"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dua bentuk consumer participation, yaitu consumer-consumer interaction dan consumer-brand interaction terhadap consumer brand engagement (cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, dan behavioral engagement). Serta pengaruh mediasi consumer satisfaction dalam mendorong pengaruh consumer brand engagement terhadap brand loyalty (positive eWOM, ongoing search, dan repurchase intention) dalam konteks merek kecantikan lokal Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei yang disebarkan secara daring pada 328 responden berusia 18-34 tahun yang pernah membeli dan membuka media sosial merek kecantikan lokal. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa consumer-consumer interaction dan consumer-brand interaction berpengaruh secara positif pada cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, dan behavioral engagement. Dapat diketahui bahwa consumer satisfaction memediasi pengaruh cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, dan behavioral engagement terhadap positive eWOM, ongoing search behavior, dan repurchase intention. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi bagi pemasar untuk mengelola partisipasi konsumen di media sosial.

This study aims to determine the effect of two forms of consumer participation, namely consumer-consumer interaction and consumer-brand interaction on consumer brand engagement (cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement). As well as the mediating effect of consumer satisfaction in encouraging the influence of consumer brand engagement on brand loyalty (positive eWOM, ongoing search behavior, and repurchase intention) in the context of Indonesian local beauty brands. This study uses a survey distributed online to 328 respondents aged 18-34 years who had purchased and opened the social media of a local beauty brand. The data collected was then processed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that consumer-consumer interactions and consumer-brand interactions have a positive effect on cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement. It can be seen that consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement on positive eWOM, ongoing search behavior, and repurchase intention. This study also provides meaningful implications for marketers to manage consumer participation on social media."

"Taylor Swift, sebagai ikon pop global yang mampu menciptakan suatu fenomena bernama “Swiftonomics”, mengundang ketertarikan studi tentang dinamika interaksi penggemarnya melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh pengalaman bersama, identifikasi kelompok, dan keterlibatan emosional terhadap perilaku keterlibatan audiens dengan konten musik Taylor Swift di platform media sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dilaksanakan melalui kuesioner daring, penelitian ini menganalisis respons dari 339 partisipan di wilayah Jabodetabek yang mendengarkan musik Taylor Swift menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier hierarkis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa participation dan resonant contagion berperan penting dalam meningkatkan semua jenis keterlibatan audiens. Selain itu, keterlibatan emosional, khususnya arousal, berkorelasi positif dengan perilaku keterlibatan proaktif dan aktif. Sementara itu, escapism dan pleasure tidak menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan dengan perilaku keterlibatan. Instagram teridentifikasi sebagai platform utama yang digunakan oleh penggemar untuk interaksi ini, mencerminkan pentingnya platform ini dalam strategi pemasaran digital musik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori perilaku informasi dalam konteks musik dan media sosial, serta menawarkan wawasan strategis bagi praktisi industri musik dalam merancang kampanye yang lebih efektif untuk menggali keterlibatan audiens

Taylor Swift, as a global pop icon capable of creating a phenomenon known as "Swiftonomics," has sparked interest in studying the dynamics of her fan interactions on social media. This research aims to understand the influence of shared experiences, group identification, and emotional engagement on audience engagement behaviors with Taylor Swift's music content on social media platforms. Utilizing a survey method conducted through an online questionnaire, this study analyzes responses from 339 participants in the Greater Jakarta area who listen to Taylor Swift's music, using descriptive analysis and hierarchical linear regression techniques. The results indicate that participation and resonant contagion play significant roles in enhancing all types of audience engagement. Furthermore, emotional engagement, particularly arousal, is positively correlated with proactive and active engagement behaviors. In contrast, escapism and pleasure did not show a significant correlation with engagement behaviors. Instagram was identified as the primary platform used by fans for these interactions, highlighting the importance of this platform in digital music marketing strategies. This research contributes to the development of information behavior theory in the context of music and social media and offers strategic insights for music industry practitioners in designing more effective campaigns to foster audience engagement."
