Nowadays, organizations have faces a lot of problems. The successful organization which is able to manage its human resources with balance and innovation. One of the strategies to survive is developing human resource function and managing culture organization. Chevron is the world's largest private producer of geothermal energy, generating more than 630 megawatts of clean, reliable and affordable energy in Indonesia now. Chevron Geothermal manages two geothermal projects in Indonesia ? Darajat and Salak, both on the island of Java. The Darajat project supplies geothermal steam, which generates 259 megawatts of electricity. Chevron Geothermal Indonesia realizes to be more productive, Chevron needs strong culture organizations. Chevron has The Chevron Way that explains who we are, what we do, what we believe and what we plan to accomplish. It establishes a common understanding not only for those of us who work here, but for all who interact with us. The objective of organizational culture is to aligning employee?s perception and behavior to achieve the company mission. Organizational culture and organizational character are make organization different from other. Based on the purpose of this research, the theory that used is corporate culture that the researcher from Stephen P. Robbins. Research question is about how employee?s perception Corporate Culture at Chevron Geothermal Indonesia, Ltd. This research using quantitative approaches that has 1 variable, descriptive characteristic and catagorizad as cross sectional research. Collecting data technique was done by survey and bibliography research. Technique in taking sample is total sampling; those overall employees of Division Facilities Engineering are 30 respondents. Analysis in this research was done by using frequency distribution table, which a part of unvariate analysis and it made based on data that come within questioner. The result show that employee?s have positive perception toward corporate culture on Chevron Geothermal Indonesia, Ltd Division Facilities Engineering Jakarta. The corporate culture is quite good with strong culture. The management should be improved so that the employee can work optimally.

Kemhan sebagai leading sector dalam bidang pertahanan merupakan sektor yang berperan sebagai penggerak dan contoh bagi instansi lainnya di bidang pertahanan. Namun, tingkat persentase partisipasi PNS Kemhan dalam mengikuti Latsarmil dan ditetapkan sebagai Komcad pada tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2022 masih cukup rendah. Dari total jumlah anggota Komcad yang telah mengikuti Latsarmil dan ditetapkan pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 3.103 orang, hanya 6 orang (0,19%) yang merupakan PNS Kemhan. Sedangkan pada tahun 2022, total jumlah anggota Komcad yang ditetapkan adalah 2.974 orang, dimana hanya 74 orang (2,48%) yang merupakan PNS Kemhan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kesiapan PNS Kemhan yang telah mengikuti Latsarmil untuk melaksanakan tugas sebagai Komcad, persepsi PNS Kemhan yang belum mengikuti Latsarmil terhadap Komcad dan strategi meningkatkan partisipasi PNS Kemhan sebagai Komcad. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi dengan model sequential explanatory (urutan pembuktian kuantitatif-kualitatif). Pada pendekatan kuantitatif, penulis menggunakan perhitungan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Sedangkan dalam pendekatan kualitatif, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi dengan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah PNS Kemhan siap melaksanakan tugas sebagai Komcad, Persepsi PNS Kemhan yang belum mengikuti Latsarmil dipengaruhi oleh faktor fungsional, struktural, situasional dan personal dan strategi utama untuk meningkatkan partisipasi PNS Kemhan dalam mengikuti Latsarmil adalah mengadakan beasiswa pendidikan di perguruan tinggi bagi PNS Kemhan yang telah mengikuti Latsarmil Komcad dan lebih intens berkoordinasi dengan Kemendikbud Ristek agar dapat meningkatkan penyetaraan Latsarmil Komcad dengan bobot sks prodi di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas objek penelitian, pengumpulan data fokus pada kuesioner dan meneliti dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi terbaru. ......The Ministry of Defense as the leading sector in the field of defense is a sector that acts as a driving force and example for other agencies in the field of defense. However, the percentage level of participation of Ministry of Defense Civil Servants in participating in basic military training and being designated as a Reserve Component in 2021 to 2022 is still quite low. Of the total number of Komcad members who have attended basic military training and are set to be 3,103 in 2021, only 6 people (0.19%) are Ministry of Defense civil servants. Whereas in 2022, the total number of Reserve Component members set to be 2,974 people, of which only 74 people (2.48%) are Ministry of Defense civil servants. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of Ministry of Defense Civil Servants who have attended basic military training to carry out their duties as Reserve Components, the perceptions of Ministry of Defense Civil Servants who have not attended basic military training on Reserve Components and strategies to increase the participation of Ministry of Defense Civil Servants as Components Reserve. The method used in this study is a combination method with a sequential explanatory model (quantitative-qualitative proof). In the quantitative approach, the author uses a questionnaire calculation with a Likert scale. Whereas in a qualitative approach, the author uses a qualitative phenomenological method with interviews and document studies. The results obtained are that the Civil Servants of the Ministry of Defense are ready to carry out their duties as a Reserve Component. The perception of Civil Servants of the Ministry of Defense who have not attended basic military training is influenced by functional, structural, situational and personal factors and the main strategy to increase the participation of the Ministry of Defense Civil Servants in participating military basic training is to provide educational scholarships at tertiary institutions for Civil Servants of the Ministry of Defense who have participated in basic military training for the Reserve Component and coordinate more intensely with the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology in order to increase the equality of Komcad basic military training with the weight of study program credits in tertiary institutions. Future research is expected to expand the object of research, focus on collecting data on questionnaires and research using quantitative research methods with the help of the latest version of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh persepsi tentangi nsentif finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian insentif finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expalanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana analisis datanya dilakukan menggunakan analisis statisitki nferensial. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Adapun pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi tentang insentif finansial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Antam (persero) Tbk. ...... This study discusses the theinfluence of employees’ perceptions about financial incentives on job satisfaction of employees of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial incentives on job satisfaction of employees of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. This research is explanative by using quantitative approach, in which the data analysis was performed using analysis of inferential statistic. Determination of the number of samples in this research uses total sampling. The hypothesis testing was performed using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results showed that employee’s perceptions of financial incentives significantly positive effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT AntamTbk.
