ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Organisasi Pembelajaran dan Work Engagement terhadap Perilaku Inovatif. Selain itu, Work Engagement juga diamati sebagai variabel mediator dalam hubungan antara Organisasi Pembelajaran dengan Perilaku Inovatif. Perilaku Inovatif mengacu pada dimensi dalam Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) oleh Janssen (2000) yaitu Idea Generation, Idea Promotion, dan Idea Realization. Sementara itu, Organisasi Pembelajaran mengacu pada Dimension of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) oleh Marsick dan Watkins (2003) yang terdiri dari Continuous Learning, Dialogue & Inquiry, Team Learning, Embedded System, Empowerment, System Connection, dan Provide Leadership. Work Engagement mengacu pada Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) oleh Schaufeli, Bakker & Salanova (2006) yang terdiri dari Vigor, Dedication, dan Absorption. Data dikumpulkan melalui self reported questionnaire kepada 97 orang karyawan PT Teknologi Global, suatu perusahaan teknologi informasi di Indonesia (bukan nama sebenarnya). Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS 23 menggunakan regresi linear dan General Linear Model (GLM). Untuk memperoleh analisis yang lebih komprehensif, dilakukan in-depth interview kepada beberapa pemimpin di PT Teknologi Global sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dari Organisasi Pembelajaran dan Work Engagement terhadap Perilaku Inovatif. Selain itu penelitian juga menemukan bahwa Work Engagement memediasi hubungan antara Organisasi Pembelajaran dengan Perilaku Inovatif.

ABSTRACT
This research's purpose is to determine the influence of Learning Organization and Work Engagement to Innovative Behavior. Besides, Work Engagement was also observed as a mediating variable in the relationship between Learning Organization and Innovative Behavior. Innovative Behavior was measured using Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) items by Janssen (2000), consisting of Idea Generation, Idea Promotion, and Idea Realization. Learning Organization was measured using Dimension of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) by Marsick and Watkins (2003), consisting of Continuous Learning, Dialogue & Inquiry, Team Learning, Embedded System, Empowerment, System Connection, and Provide Leadership. Work Engagement was measured using Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) by Schaufeli, Bakker & Salanova (2006), consisting Vigor, Dedication, and Absorption. Data was collected through self-reported questionnaire from 97 employees of PT Teknologi Global, one of Indonesian IT company (not the real name). Data were analyzed with SPSS 23 using linear regression and General Linear Model (GLM). The research result indicated the positive influence of Learning Organization and Work Engagement to Innovative Behavior. To obtain more comprehensive analysis, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with PT Teknologi Global's leaders as informants. The research result indicated the positive influence of Learning Organization and Work Engagement to Innovative Behavior. Furthermore, the research also found that Work Engagement mediates the relationship between Learning Organization and Innovative Behavior.

Laporan ini membahas tentang prosedur audit terhadap akun aset tetap PT ENF yang merupakan perusahaan bergerak dibidang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi untuk periode tahun buku 31 Desember 2019. Laporan ini memuat evaluasi perlakuan akuntansi aset tetap PT ENF dengan PSAK 16 serta proses audit yang dijalankan KAP KDH.

Secara keseluruhan informasi keuangan yang disampaikan terkait dengan akun aset tetap pada PT ENF sudah diaudit dengan prosedur audit yang mengacu pada International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

Kemampuan dalam melakukan manajemen waktu merupakan pencapaian yang paling penting bagi Penulis selama magang di KAP KDH. Hal tersebut mengajarkan dan menyadarkan Penulis bahwa waktu itu sangat berharga. ......This report discusses about the audit procedures for PT ENF's fixed assets account, a company engaged in financial technology peer to peer lending for the fiscal year 31 December 2019. This report has substance a comparison of the accounting treatment of PT ENF's fixed assets with PSAK 16 and the audit process carried out KAP KDH.

Overall, financial information submitted related to the fixed assets account at PT ENF has been audited by an audit procedure that refers to the International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

The ability to do time management is the most important achievement for the Author during the internship at KAP KDH. It teaches and makes the Author realize that time is precious.

 

Abstrak :
Penulisan ini berfokus pada fenomena kejahatan siber yaitu account takeover di suatu perusahaan berbasis teknologi di Indonesia, yang karena alasan konfidensialitas disamarkan namanya menjadi Perusahaan Teknologi XYZ. Peneliti mengambil studi kasus account takeover yang terjadi terhadap salah satu pengguna layanan jasa teknologi yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan teknologi XYZ yang bergerak di sektor pariwisata. Dalam proses pengerjaan karya akhir ini, peneliti menggunakan metode studi kajian literatur dengan memakai data sekunder berupa dokumen investigasi dan referensi berupa studi-studi terdahulu. Dalam menjelaskan studi kasus yang diambil, peneliti menggunakan kerangka teori aktivitas rutin yang mencakup penjelasan mengenai terjadinya kejahatan dengan menggunakan tiga elemen, yaitu pelaku yang termotivasi, target yang sesuai, dan ketiadaan penjagaan yang sesuai. ......This study focuses on the phenomenon of cybercrime, namely account takeover in a technology-based company in Indonesia, which due to confidentiality reasons is disguised to XYZ Technology Company. Researcher took a case study of account takeover that occurred against one of the users of technology services offered by the XYZ technology company that engaged in the tourism sector. In the process of working on this final paper, researcher used a literature review study method using secondary data in the form of investigative documents and references in the form of previous studies. In explaining the case studies taken, researcher uses routine activity theory framework that includes an explanation of the occurrence of crime using three elements, namely motivated perpetrators, appropriate targets, and absence of appropriate guarding.
