Abstrak :
Saat ini, keberadaan teknologi mempunyai peran yang krusial di masyarakat. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan adanya pertumbuhan smartphone secara pesat di Indonesia dengan menciptakan berbagai layanan. Salah satu layanan yang ditawarkan kepada para pengguna yaitu teknologi online music streaming Spotify, sebuah layanan musik digital yang memberikan beragam akses ke jutaan lagu dan konten dari kreator di seluruh dunia. Studi ini menggunakan dua konstruk besar yaitu TAM (technology acceptance model dan UGT (uses and gratification theory) untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor dalam penerimaan teknologi dan motivasi individu dalam menggunakan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, ritualized use, dan instrumental use terhadap intention to use pada penggunaan aplikasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh variabel perceived usefulness dalam memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use pada Aplikasi online music streaming Spotify. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan konklusif deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif dan menyebarkan self-administered questionnaire. Terdapat 250 responden berusia 18-40 tahun di indonesia yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi online streaming music Spotify dalam tiga bulan terakhir yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan diolah dengan software SPSS serta SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan ritualized use memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to use. Selain itu, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use pada Aplikasi online music streaming Spotify. ...... Currently, the existence of technology has a crucial role in society. This is marked by the rapid growth of smartphones in Indonesia within creating various services. One of the services offered to users is Spotify's online music streaming technology, a digital music service that provides various access to millions of songs and content from creators around the world. This study builds on the TAM (technology acceptance model) & UGT (uses and gratification theory) to identify various factors in the technological acceptance and individual`s motivation to use technology. This purpose of the study is to understand the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, ritualized use, and instrumental use towards intention to use the application. Also, this study aims to understand the effect of the perceived usefulness variable in mediating the relationship between perceived ease of use and intention to use on Spotify online music streaming. The design of this study used a descriptive conclusion with quantitative methods and distributed a self-administered questionnaire. There were 250 respondents aged 18-40 years in Indonesia who are users of the online music streaming application Spotify in the last three months who participated in the study. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and processed with SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and ritualized use had an influence on intention to use.

Pembajakan film menjadi lazim seiring tersebarnya akses Internet yang menjadi semakin umum di seluruh dunia. Akses pengunduhan film ilegal menjadi lebih mudah bagi pengguna Internet dengan adanya protokol P2P dan situs online streaming. Oleh sebab itu industry perfilman lah yang dirugikan atas perkembangan dan maraknya pembajakan film. Penelitian ini sebertujuan untuk menganalisa Undang-undang (UU) kekayaan intelektual (IP) yang berkaitan dengan film dan meninjau kemungkinan solusi untuk masalah ini. Ulasan hukum dan tinjauan pustaka dilakukan beserta dengan pembagian kuesioner. Hal ini ditemukan bahwa ketatnya UU Kekayaan Intelektual di sebuah negara berkontribusi dalam melindungi industri dari pembajakan serta inovasi dari perusahaan jasa streaming dapat menyediakan platform baru bagi industri perfilman untuk mengubah model bisnis mereka

ABSTRACT
Movie piracy becomes prevalent as the Internet becomes common all over the world. Means of accessing illegal movies are becoming easier for wide population to access such as the P2P protocols and streaming websites. The developments of the above contribute to incongruences in the motion picture industry, as they are the ones who bear the disadvantages from movie piracy. This study thus aims to analyze the Intellectual Property (IP) Law related to motion picture and review possible solutions to these problems. Reviews of the laws and literature were conducted and questionnaires were distributed. It is found that stringent Intellectual Property contribute in protecting the industry from piracy as well as innovation from streaming services company can provide new platform for the industry to modify their business model.

Pesatnya perkembangan penggunaan layanan Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD) di Indonesia menjadikan layanan ini cukup menjanjikan. Perubahan perilaku konsumen dari menonton melalui televisi tradisional dan bioskop menjadi melalui online streaming mendorong pelaku industri mencari cara untuk terus bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi niat keberlanjutan penggunaan SVoD pada studi kasus Netflix. Penelitian ini menggabungkan dua teori yaitu Expectation Confirmation Theory sebagai teori yang terbukti dapat menyelidiki niat berkelanjutan SI dan Information System Success sebagai teori yang dapat menilai kesuksesan SI. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menambahkan aspek personalization yang merupakan salah satu karakteristik dari layanan SVoD. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 623 responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan SVoD Netflix setidaknya sekali. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Covarianced-based Structural Equation Model dengan bantuan program AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap confirmation, system quality berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness, confirmation berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, serta satisfaction, perceived usefulness, dan personalization berpengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention penggunaan layanan SVoD. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan penyedia layanan SVoD untuk mengevaluasi layanan mereka sehingga pengguna memiliki niat untuk terus menggunakan layanan tersebut. ......The rapid development of Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD) services in Indonesia makes this service quite promising. This study combines two theories, namely Expectation Confirmation Theory as a theory that is proven to investigate the continuance intention of IS and Information System Success as a theory that can assess the success of IS. In addition, this study also adds an aspect of personalization which is one of the characteristics of SVoD services. This study consisted of 623 respondents who had used Netflix's SVoD service at least once. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using the Covarianced-based Structural Equation Model with the help of the AMOS 26 program.
