Dunia telekomunikasi sedang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, perkembangan ini terlihat dari belanja iklan mereka yang telah menempati urutan pertama dalam daftar belanja iklan di Indonesia. Esia sebagai salah satu pemain dalam industri telekomunikasi saat ini menempati urutan kedua dalam belanja iklan produk telekomunikasi dibawah XL. Esia menggunakan iklan sebagai media mereka berpromosi. Pertanyaan yang timbul ialah apakah iklan berhubungan dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen? Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menemukan hubungan antara terpaan iklan dengan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survey terhadap 100 responden mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi FISIP UI secara systematic sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model advertising exposure Process. Attitude component and manifestation, serta consumer decision-making process. Responden dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi angkatan 2004 ? 2008 yang masih aktif. Hasil penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara terpaan iklan dengan keputusan pembelian dan sikap sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hubungan antara terpaan iklan dengan keputusan pembelian. The aim of this research was to find relations between the advertising exposure and the decision of the purchase. The data collection by using the method survey against 100 FISIP UI respondents of the student of communication knowledge in a systematic manner sampling. The respondent in this research was the student of knowledge of generation communication 2004 ? 2008 that still was active. Results of this research were to be received by relations that were positive between the advertising exposure and the decision of the purchase and the attitude as sampling. Hunian sementara saat ini banyak diminati oleh masyarakat dengan mobilitas yang tinggi. Apartemen dianggap menjadi salah satu solusi hunian sementara bagi mereka yang mempunyai mobilitas tinggi, termasuk kalangan mahasiswa. Dalam proses pemilihan apartemen, teori perceived risk digunakan untuk menjelaskan tahap pre-purchase behavior. Teori tersebut berfungsi untuk mengurangi risiko kerugian saat mengkonsumsi barang dengan biaya beli yang tergolong tinggi. Faktor yang diperhatikan saat hendak membeli apartemen, yaitu harga hunian, lokasi, jarak tempuh menuju lokasi tertentu, fasilitas, dan lingkungan. Biaya perawatan yang dikeluarkan pun lebih banyak jika mereka membeli satu unit apartemen. Mereka harus mengeluarkan biaya untuk pemeliharaan sinking fund, keamanan, perawatan gedung, dan kebersihan. Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai preferensi dan personalisasi dalam pemilihan apartemen sebagai hunian sementara. Diperoleh hasil bahwa mahasiswa pada umumnya memprioritaskan jarak hunian menuju kampus, biaya sewa ataupun beli, keamanan, privasi, lalu lingkungan bertetangga. Mahasiswa melakuka proses personalisasi karena adanya housing deficit dalam hal teknis dan rasa akan rumah yang dimilikinya.  ......Temporary housing are currently demanded by people with high mobility. Apartments are considered to be one of many temporary housing solutions for them, including college students. In the process of apartments selection, the perceived risk theory are used to explain the pre-purchase behavior stage. Its used to reduce the risks of deficits in terms of consuming stuffs with high purchase value. The factors that must be considered during the process of apartments selection are the purchase costs, location, distance from certain location, facilities, and environments. The maintenance costs will be increasing when people purchase apartments. They have to invest more money for the sinking fund maintenance, security, building maintenances, and sanitation. This research explains about the preferences and personalization in apartment selection as students temporary housing. The obtained results are students in general are taking the distance from certain location, rent or purchase cost, security, privacy, and neighboring environments factor as priorities. They personalize their unit to overcome housing deficit in technical terms and to overcome the feeling of home.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan bantuan biaya peningkatan pendidikan bagi mahasiswa dari keluarga tidak mampu di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menelaah data sekunder. Peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia menjadi perhatian semua pihak dalam memasuki era globalisasi ini. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia dalam menghadapi persaingan bebas, salah satunya adalah bantuan dalam bidang pendidikan karena pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dimana semakin tinggi  pendidikan yang dimiliki maka semakin tinggi pula kualitas dan daya saing sumber daya manusia tersebut. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebagai salah satu pemerintah daerah menjalankan perannya dalam mendukung pemerataan pendidikan khususnya dalam memberikan kesempatan warganya mengeyam pendidikan tinggi menerbitkan kebijakan bantuan biaya peningkatan pendidikan bagi mahasiswa dari keluarga tidak mampu pada tahun 2016 yang tertuang kedalam Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 133 Tahun 2016. Selama 3 tahun ini, dari tahun 2016-2018, pelaksanaan kebijakan pemberian bantuan biaya peningkatan pendidikan ini menghadapi beberapa hambatan  antara lain dalam pendataan dan penyaluran bantuan.

