakan instrumen yang dimodifikasi dari National Study From the Commission for Case Manager Certification. Responden penelitian berjumlah 157 perawat. Pelaksanaan IPC oleh perawat memiliki rerata 96 (74,1%). Peran MPP berdasarkan persepsi MPP memiliki rerata 111,7 (90%), sedangkan menurut persepsi perawat memiliki rerata 92 (75%). Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan peran MPP dengan pelaksanaan IPC (p< 0,001; α: 0,05). Faktor lain yang berhubungan ialah usia (p= 0,028; α: 0,05), lama kerja (p= 0,042; α: 0,05), dan level kompetensi (p= 0,004; α: 0,05). Peran MPP yang paling berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan IPC ialah peran informational (koefisien B= 0,727). Manajer pelayanan pasien disarankan meningkatkan peran informational sehingga ada proses pertukaranan informasi antara MPP dan PPA yang meningkatkan pelaksanaan IPC. Direktur pelayanan medis disarankan untuk melakukan advokasi mengenai peran MPP kepada seluruh PPA.


The implementation of interprofessional collaboration (IPC) by nurses is not yet optimally conducted. The Case Managers (CM) has a role that can improve the implementation of the IPC. This research aimed to identify the description of the implementation of IPC, the role of CM perceived by nurses and CM, and the relationship between the role of CM and the implementation of IPC by nurses using a cross sectional design. The implementation of IPC was measured using an instrument modified from Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) II and Interprofessional Collaboration Scale. The role of CM was measured using an instrument modified from National Study From the Commission for Case Manager Certification. The research respondents were 157 nurses. The implementation of IPC by nurses had an average of 96 (74.1%). The role of CM based on CM perception had an average of 111.7 (90%), while based nurses perception it had an average of 92 (75%). The research results found a relationship between the role of CM and the implementation of IPC (p< 0.001; ±: 0.05). Other related factors were age (p= 0.028; ±: 0.05), working time (p= 0.042; ±: 0.05), and level of competence (p= 0.004; ±: 0.05). The role of CM which was most related to the implementation of IPC was the informational role (coefficient B = 0.727). The CM is suggested to increase the informational role so that there is a process of information exchange between CM and PPA that improves the implementation of IPC. The director of medical services is suggested to conduct an advocacy for the role of CM to all PPA.
