Tempat tinggal merupakan salah satu produk arsitektur yang sangat diperhatikan terutama disaat pertumbuhan angka kependudukan yang semakin meningkat. Tempat tinggalpun tidak hanya digunakan sebagai tempat beristirahat saja, tetapi juga digunakan untuk tempat bekerja, berkumpul, maupun beraktivitas. Dan karena permintaannya yang tinggi, tempat tinggal menjadi hal yang sangat diperhatikan di sektor properti. Arsitek dan pengembang properti developer pun harus dapat menawarkan tempat tinggal yang layak untuk kebutuhan manusia guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan cara yang tepat untuk menyampaikan kualitas rancangan yang ditawarkan pengembang guna memaksimalkan ketertarikan calon konsumen. Di dalam penulisan ini, saya akan membahas salah satu cara yang dapat membantu pengembang dalam menawarkan produk properti serta meyakinkan calon pembeli terhadap kualitas produk mereka. Penulisan juga akan menggabungkan analisa antara hasil wawancara terhadap calon konsumen dan juga studi kasus keberbagai kantor pemasaran yang terletak di daerah Jakarta

ABSTRACTThe Potential of Show Unit Towards Consumer Interest Architecture has various roles to human life. Housing is considered to be one of the architectural products that is highly noticed along with the increase of human population. Residence is not only used as a place to rest, but also used for work, gathering, and activities. And because of its high demand, home become a focal point in the property sector. Architects and property developers must be able to offer a decent shelter for human needs in order to improve their quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to find the right way to convey the quality of design that is offered by the developer in order to maximize the interest of its customer or potential buyers. In this writing, I will discuss one of the ways that can help developers on how they could offer their property towards its potential buyers products and acknowledge the potential buyers about their product. The writing will also combine analysis between interviews with prospective customers and case studies of various marketing offices located in Jakarta area. "

"Kecerdasan buatan pada dasarnya adalah sebuah alat untuk membantu mempermudah pekerjaan manusia secara spesifik sebagaimana yang telah diatur dan didesain sebelumnya oleh sang pembuat melalui kode yang dikembangkan dari perangkat komputer, namun jika optimalisasi kecerdasan buatan yang nantinya berupa humanoid dan terintegrasi dengan Cloud Computing System ke super komputer, bukan tidak mungkin optimalisasi kecerdasan buatan menyebabkan dinamika didalam kehidupan manusia terutama secara eksistensialis. Markus Gabriel, salah satu filsuf postmodern mengajukan sebuah pemikiran yang menjawab keresahan tersebut melalui pemikirannya “Neo Existensialisme”, sebagai respon terhadap eksistensialisme algoritma kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) yang seringkali disamakan dengan struktur neural sistem (otak atau pikiran) manusia. Algoritma tersebut bertindak dengan menerapkan prinsip reduksionisme dan naturalisme yang mengabaikan kekayaan makna esensialis dari pengalaman manusia, seolah segala hal yang terjadi merupakan hasil dari mekanisme fisik dan kimia saja.

Artificial intelligence is basically a tool to help simplify human work specifically as previously arranged and designed by the creator through code developed from computer devices, but if artificial intelligence is optimized which will later be humanoid and integrated with Cloud Computing System to Super Computer, it is impossible for artificial intelligence optimization to cause dynamics in human life, especially existentially. Markus Gabriel, one of the postmodern philosophers, put forward a thought that answers this concern through his thought "Neo Existentialism", as a response to the existentialism of artificial intelligence algorithms (Artificial Intelligence) which are often combined with the structure of the human nervous system (brain or mind). The algorithm acts by applying the principles of reductionism and naturalism that ignore the richness of the essential meaning of human experience, as if everything that happens is the result of physical and chemical mechanisms alone."
