Abstrak :
Perilaku caring perawat dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien. Perawat yang berperilaku caring meningkatkan hubungan saling bantu dan percaya antara perawat-pasien sehingga mempercepat penyembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku caring perawat yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional melibatkan 145 pasien yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan chi square, uji t, dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap (p<0,05; CI 95%). Faktor caritas yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah cinta kasih (OR = 0,320; CI 95%) dan mengambil keputusan (OR = 0,154; CI 95%) setelah dikontrol pendidikan. Hasil ini merekomendasikan manajer keperawatan untuk melakukan supervisi komunikasi terapeutik, penilaian kinerja komunikasi perawat, meningkatkan pendidikan formal maupun informal, dan memotivasi perawat agar berperilaku caring sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. ......Nurse caring behavior can improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. Nurses who behave caring improving mutual aid relationship and trust between the nurse-patient so as to accelerate the healing. This study aim to identify the relationship of nurse caring behaviors perceived by the patient and patient's satisfaction in Tarakan Hospital in Central Jakarta. The research method using descriptive correlation with cross sectional study involving 145 patients were selected by consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed with chi square, t-test, and logistic regression. The results showed relationship between nurse caring behaviors perceived by the patient and patient's satisfaction at the inpatient unit (p <0.05; CI 95%). Caritas factors most associated with patient satisfaction is love (OR = 0.320; CI 95%) and a decision (OR = 0.154; CI 95%) after controlling for education. This result suggests a nursing manager to supervise therapeutic communication, evaluation of nurse communication performance, improving nursing education in both formal and informal, and motivating nurses to caring that can improve patient satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi internal dengan kepuasan komunikasi organisasi dan citra organisasi pemerintah pada Layanan Terpadu Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai pemerintah daerah yang pernah menggunakan layanan terpadu DJPK Kementerian Keuangan Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 234 responden Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa penggunaan komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap kepuasan komunikasi organisasi Penggunaan komunikasi internal juga berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap citra organisasi pemerintah.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas upaya komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan dalam mempertahankan komitmen organisasi survivor untuk membantu Perusahaan dalam mencapai target baru pasca downsizing. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada November 2015 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan divisi Collection di salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan barang konsumsi ternama di Indonesia, yang mengalami downsizing sejak Desember 2014. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini menggunakan Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire dan Organizational Commitment Survey. Hasilnya, tiga dimensi Kepuasan Komunikasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Affective OC dan dua dimensi dari Kepuasan komunikasi yang berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Normative OC.
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of communication efforts undertaken by the Company in maintaining survivor?s organizational commitment, to help the Company in achieving new target after downsizing has taken place. Data were collected in November 2015, by distributing the questionnaire to Collection Division employees at one of the well-known consumer goods financing company at Indonesia, which has been downsize since December 2014. This research used Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire and Organizational Commitment Survey. The result showed that three Communication Satisfaction?s dimensions had positive effect on Affective OC and two dimensions of Communication Satisafaction had positive effect on Normative OC.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kepuasan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja unit Call Center pada Kantor Layanan Informasi dan Pengaduan Kring Pajak. Konsep-konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep Kepuasan Komunikasi (Downs dan Hazen, 1977) dan Produktivitas (Timpe, 2002). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 189 pegawai seksi operasional yang bekerja sebagai agen call center. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan total population sampling yang melibatkan seluruh populasi. Hasil dari analisis faktor mengidentifikasi tujuh faktor baru dari kepuasan komunikasi, yaitu sebagai berikut: Organizational Information, Communication Climate, Personal Feedback, Communication with Supervisor, Horizontal Communication, Media Quality, dan Informal Communication. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kepuasan komunikasi mempengaruhi produktivitas secara berbeda. Dua faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas, yaitu Organizational Information dan Media Quality. Sedangkan, Horizontal Communication terlihat memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas. Dan hasil analisis pada faktor-faktor lainnya menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh terhadap produktivitas.
Purpose of this research is to verify the impact of communication satisfaction on productivity of Call Center unit at KLIP Kring Pajak. The used concepts are Communication Satisfaction (Downs and Hazen, 1977) and Productivity (Timpe, 2002). Data collection was done by using survey method through a questionnaire. The population in this research were 189 employees in operational section who work as call center agents. Sample selection using total population sampling that involves examining the entire population. Factor analysis led to identification of seven new factors of communication satisfaction, all of which are: Organizational Information, Communication Climate, Personal Feedback, Communication with Supervisor, Horizontal Communication, Media Quality, and Informal Communication. The result of regression analysis shown that communication satisfaction had a significant impact on productivity. The results also indicate that factors of communication satisfaction differentially impacted productivity. Two factors had a positive impact on productivity are Organizational Information and Media Quality. While Horizontal Communication seem to have a negative impact on productivity. And the analysis result for the other factors shown that there is no impact on productivity.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, persepsi, harapan, kepuasan komunikasi, gaya kepemimpinan atasan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat , dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif. Melibatkan 177 responden dari staf pegawai di Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air pusat yang dipilih secara acak, dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan teknik Cronbach?s Alpha. Melalui analisis koefisien kontingensi, diketahui bahwa seluruh variabel memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, diketahui harapan, kepuasan komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Sedangkan tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, persepsi dan tunjangan kinerja diketahui tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar dilakukan kajian lanjutan mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang diduga turut mempengaruhi motivasi kerja pegawai sehingga dapat diketahui cara yang efektif untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi.
