"Tesis ini membahas pembinaan kearsipan dalam kerangka konsep sosialisasi organisasi yang dikaitkan dengan birokrasi dalam organisasi pemerintahan, serta bagaimana pemaknaan pembinaan kearsipan tersebut bagi individu yang terlibat di dalamnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap penyelenggara maupun peserta pembinaan kearsipan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembinaan kearsipan merupakan produk ekspresi budaya individu yang bukan hanya pelaksanaan kebijakan tertulis tetapi juga kebijakan budaya para individu terkait. Pembinaan kearsipan juga merupakan bentuk negosiasi individu terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi selama pembinaan kearsipan berlangsung. Individu memaknai pembinaan kearsipan tidak hanya sebagai pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya bagi organisasi tetapi juga sebagai rekreasi atau hiburan di mana dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat berbagai kepentingan.

The focus of this study is the archival coaching in an organizational socialization conceptual framework associated with the bureaucracy of governmental organization, also the meaning of the archival coaching by everyone involved in it. This research is a case study with qualitative approach. The data were collected by means of deep interview with the organizers and participants of the archival coaching. The research shows that archival coaching is a product of cultural expression held by individual, not only as an implementation of the archival policy but also the cultural policy of the individual. Archival coaching is also a form of individual negotiation to overcome the problems that occur during the archival coaching were being held. Individuals interpret the archival coaching not only as the implementation of their responsibility but also as a recreation where there are various interests.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan meneliti pengaruh mentoring functions dan organizational socialization terhadap role stress dan turnover intention. Penelitian juga meneliti pengaruh role stress terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi burnout. Penelitian dilakukan pada 260 perawat dan bidan di Rumah Sakit di Bekasi, Depok, Kemayoran, dan Kelapa Gading menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mentoring functions tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap role stress namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Organizational socialization berpengaruh negatif terhadap role stress, dengan role stress berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi burnout. Maka role stress dapat ditekan melalui organizational socialization sedangkan turnover intention dapat diminimalisir melalui mentoring functions.

ABSTRACT
Research aims to investigate the effect of mentoring functions and organizational socialization to role stress and turnover intention. Research also analyzes the effect of role stress on turnover intention with burnout. 260 nurses and midwives at hospitals in Bekasi, Depok, Kemayoran, and Kelapa Gading were surveyed using structural equation modelling. The result showed that mentoring functions is not negatively affects role stress but it affects turnover intention. Organizational socialization affects role stress negatively, while it affects turnover intention with burnout as mediator. Thus, role stress could be reduced by organizational socialization, and turnover intention could be minimalized with mentoring functions."

"ABSTRACT
This study was conducted in order to investigate the factors that influenced organizational citizenship behavior OCB in Hanamasa Restaurant by analyzing several factors, such as organizational socialization, organizational identification, and job involvement. Structural equation modelling analysis N 240 revealed that relations between employees rsquo evaluations of organizational socializaton and organizational citizenship behavior OCB were partially mediated by perceptions on organizational identification and job involvement.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior OCB para karyawan di Restoran Hanamasa dengan menganalisis beberapa faktor, yaitu sosialisasi organisasi, identifikasi organisasi, dan keterlibatan kerja. Analisis model persamaan struktural N=240 mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan antara proses sosialisasi organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior OCB dimediasi sebagian oleh identifikasi organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja.
