"Komunitas Perumahan Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi (baca: Se Ci) merupakan komunitas yang baru terbentuk sejak Juni 2004 dan beranggotakan warga korban gusuran bantaran Banjir Kanal Jakarta. Komunitas ini masih memiliki kompetensi komunitas yang rendah, ditandai dengan kemampuan komunikasi antarpribadi yang belum efektif. Untuk membantu komunitas meningkatkan kompetensinya, dilaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi antarpribadi yang efektif. Target intervensi yang dituju adalah kelompok pemuda.
Model yang dipakai dalam intervensi sosial ini adalah Sistem Manajemen Perubahan, yang terdiri dari tiga subsistem: organisasional, komunikasi, dan sasaran perubahan. Sedang filosofi intervensi yang dipakai adalah teori belajar sosial dari Albert Bandura. Prinsip dari teori ini disebut reciprocal determinism, bahwa komponen kognisi, lingkungan, dan tingkah laku sating mempengaruhi. Usaha mengubah kognisi akan turut mengubah lingkungan dan tingkah laku. Inti dari komponen kognisi, yang disebut Bandura sebagai sistem diri, adalah self-efficacy. Program dirancang dalam17 tahap kegiatan, mulai dari lobbying sampai pemantauan berkala. Tulisan ini hanya menjabarkan pelaksanaan tahap 1-10, dengan fokus pada pelatihan komunikasi antarpribadi yang efektif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program berjalan sesuai rancangan yang telah dibuat. Tujuan kegiatan terpenuhi, ditandai dengan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan. Pelatihan komunikasi antarpribadi yang efektif juga meningkatkan self-efficacy dan pengetahuan peserta. Pelatihan ini mendapat tanggapan yang positif dari target intervensi."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran pengaruh latihan asertif terhadap perilaku kekerasan orang tua pada anak usia sekolah di Kabupaten Karawang. Sampel pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol masing-masing 32 orang. Latihan asertif membantu orang tua menurunkan perilaku kekerasan pada anak melalui komunikasi asertif, yang dilakukan selama 6 sesi.
Hasil penelitian terjadi peningkatan secara bermakna (p-value<0,05).kemampuan komunikasi asertif orang tua pada kelompok intervensi dibanding kelompok kontrol. Untuk kemampuan anak dalam mengendalikan emosi pada kelompok intervensi meningkat, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol menurun secara bermakna (p-value<0,05). Terapi ini direkomendasikan pada orang tua, guru dan Pemberi pelayanan kesehatan.

This research was aimed to describe the influence of assertive training to violence behavior of parents on children in Karawang district. Samples in the intervention group and control were 64 respondents, 32 respondent for each group. Assertive training has proved decreased parents, violent behaviors on children through assertive communication, conducted in 6 sessions. The research results showed increased in assertive communication skills of parents for the group that received assertive training.
There was significantly different among those groups with (pvalue <0.05). For the group of parents who did not receive assertive training, showed the decreased communication of skills significantly (p-value <0.05). The was increased of ability of children to control their emotions for intervention group, while there was significantly decreased for children of parents control group (p-value <0.05). It was recommended that this assertive training to be regularly conducted to parents, teachers and health care provider.

