"Telah dilakukan suatu studi analisis yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan dua metode dalam proses inversi seismik. Metode yang dianalisis dalam studi ini adalah metode recursive dan metode constrained sparse spike. Studi analisis terhadap kedua metode tersebut didasarkan pada algoritma perhitungan yang digunakan, keuntungan dan kerugian dari penggunaan kedua metode, serta hasil inversi dari kedua metode. Perbedaan algoritma pada kedua metode dan perbedaan parameter yang digunakan dalam proses inversi akan mempengaruhi penampang impedansi akustik yang dihasilkan dari setiap metode.
Dari hasil studi analisis ini diketahui bahwa penampang impedansi akutik yang dihasilkan dari metode constrained sparse spike dapat lebih memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan detail mengenai distribusi penyebaran dan karakterisasi batuan reservoar di daerah studi dibandingkan dengan metode recursive."

"Tesis ini membahas kedudukan Negara dalam PSC Migas berkaitan telah berpindahnya hak dan kewajiban dari BP Migas ke SKK Migas. Pembahasannya dititik beratkan pada sampai sejauh mana tanggung jawab Negara dalam PSC. Untuk menjawabannya, penulis melakukan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Berkaitan dengan jenis peneilitian yuridis, penulis juga menggunakan peraturan yang terkait dengan migas. Akhirnya penulis mendapat kesimpulan bahwa setelah berpindah ke SKK Migas, kedudukan Negara berubah menjadi pihak dalam perjanjian. Perubahan ini membawa makna bahwa Negara bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas terlaksanakannya kewajiban dalam PSC.

The focus of this study is the position of the state on Production Sharing Contract (PSC) of Oil and Gas related the transfer of rights and obligations from BP Migas to SKK Migas. The concern of this discussion is about the responsibility of the State on PSC. This is "yurudis normatif" research that uses secondary data and some regulations related migas. Finally, the conclusion of this discussion is that after the transfer, the position of the state has changed to be the party on the agreement. This change means that the State is fully responsible on every performance of obligations that is mentioned on the PSC."

"Penelitian ini membahas implementasi kebijakan rekonsiliasi periodik terkait dengan PPh Migas yang dilakukan oleh instansi-instansi terkait pengelolaan PPh Migas, yaitu DJA, DJP, dan SKK Migas. Pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi kebijakan rekonsiliasi PPh Migas sebagai upaya optimalisasi administrasi PPh Migas. Penelitian yang membahas mengenai pengelolaan PPh migas di Indonesia masih jarang ditemui. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari segi kebijakan (policy) telah dirancang dengan cukup baik, namun dalam implementasinya tidak ada kebijakan prosedural mengenai pelaksanaan secara periodik yang dapat mewujudkan konsistensi tindakan dari para pelaksana kebijakan.

The focus of this study is the implementation of periodical reconciliation for oil and gas income tax policy. The purpose of this study is to understand how the Indonesia Government?s oil and gas income tax administration. Knowing this will allow stakeholders in oil and gas income tax to identify changes should be made to improve the tax administration. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The data were collected by means of deep interview. The researcher suggests that there should be procedural policy to implement oil and gas income tax periodical reconciliation to achieve the consistency from the policy implementers to realize the policy goals."

"[Lapangan FTM sebagai lapangan minyak dan gas bumi. Pada lapangan FTM
terdapat dua reservoir gas dan reservoir minyak, yaitu formasi Minahaki dan
Formasi Tomori. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada formasi Tomori dengan litologi
batuan karbonat dan merupakan reservoir minyak yang berumur Miocene Akhir.
Stuktur ini terbentuk oleh sesar mendatar (Trust fault) dengan sudut kecil yang
berarah NE-SW.
Identifikasi hidrokarbon pada studi ini didasarkan pada hasil metode dekomposisi
spektral. Metode dekomposisi spektral berbasis ISA dan CWT digunakan untuk
analisa anomali frekuensi rendah. Anomali frekuensi rendah berasosiasi adanya
hidrokarbon. Analisa petrofisika pada lapangan FTM pada daerah hidrokarbon
mempunyai porositas yang bagus dan saturasi air yang kecil.
Hasil dari pemetaan zona prospek hidrokarbon dan analisa petrofisika ini
diharapkan bisa dilakukan delineasi zona prospek untuk kepentingan survey

"Penelitian ini mengupas konsep monopoli serta perwujudan monopoli oleh perusahaan negara di Indonesia. Dengan memperhatikan pemikiran-pemikiran mengenai monopoli yang berkembang di negara-negara barat, terlihat bahwa prinsip-prinsip monopoli yang dianut di Indonesia ternyata memiliki perbedaan yang mendasar dengan prinsip-prinsip monopoli negara sosialis. Suatu pemikiran tentang penguasaan sektor-sektor yang menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak menuju kesejahteraan rakyat banyak yang telah dicetuskan oleh Soekarno dan Mohammad Hatta dengan didukung oleh para pendiri negara dalam sidang-sidang BPUPKI telah menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang prinsip, dengan dilatarbelakangi oleh ideologi dan sistem kehidupan bermasyarakat yang berbeda.
Objek penelitian ini adalah monopoli oleh perusahaan negara, khususnya bidang pengusahaan minyak dan gas bumi (migas), yang ditekankan pada perwujudan kesejahteraan rakyat banyak melalui peninjauan amanat konstitusi untuk menentukan arah yang tepat dan benar. Melalui metode analisis normatif dengan didukung oleh pemikiran pendiri negara tentang kesejahteraan rakyat banyak dapat dikemukakan wujud monopoli perusahaan negara di Indonesia dalam konteks asas kekeluargaan. Dalam uraiannya dikemukakan mengenai kandungan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 yang memuat penguasaan negara atas sektor-sektor usaha yang penting dan menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak serta prinsip-prinsip penguasaan oleh negara. Dengan uraian ini dapat diketahui tentang perwujudan monopoli oleh perusahaan negara atas cabang-cabang produksi yang penting dan menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak di Indonesia."

"Pada umumnya analisa kelayakan investasi menggunakan metode NPV tidak memasukkan faktor risiko dalam perhitungannya. Padahal dalam proyek migas banyak ketidakpastian dalam pelaksanaannya sehingga dilakukan suatu penelitian mengenai faktor risiko investasi pada proyek migas. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian berdasarkan analisa deskriptif dan pendekatan risiko melalui survey, observasi dan wawancara dan melakukan studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Dengan melakukan analisa risiko didapat variabel risiko kenaikan harga material dan alat pendukung dan risiko perkiraan cadangan migas yang signifikan terhadap kinerja NPV, lalu dilakukan respon risiko untuk menjadi acuan dalam mendapatkan nilai NPV yang optimum pada proyek migas.

Generally, investment feasibility analysis using NPV method does not include risk factors in the calculations. While oil and gas projects has many uncertainties in its implementation so this research done based on the investment risk factor. The research methodology based on descriptive method and risk analytical approach through surveys, observations and interviews and also study of the literature. Risk analysis obtained two variables : increment of material and equipment prices and risk of oil and gas reserve estimation that are significant to the performance of NPV, and made risk response to obtain the NPV optimum in oil and gas projects."