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the policy of cost assistance to increase education for students from disadvantaged families in DKI Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by examining secondary data. Improving the quality of human resources is of concern to all parties in entering this era of globalization. Support from various parties is needed by the Indonesian people in facing free competition, one of which is assistance in the field of education because education plays a very important role where the higher the education they have, the higher the quality and competitiveness of these human resources. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as one of the regional governments has played its role in supporting education equality especially in providing opportunities for citizens to have higher education issuing policies to provide cost assistance to increase education for students from poor families in 2016 as stipulated in the Regulation of Governor of DKI Jakarta Province Number 133 of 2016 During these 3 years, from 2016-2018, the implementation of the policy of providing cost assistance to increase education  faced several obstacles, among others in data collection and distribution of aid.

Kajian ini akan membahas bagaimana keberhasilan gerakan mahasiswa dalam perlawanan mereka terhadap pemerintah Quebec untuk mempengaruhi rencana kebijakan Rencana Pendanaan Universitas yang Adil dan Berimbang di Quebec Kanada 2011-2012. Pertandingan yang terjadi dilatarbelakangi oleh Rencana Pemerintah Quebec untuk menaikkan biaya pendidikan tinggi dengan 1.625 Dolar dalam 5 tahun. Hal ini kemudian memicu siswa Quebec untuk melakukan gerakan perlawanan terhadap Pemerintah Quebec. Di dalam ada perlawanan gerakan mahasiswa Quebec mengalami penindasan dari Pemerintah Quebec melalui RUU Kebijakan 78. Kebijakan melarang Siswa Quebec untuk mendemonstrasikan yang merupakan strategi utama gerakan mahasiswa Quebec. Namun, di tengah penindasan yang terjadi Siswa Quebec berhasil mempengaruhi kebijakan Pemerintah Quebec dengan mengubah strateginya dengan berpartisipasi dalam politik elektoral dengan bekerja sama dengan Partai Quebec. Dalam menganalisis keberhasilan ini, peneliti akan menggunakan Disruptive Power Theory oleh Frances Fox Piven yang membahas tentang bagaimana mempengaruhi kebijakan pemerintah di tengah-tengah penindasan.
This study will discuss how the success of the movement students in their resistance to the Quebec government to influence the policy plan of the Fair and Balanced University Funding Plan in Quebec Canada 2011-2012. The match that took place was motivated by the Quebec Government Plan to increase the cost of higher education by 1,625 Dollars in 5 years. This then triggered Quebec students to carry out a resistance movement against the Quebec Government. Inside there was resistance the Quebec student movement experienced repression from the Quebec Government through Policy Bill 78. The policy forbidding Quebec Students from demonstrating was the main strategy of the Quebec student movement. However, in the midst of the suppression that occurred Quebec Students managed to influence the Quebec Government policy by changing its strategy by participating in electoral politics in cooperation with the Quebec Party. In analyzing this success, the researcher will use the Disruptive Power Theory by Frances Fox Piven which discusses how to influence government policies in the midst of oppressors.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) di Indonesia telah merenggut banyak korban termasuk tenaga kesehatan sebagai garda terdepan. Pemerintah menetapkan Surat Edaran Nomor HK.02.01/MENKES/4394/2020 tentang Registrasi dan Perizinan Tenaga Kesehatan pada Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang mengizinkan mahasiswa tenaga kesehatan tingkat akhir untuk membantu menangani pasien COVID-19 yang tidak sejalan dengan perundang – undangan. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian yuridis normatif dengan metode kualitatif, di mana penulis akan menjelaskan permasalahan tersebut secara deskriptif. Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP), salah satu rumah sakit terbesar di Jakarta menerapkan aturan yang tertera dalam Surat Edaran Nomor HK.02.01/MENKES/4394/2020 tentang Registrasi dan Perizinan Tenaga Kesehatan pada Masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) dan mengizinkan mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir untuk berpraktik dibawah pengawasan tenaga kesehatan yang sudah memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR). Dalam rangka melindungi mahasiswa yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP), Dr. Asep Saifudin S.H., M.M., CHRP., CHRA. selaku Vice President of Human Capital & General Affair di PT Pertamina Bina Medika menjelaskan bahwa seluruh mahasiwa yang berpraktik di Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP) akan mendapatkan perlindungan dalam bentuk fasilitas kesehatan dalam bentuk BPJS dan Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP) akan bertanggung jawab secara hukum. Dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP) sebagai salah satu rumah sakit yang menerapkan surat edaran tersebut akan bertanggung jawab atas tenaga kesehatannya. Dengan penelitian ini menyarankan kepada Kementerian Kesehatan, sebaiknya cukup mengeluarkan surat edaran terutama yang tidak sejalan dengan perundang – undangan di Indonesia, hanya dalam keadaan yang darurat agar tidak menimbulkan disharmonsisasi. ...... The government stipulates Circular Letter Number HK.02.01/MENKES/4394/2020 concerning Registration and Licensing of Health Workers during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic which allows final-year medical students to help treat COVID-19 patients, which is not in line with the legislation. This research is in the form of normative juridical research with qualitative methods, where the author will explain the problem descriptively. Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP), one of the largest hospitals in Jakarta, applies the rules stated in Circular Letter Number HK.02.01/MENKES/4394/2020 concerning Registration and Licensing of Health Workers during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemi, and allow final year nursing students to practice under the supervision of health workers who already have a Certificate of Registration (STR). In order to protect students working at Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP), Dr. Asep Saifudin S.H., M.M., CHRP., CHRA. as Vice President of Human Capital & General Affairs at PT Pertamina Bina Medika explained that all students who practice at Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP) will receive protection in the form of health facilities in the form of BPJS and Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP) will be responsible for them. It can be concluded in this study that Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP) as one of the hospitals implementing the letter, will be responsible for its health workers. This research suggests that Ministry of Health, to only issue circular letters especially those that are not in line with the legislation in Indonesia, only in an emergency situation so as not to cause disharmony.

Dalam novel Norwegian Wood, Haruki Murakami menjadikan Jepang pada tahun 1968 sampai 1970 sebagai latar waktu utama dalam cerita. Di dalam novel ia menggambarkankan beberapa aktivitas dan kegiatan politik serta aksi pemogokkan yang terjadi pada saat itu. Namun dari sekian banyak kelompok di kalangan mahasiswa yang ada dan terlibat pada tahun tersebut Murakami tidak menyebutkan secara langsung kelompok mana yang ia maksudkan dalam novel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi siapa atau kelompok mana yang direpresentasikan Murakami didalam novel Norwegian Wood. Penulis menggunakan teori sosiologi sastra Swingewood (1972) untuk menganalisa novel tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Zenkyoto dan salah satu faksi dalam Zengakuren yaitu Kakumaru-ha adalah kelompok yang digambarkan Murakami dalam beberapa situasi seperti pemogokkan, serta kelompok Nichigakudou dari golongan Minzoku-ha yang digambarkan sebagai beberapa orang penghuni asrama tokoh utama. ......In the novel Norwegian Wood, Haruki Murakami makes Japan from 1968 to 1970 the main time setting in the story. In the novel, he describes several political activities as well as strikes that happened at that time. There were many groups among students that existed and were involved in the activities that year. However, Murakami did not mention directly which group he was referring to in the novel. This study aims to identify who or which group is represented by Murakami in the novel Norwegian Wood. The researcher uses Swingewood's (1972) sociology of literature theory to analyze the novel. The results of this study indicate that Zenkyoto and one of the factions in Zengakuren, namely Kakumaru-ha, are the group described by Murakami in several situations such as strikes, and the Nichigakudou group from the Minzoku-ha which was described as several residents of the main character's dormitory.