"The focus of this study is application DIR Model from Greenspan and Wieder for autistic child to develop his functional emotional developmental capacities. When we want to intervention with autistic child, we consider 3 aspects are Developmental (focus on functional developmental level), Individual (sensory proiile and individual differences), and Relationship (means interact between children and parents). The rationale of this study is autism which pervasive developmental disorder so he has dysfunction in two main areas are sensory processing and social engagement. DIR Model can help autistic child to overcome sensory processing ditiiculties and communication and relating in social context. The purpose of this study is autistic child be able to share attention, engage with, and interact purpeselirl way which are basic skills from functional emotional developmental capacities.
This research is descriptive study case. Subject is 6,5 years old boy who has low functioning autistic disorder. Research duration for 3 months started from September tmtil December on 2006. Intervention was divided with 3 program were Sensory Integration Therapy, Diet Therapy and Floortime Tlierapy. Subject followed 8 sessions sensory integration therapy and joined with diet program to control his behavior. Sensory integration therapy was conducted by therapist and dict program was controlled by pediatrician. Third intervention started from December 14th until 20th. Researcher had two roles, first as a therapist playing with tloortime methods with subject and the second as an observer when subject and his mother were playing together. Recording data by audiovisual data taking and interviewing method as the process was taken place.
The main result from this research is l) sensory integration therapy help subject to start shared attention and regulate any kind of sensory information; 2) dict therapy also has positive effect to his digestive system and help the mother to manage feeding habit; 3). Floortime therapy can develop functional emotional capacities in 3 areas: shared attention, engagement, and purposeful emotional interaction; 4) Sensory integration therapy can improve subject?s sensory reactivity so he more is alert with environment and help him manage his behavior calmly; 5) to develop functional communication capacities, jlooriime session is useful strategy. The reason is Ileortime can enrich the subject behavior when relating with therapist. The sensitivity to the subject sensory preferences made the engagement come easily. Play activities still focused on sensory-motor play. This findings means sensory integration therapy and dict therapy both are important to make basic skill for subject. Floortime is a basic tool to make the subject want to relate intentionaly with others in fun context."

"Skripsi ini membahas Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Cabang sebagai pemimpin dan hubungannya dengan Kinerja Karyawan yang ada di lingkungan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kramat Jati Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel kemampuan komunikasi pemimpin adalah teori Devito (2011) mengenai kemampuan yang harus dikembangkan seorang pemimpin antara lain Openness, Empathy, Supportiveness, Positiveness, dan Equality. Sementara teori yang digunakan untuk mengukur Kinerja Karyawan adalah teori Contextual Performance dari Aguinis (2007) yang terdiri dari Trait Approach, dan Behavior Approach. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling dimana Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di lingkungan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kramat Jati Jakarta berstatus Karyawan Kontrak dan Tetap (Organik) berjumlah 79 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal pemimpin dengan kinerja karyawan di Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kramat Jati Jakarta memiliki hubungan yang positif. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar .499 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sedang dari kedua variabel tersebut.

This study discusses about interpersonal communication skills of the leader and their relation with the performance of employees in the BRI of Branch Office Kramat Jati Jakarta. This study used the Devito (2011) theory which states that the abilities leader to be developed are include openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, and equality. Where as the theory of contextual performance bu Aguinis (2007) is used to measure the performance of employees. According to Aguinis it consists of the trait and behavior approach. The sampling technique of this study is total sampling which is the samples in this study were employees of the BRI of Branch Office Kramat Jati Jakarta. The status oh this employee are the contract and permanent (organic), around to 79 people. Data collection technique is the questionnaire as a research instrument. The results of this study showed that the communication skills of the leadder with the employee performance in the BRI of Branch Office Kramat Jati Jakarta had a positive relationship. The correlation coefficient is .499, it showed that moderate correlation of the two variables."

"ABSTRAK
Mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan merupakan bagian dari perawat profesional yang dituntut untuk berkomunikasi yang baik, efektif dan asertif baik pada perawat ruangan maupun dengan pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengaruh terapi Assertiveness trainng (AT) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa praktik klinik kepada perawat ruang rawat inap. Sampel 60 responden dengan 30 kelompok intervensi dan 30 kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa yang mendapatkan AT meningkat sebesar 2,27 (4,54%) dengan p value < 0,05. Terapi ini direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi asertif mahasiswa. Praktik klinik Keperawatan.

ABSTRACT
Students of nursing clinical practice is part of a professional nurse who is required to communicate well, effectively and assertively both when they are in the room and when they are talking to clients or patients. The goal of this research is to gain an overview of the influence of Assertiveness training (AT) therapy to the assertive communication skills for nursing clinical practice students to the nurses in inpatient ward. The samples consist of 60 respondents with 30 respondents in intervention group and 30 respondents in control group. The results show that students with assertive communication skills increased the AT significantly by 2.27 (4,54%) with a p value <0.05. This therapy is recommended to increase assertive communications for nursing clinical practice students"

"Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan atau asuhan keperawatan adalah komunikasi terapeutik. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien yang di rawat di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang. Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang perawat dan 90 orang pasien yang di ambil dengan cara total sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,001). Semakin tinggi kemampuan komunikasi terapeutik perawat maka pasien akan semakin puas terhadap pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan oleh perawat.
Rekomendasi penelitian ini, sebagai tambahan pengetahuan bagi perawat khususnya terkait kemampuan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dengan cara salah satunya mengadakan pelatihan dan supervisi untuk perawat yang terkait komunikasi terapeutik.

