Patients isolated from Covid-19 cannot interact and are forced to be separated from their social environment. This situation will certainly have an impact on his psychological well being, even though psychological well being is an important factor in healing Covid-19 patients. In this study, we want to find out more about the role of social support on psychological well being when patients are isolated from Covid-19, and also what social support has a significant role in psychological well being. The measuring instrument used to measure social support is the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale and psychological well being with the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale. Participants in this study were individuals who were isolated and survivors of Covid-19 with a total of 84 participants. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. From the results of the study, it is known that there is a role in social support for psychological well being during the Covid-19 isolation condition (r = 0.442, n = 84, R2 = 0.185, p < .05), and both support from family, friends, and significant other plays a significant role. It is also known that the support of significant others (neighbors) is known to have the greatest role in psychological well being."

The number of COVID-19 cases in the world is still increasing, including the case of COVID-19 in postpartum mothers who need to breastfeed their babies. Until now, the SARS-CoV-2 virus is known to be transmitted through respiratory fluids or droplets containing the virus. Breast milk from mothers who are positive for COVID-19 is not proven to contain the SARS-CoV-2 virus, thus breastfeeding for babies as a source of nutrition is recommended to continue. Breast milk of mothers who are treated in isolation rooms can be given to babies by expressing breast milk followed by washing hands, using masks, and maintaining the cleanliness of pumps and breast milk containers. However, many postpartum mothers do not know this because they have not been informed. Therefore, intervention by health workers such as nurses is needed to educate mothers. This study describes the application of health education on how to safely breastfeed babies for 28-year-old mothers with moderate COVID-19 confirmed cases, history of P1 post SC who are in the COVID-19 isolation room. Education was carried out in 1 day and mothers were evaluated for a week. The results of education accompanied by support for mothers to pump their breast milk showed an increase in mother's knowledge and activities to express breast milk accompanied by measures to prevent infection transmission. The study recommends that this education be given as an intervention to postpartum mothers in the COVID-19 isolation room."

The increase in the incidence of Covid-19 disease cases in hospitals has led to the increase in the unit-level workload for nurses in the Isolation Ward. A high workload can lead to low job satisfaction and high turnover rates. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between unit-level workload and job satisfaction. The study was conducted with a cross-sectional design using an instrument in the form of an online questionnaire to nurses who had served in the Isolation Room of RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa during the Covid-19 pandemic. Analysis of workload perceptions showed that 91.9% of respondents felt a heavy workload, while the 87.1% of respondents felt high job satisfaction without a significant relationship between the two variables (p value = 0.0591). The relationship between workload and job satisfaction which is not proven in this study shows the latest findings which show that age and work experience variables have a significant relationship to workload and job satisfaction. Factors that determine the occurrence of these findings include harmonious passion, self-reported bias, and research limitations. Policies that can be applied related to these findings include establishing eligibility criteria for nurses who will serve in the Isolation Ward and conducting periodic assessments of workload and job satisfaction for nurses serving in the Isolation Ward."

The pandemic of COVID-19 has interrupted many aspects of life globally. Not only affecting the economy, the containment measures to slow down the spread of the virus has also impacting people’s mental well-being. This study aimed to assess the relation of social restriction policy level, job loss, and income loss during the COVID-19 pandemic to individual mental health. A national representative data collected by CISDI through a phone survey was used in this study. A total of 1031 observations aged 15-65 who participated in the labour force and worked prior to the pandemic were included in the study. Based on five negative mental health impact indicators, of all the sample, 42.39% felt more horrified, 47.72% felt more apprehensive, 18.33% felt more helpless, 39.67% increased stress from work, and 46.36% increased financial stress. The results from our binary logistic regression showed that job loss and income loss were attributed to negative mental health impacts. Meanwhile, the social restriction was not significantly associated with it. The findings imply that economic effect was evident in our sample, yet the isolation effect due to social restriction was barely proven here. Besides, the existence of isolation effects could be explained by WFH status and decreased meeting frequency with friends/colleagues/family.