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to acknowledge the influence of level of education, employment, perception, expectations, communication satisfaction, style of leadership and performance benefit towards the work motivation of employee in the implementation of Bureaucratic Reforms. This research was held in the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, using the method of explanative quantitative research. It involved 177 respondents from the central of Directorate General of Water Resources which were chosen randomly and used closed questionnaire which validity and reliability had been tested with the technique of Cronbach?s alpha. Through the analysis of the coefficient of contingency, it is known that all the variables contributing influence on employee motivation in the implementation of bureaucratic reform. Through multiple linear regression analysis, known to expectations, satisfaction communication and leadership styles have a significant influence on employee motivation in the implementation of bureaucratic reform. While the level of education, employment, perception and performance benefits are known to have a significant influence on employee motivation in the implementation of bureaucratic reform. Therefore, this study recommended that the study further regarding other factors that allegedly also affect employee motivation to work so it can be an effective way to improve employee motivation in the implementation of bureaucratic reforms.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan perempuan (demokratis, suportif, transformasional, dan partisipatif) dan tingkat kepuasan komunikasi terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia (FIK UI). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah staf administrasi FIK UI. Sampelnya diambil secara total dari populasi yaitu sebanyak 57 orang. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan perempuan demokratis, suportif, transformasional, dan partisipatif berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap tingkat kepuasan komunikasi. Namun, hanya gaya kepemimpinan perempuan demokratis dan transformasional saja yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan komunikasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap tingkat kepuasan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data juga menunjukkan bahwa karyawan laki-laki memiliki tingkat kinerja yang lebih baik daripada karyawan perempuan; semakin bertambahnya usia, tingkat kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi; karyawan dengan tingkat pendidikan paling tinggi memiliki tingkat kinerja paling tinggi; dan semakin lama masa kerja, tingkat kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi. ......The focus of this research is to understand the influence of women leadership styles (democratic, supportive, transformational, and participative) and the level of communication satisfaction to the level of employee?s performance on the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Indonesia?s administrative staff. The sampling method used in this research was a total sampling of 57 respondents. From the data analysis, it illustrated that all styles of women leadership gave significant influences to the level of communication satisfaction. However, only the democratic and transformational styles gave the significant influence to the level of employee?s performance. The result also showed that the level of communication satisfaction gave the significant influence to the level of employee?s performance. Other results from this research showed that male respondents worked better than the female ones; the older the staff member was, the higher their level of performance was; the staff with higher education had higher level of performance; and the longer they worked at the faculty, the higher their performance level was.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mentoring dan sikap verbal agresif atasan terhadap kepuasan komunikasi dan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT XYZ, menggunakan teknik judgement sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 200 karyawan. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai data tambahan. Kuesioner terdiri dari dua bagian yang didalamnya terdapat 45 pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis statistik deskriptif, diperoleh hasil bahwa proses mentoring yang dilakukan di PT XYZ secara umum sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan dirasakan manfaatnya. Dari hasil analisis tersebut juga dapat dilihat bahwa perlakuan verbal agresif dari atasan tidak banyak dialami oleh karyawan, karyawan cukup merasakan kepuasan komunikasi dan mempunyai nilai komitmen organisasional yang kuat pada perusahaan. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa mentoring memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan komunikasi dan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Verbal agresif atasan memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan komunikasi, akan tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk diskusi di tingkat manajemen. ......The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of the mentoring process and supervisor?s verbal aggressiveness towards communication satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees. The study was conducted in PT XYZ,using judgment sampling technique involving 200 employee respondents. The data collection process was conducted using questionnaires, and additional interviews. The questionnaire has two parts, 45 questions in total. Based on the result of the descriptive statistical analysis, the mentoring process in PT XYZ has been implemented in good ways and perceived as beneficial by the employees. Overall conclusion from the result is that none of employees has bad experience with his or her supervisor's verbal aggressiveness; employees were satisfied in communication and have strong organizational commitment to the values of the company. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the mentoring had positive and significant influence on communication satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees. Supervisor's verbal aggressiveness had negative and significant influence to communication satisfaction, but no effect to the organizational commitment. The results of this study can be used as a basis for discussion at the management level.
