Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Penerimaan Aplikasi Kesehatan Seluler. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis topik ini adalah Teori Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Teknologi dalam Aplikasi Kesehatan. Penelitian ini melihat masalah ini dari beberapa perspektif seperti: Value, Social, Technology, dan Aging Characteristics Perspective. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mengetahui apa saja faktor yang membuat pengguna menerima aplikasi dan menunjukkan niat perilaku untuk menggunakan Aplikasi Kesehatan Seluler. Metode untuk menganalisis data adalah metode penelitian deskriptif konklusif. Oleh karena itu, responden penelitian adalah mereka yang berusia 25-45 tahun, tinggal di Jabodetabek, dan belum mencoba Aplikasi Kesehatan Seluler sebelumnya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui non-probability convenience sampling di mana responden mengisi kuesioner online yang didistribusikan sendiri melalui platform online. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Norma Subyektif terbukti menjadi salah satu faktor dari penerimaan Aplikasi Kesehatan Seluler. Dari hipotesis tersebut penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa itu membuktikan bagaimana masyarakat Indonesia dianggap sebagai masyarakat kolektif. Untuk mengatasi hasil ini, para pemasar dapat menerapkan iklan yang terkait dengan nilai kolektif masyarakat Indonesia untuk menarik perhatian mereka dan membuat pengguna potensial ingin menyesuaikan teknologi. ......This thesis discussed the Acceptance of Mobile Health Application. The theory used to analyze this topic is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. This research sees this problem from several perspectives such as Value, Social, Technology, and Aging Characteristics Perspective. The objective of the research is to understand and know what are the factors that make the user accept the application and show the behavior intention to use the Mobile Health Application. The method to analyze the data is conclusive descriptive research method. Therefore, the respondent of the research are those in the age range of 25 45 years old, living in Jabodetabek, and have not tried Mobile Health Application previously. Sampling conducted through non probability convenience sampling where the respondent fills out a self administered online questionnaire distributed through an online platform. The result of this research is that Subjective Norm has proven to be one of the factors of the acceptance of Mobile Health Application. From the hypothesis, the writer can conclude that it proves how Indonesian people considered as a collective society. To address this result, the marketers can implement advertisement related with the collectiveness value of Indonesian people to grab their attention and make the potential user wants to adopt the technology.

Informasi teknologi dan bidang kesehatan sudah tidak dapat dipisahkan lagi di masa sekarang. Ditambah dengan adanya era pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) di Indonesia, membuat masyarakat Indonesia semakin sulit untuk melakukan pengobatan secara langsung. Dengan keadaan masyarakat yang tidak bisa bertemu secara langsung membuat teknologi menjadi jembatan antara masyarakat dengan tenaga medis. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan teknologi dalam membantu masyarakat Indonesia dalam bidang kesehatan, perlu dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut mengenai pengalaman pengguna selama menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan khususnya pada platform mobile. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode convergent mixed-method design secara paralel. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kajian oleh ahli menggunakan 10 heuristic oleh Jacob Nielsen. Sedangkan data kuantitatif dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner SUPR-Q yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia menggunakan metode cross-cultural adaptation. Data kuantitatif ini akan memberikan penilaian pengalaman pengguna diukur dari beberapa dimensi yaitu usability, trust, appearance, dan loyalty.  Berdasarkan kajian ahli dan kuesioner, penggabungan kedua data tersebut menunjukan bahwa faktor 10 heuristic yaitu  help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors memiliki severity score yang cukup tinggi berkaitan dengan pengalaman pengguna pada dimensi appearance yang bernilai rendah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembang aplikasi-aplikasi kesehatan di Indonesia supaya memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dari segi usability guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. ......Information technology and the health sector are inseparable nowadays. Within the era of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Indonesia, it is increasingly difficult for Indonesian people to take treatment directly. With this condition of people who cannot meet in person, technology becomes a bridge between the community and medical personnel. To find out the role of technology in helping the Indonesian people in the health sector, it is necessary to carry out further analysis of user experience while using health applications, especially on mobile platforms. This study uses a convergent mixed-method design method. Qualitative data was collected using a study by experts using 10 heuristics by Jacob Nielsen. Meanwhile, quantitative data was collected using the SUPR-Q questionnaire which was translated into Indonesian using the cross-cultural adaptation method. This quantitative data will provide an assessment of user experience measured from several dimensions, namely usability, trust, appearance, and loyalty. Based on expert studies and questionnaires, the combination of the two data shows that the 10 heuristic factors, namely help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors, have a fairly high severity score related to user experience on the appearance dimension which is of low value. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for developers of health applications in Indonesia in order to provide a good user experience in terms of usability in order to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia.

Praktik residensi spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah peminatan Onkologi berfokus pengaplikasian perawat dalam pemberi asuhan keperawatan, pendidik, dan peneliti. Peran sebagai pemberian asuhan keperawatan dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pengelolaan 30 pasien keganasan kanker dan satu kasus yang dijadikan kasus kelolaan pasien yang terdiagnosa kanker payudara metastase paru, hati dan tulang menggunakan pendekatan teori Peacefull End Of Life (PEOL). Pelaksanaan penerapan intervensi keparawatan berbasis bukti ilmiah merupakan perawat sebagai peneliti dalam bentuk ponerapan Progresif Muscle Relaxation (PMR) terhadap penurunan kecemasan dan nyeri pasca pembedahan abdomen. peran perawat sebagai pendidik dilaksanakan dalam bentuk implementasi penggunaan aplikasi J-Hati (jalan sehat berenergi) dengan memberikan latihan fisik walking exercise berbasis android kepada pasien kanker dengan masalah fatigue. The role as the provision of nursing care is carried out by managing 30 patients with cancer malignancy and one case which is used as a managed case for a patient diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer of the lung, liver and bone using the theoretical approach by Peaceful End Of Life (PEOL). The implementation of the application of scientific evidence-based nursing interventions is a nurse as a researcher in the form of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) application to reduce anxiety and pain after abdominal surgery. The role of nurses as educators is carried out in the form of implementing the use of the J-Hati application (healthy energy walking) by providing physical training of Android-based walking exercise to cancer patients with fatigue problems. The entire series of residency practice activities has the goal of comprehensively improving the quality and professionalism of nursing.
