"Work comporising of manual labor is a distinctive shop floor feature of indian micro-small and medium-scale enterprises in manufacturing sectors. Investigations from an ergonomics perspective have not been performed in Indian plastic processing industries till date. Present paper aims to evaluate physical workload, psychosocial work environment, and subjective workload associated with blending workstations of small and medium scale plastic processing industries, in order to prose context-specific design interventions, An innovative combination of techniques featuring direct observation, questionnaire study, postural assessment, work study, virtual human modeling, and simulation were utilized toward achieving the stated aim. Prevalence of awkward work postures, symptoms of musculoskeletal ailments, and perception of heigh physical demand; urged for design interventions in these workstations. Following evaluation of existing working circumstances; concept model of modified blending workstation along with work accessories were assessed ergonomically in a virtual environment for making it human centric"

"ABSTRAKPeningkatan kualitas hidup lansia dengan pendekatan bio-psiko-sosiokultural danspiritual dibutuhkan untuk mencegah terjadinya late life depression. Tujuanpenelitian untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan pengaruh intervensi spiritual careterhadap status depresi lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre test and post testdesign with two comparison treatment pada 48 lansia di panti sosial yang dibagidalam dua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menginterpretasikan perbedaan status depresipada lansia sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi murattal (pvalue= 0,000) dan musik(pvalue= 0,010). Ada perbedaan selisih tingkat depresi sebelum dan setelahpemberian terapi musik dan murattal (pvalue=0,017). Hasil penelitian menjadi acuanpembuatan program peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia dengan depresi pada lansia.

ABSTRACTImproving the elderly quality of life with bio-psycho-socio-cultural and spiritualapproach is needed to prevent the occurrence of late life depression. The aim of studyis identify difference influence between murattal and music on elderly depressionstatus. A pretest and post test design with two comparison treatment was applied inthis study for 48 elderly in social institutions. The results of this study showed thatare significant differences in depression status at the elderly before and after thetherapy given murattal (pvalue = 0.000) and music (pvalue = 0.010). There aredifferences in the level of depression at the elderly before and after music therapy andmurattal (p value = 0.017). The study results can be a basic reference for programdevelopment in enhancing the quality of life of elderly with depression."

"Penderita Lupus jumlahnya bertambah setiap tahun. Penyakit yang dikenal dengan penyakit seribu wajah ini sulit didiagnosis karena gejala-gejala yang muncul tidak spesifik dan berbeda di setiap individu, sehingga diagnosisnya terkadang terlambat. Masalah fisik yang ditimbulkan oleh penyakit lupus tentu dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan jiwa karena penyakit yang tidak dapat diprediksi, bersifat episodik, dan harus dihadapi sebagian besar dalam hidup penderitanya. Masalah psikosial yang dapat muncul pada klien dengan lupus salah satunya adalah keputusasaan. Hal ini disebabkan karena pengobatan yang lama, vonis seumur hidup, beragam gejala yang muncul menyebabkan perasaan depresi, kecemasan yang pada akhirnya timbul rasa putus asa. Karya ilmiah melaporkan analisis masalah dan intervensi keperawatan psikososial keputusasaan. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan harapan dan perilaku berpikir positif. Pengembangan dan implementasi asuhan keperawatan psokososial keputusasaan perlu diterapkan di ruang rawat umum, lebih khususnya bagi klien dengan penyakit Sistemik Lupus Eritematosus (SLE).

Lupus patients increase every year. The disease is known as a thousand face disease is difficult to diagnose because the symptoms that appear not specific and different in each individual, so the diagnosis is delayed. The physical problems caused by lupus disease can certainly affect mental health due to unpredictable illness, because it is episodic, and must live mostly in the life of the sufferer. Psychocial problems that can arise in clients with lupus is hopelessness. This is due to long treatment, life sentence, various symptoms that arise due to depression, anxiety that eventually arise despair. Scientific work results analysis and psychosocial nursing psychosocial intervention for hopelessness. Final evaluation shows improvement that increase hope and positive behaviour. Development and implementation of psychosocial nursing care desperation needs to be applied in the general outpatient room, more specifically for clients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus disease (SLE)."