All nurses must have therapeutic communication ability in order to be able to give professional nursing and health care. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between nurses? ability on therapeutic communication with patient?s satisfaction who are hospitalized in Dr. Rasidin Hospital Padang. This is descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach where 56 nurses and 90 patients recruited using total sampling approach.
The result shows that there was significant correlation between nurses? ability on therapeutic communication with patient?s satisfaction (p=0.001). The conclusion was the higher therapeutic communication ability of nurses the more satisfaction of patient in receiving nursing care.
It is recommended that all nurses should have therapeutic communication course as their basic competencies as general nurse.

"Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator dari mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Kepuasan di RS M dan RS P belum mencapai standar indikator kepuasan. Hal ini disebabkan karena rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi perawat MPP yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien pun belum mengukur kepuasan pasien terhadap manajemen pelayanan pasien.
Tujuan: menganalisis hubungan kemampuan komunikasi perawat manajer pelayanan pasien dengan kepuasan pasien terhadap manajemen pelayanan pasien.
Metode: crossectional dan purposive sampling, pada 110 pasien dan 20 perawat.
Hasil: ada perbedaan karakteristik pada kedua rumah sakit pada variabel diagnosa penyakit, lama rawat, pendidikan perawat, dan lama kerja perawat. Pasien menilai kemampuan komunikasi perawat baik dan puas terhadap pelayanan (skor 70 < 85). Hasil bivariat dengan chi square yaitu ada hubungan signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi dengan pelayanan (p 0,001 < 0,05). Faktor konfonding tidak signifikan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien (p > 0,05). Hasil regresi logistik berganda yaitu komunikasi perawat (OR: 15,45), bahasa sehari-hari perawat (OR: 4,43), dan pendidikan pasien (OR: 2,43).
Kesimpulan: pasien menilai bahwa kemampuan komunikasi perawat baik dan merasa puas terhadap manajemen pelayanan pasien. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien yaitu kemampuan komunikasi perawat.
Saran: bidang pelayanan keperawatan bersama dengan bidang pelayanan medik serta keperawatan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien hingga mencapai standar skor 85. Penelitian serupa pada rumah sakit yang lebih banyak dan penelitian intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi sangat diperlukan.

Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of nursing service. Patient satisfaction in hospitals M and P has not reached the standard of satisfaction indicators. This is due to the low communication skill of the case manager. Patient satisfaction has not measured patient satisfaction of case management.
Purpose: to analyze the correlation between communication skill`s case manager with patient satisfaction of case management.
Method: crossectional and purposive sampling, with 110 patient and 20 nurse case manager.
Result: There were differences in the characteristics of the two hospitals on the variables of disease diagnosis, length of stay, nurse education, and length of time for nurses. Patients assess good for nurse`s communication skill and are satisfied with services (score 70 < 85). Chi square results, there is a significant relationship between communication skills and patient satisfaction (p 0,001 < 0,05). Confonding factors were not  significantly related to patient satisfaction (p > 0,05). The results of multiple logistic regression are nurse  communication skill  (OR: 15,45), nurse`s daily language (OR: 4,43), and patient education (OR: 2,43).
Conclssion: patients assess good for nurse`s communication skills and feel satisfied with patient service management. The factor that most influence patient satisfaction are nurse`s communication skill.
Suggestion: The division of hospital services, along with the division of medical services, and the division of nursing increases patient satisfaction to achieve satisfaction standards score 85. More similar research in hospitals and intervention studies to tie nurse`s communication skills are needed.
